Agrippina Steklova: family, childhood
The Russian film star was born in Krasnodar, this happened in February 1973. Agrippina Steklova was born into a creative family. “Criminal Quartet”, “Oligarch”, “I’m Flying”, “Kukotsky’s Case”, “Midshipmen, Forward!”, “Secret Sign” are film and television projects thanks to which viewers remember her father Vladimir Steklov. Agrippina's mother is actress Lyudmila Moshchenskaya. This woman is better known for her theatrical roles.
Outwardly, the actress looks like her famous father, but she got her bright red hair from her mother. They named Agrippina Steklova in honor of her grandmother. An unusual name, bright hair - as a child, the girl stood out from the crowd of her peers. Other children came up with offensive nicknames for her, which made her suffer. Only in high school did Agrippina realize that she liked to be different from everyone else.
Vladimir Steklov left the family when the girl turned 17 years old. For Agrippina, her father’s marriage to Alexandra Zakharova was a serious shock. Her parents separated peacefully, but for the sake of their daughter they maintained friendly relations.
Childhood and adolescence
Agrippina was born in Krasnodar, and spent her early years in distant Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, where her parents, after graduating from theater school, served in the local theater. The girl did not like to go to kindergarten and loudly protested when she was left at home alone. It was much more interesting to be present behind the scenes during performances and from there to watch what was happening on stage.
Agrippina Steklova in childhood
When Grana was ten years old, her father was invited to join the troupe of the Stanislavsky Theater, and the family moved to Moscow. There she made her debut on the professional theater stage in the play “To be or not to be,” and soon the girl was lucky enough to play the daughter of Sergei Shakurov himself in the production “I was not, was not a member, did not participate.”
Agrippina Steklova and her mother
This was followed by small roles in crowd scenes, and by the end of school, Agrippina was finally confirmed in her desire to become an actress. True, she failed to enter a theater university the first time, but a year later, having thoroughly prepared, she became a student at GITIS. By this time, the father left the family and married actress Alexandra Zakharova.

Ironically, Agrippina ended up on the course of the “homewrecker’s” father, director Mark Zakharov. The family drama did not in any way affect the relationship between the student and the master; moreover, Mark Anatolyevich immediately noted the extraordinary abilities of the red-haired student and predicted a great future for her.
However, after graduating from university, Agrippina did not want to stay in Lenkom and got a job at Satyricon with Konstantin Raikin. It was there that she played her best theater roles, including Nina Zarechnaya in The Seagull and Mrs. Higgins in Pygmalion. Steklova is an Honored Artist of the Russian Federation, winner of many prestigious theater awards.
Theater
Many believed that after graduating from GITIS, the successor of the acting dynasty would join the creative team of the Lenkom Theater, where her father served for many years. However, Steklova surprised everyone when she gave preference to Satyricon. Konstantin Raikin, the director of the theater, was fascinated by the original appearance and talent of the GITIS graduate. Agrippina started with small roles, then they began to entrust her with more serious tasks. Gradually, the girl became one of the leading actors of the theater.
It is difficult to list all the performances in which actress Agrippina Steklova was involved. A list of the most famous of them is given below.
- "The Threepenny Opera"
- "Romeo and Juliet".
- "Jacques and his master."
- "Macbett".
- "Hedda Gabler."
- "Funny money."
- "Richard the Third".
- "Money".
- "King Lear".
- "Gull".
- "London Show".
From time to time Agrippina “betrays” her theater. For example, she embodied the image of Feona in the production of “It’s not all Maslenitsa for the cat” at the Chelovek studio theater.
Theater star
And yet, after graduating from school, Agrippina was still wondering where to go. She could have become a student at the Faculty of Philology of Moscow State University, but genes took their toll. Granya submitted documents to the theater.
She managed to enroll only in the second year, but she got into Mark Zakharov’s course at GITIS. In 1996, the now professional actress Agrippina Steklova entered the Satyricon Theater. One of her first works - the role of Donna Libera in Carlo Goldoni's sparkling play "The Chiogin Skirmishes" - demonstrated that the young artist had a sea of talent bubbling in her and a distinct gift for comedy. This image was followed by others, no less temperamental. The artist’s creative gallery includes images of both prostitutes (the play “The Threepenny Opera”) and queens (“Richard III”). In the play "Macbett" (an interpretation of Shakespeare's play by Eugene Ionesco), Steklova played two roles simultaneously - Lady Macbett and the witch.
The actress is willingly invited by other theaters and enterprises. Today Agrippina Steklova successfully combines work at Satyricon, at the Theater on Malaya Bronnaya and at the Theater. Ermolova.
One of the last serious works was the role of Catherine in Pavel Safonov’s production of “Valentine’s Day” (stage area “Another Theater”). The creative obsession that Agrippina inherited from her father is more than enough to work in cinema.
First roles
From the biography of Agrippina Steklova it follows that she first appeared on the set during her school years. The girl made her debut in the family comedy “Tranti-vanti” by Eduard Gavrilov, presented to the audience in 1989. In this film she got the minor role of Antonina.
Then the aspiring actress appeared in several more films and TV series, in which she embodied the images of episodic characters. For example, she played Daria in The Little Demon. Then followed a short break, Agrippina abandoned filming and focused on theatrical roles.
Personal life
The actor's first wife was called Lyudmila. They lived together for 17 years. In 1973, their daughter Agrippina was born. Just like her father, she chose an acting career.
The second wife of Vladimir Steklov was actress Alexandra Zakharova, daughter of the famous director Mark Zakharov. They lived together for 9 years, then divorced. Vladimir and Alexandra had no children. It was during this marriage that the actor played on the Lenkom stage. He left the theater at the same time as the divorce.
Soon after his divorce from Alexandra Zakharova, the actor married for the third time. His chosen one was the dentist Olga. She is a well-known specialist in Moscow, Doctor of Science. She has her own clinic. In his third marriage, Steklov had a daughter, Glasha.
Vladimir Steklov is already a grandfather twice. His eldest daughter has two children - Maria and Daniel.
From obscurity to fame
Only at the beginning of the new millennium did Agrippina Steklova begin to actively act in films. Films and TV series with the participation of the GITIS graduate were released more and more often. It all started with the TV project “The Law,” which talks about unexplained crimes in a small provincial town. Agrippina convincingly played the wife of a clergyman; this role attracted the attention of viewers and directors to her.
In 2006, the daughter of actor Vladimir Steklov got the leading role for the first time. In the series “Gentle Leopard” she embodied the image of a woman named Lyudmila, an employee of a taiga reserve. The heroine is engaged in unfeminine work, acting as deputy director for science. Alone, she is forced to fight a gang of poachers. In this series, Agrippina starred with her famous father. Thanks to the bright role, Steklova’s career took off.
In the film “The Geographer Drank His Globe Away,” the actress embodied the image of school head teacher Rosa Borisovna. The role of nurse Nadezhda, which Agrippina played in the film “Insight” by Alexander Kott, became significant. Steklova created memorable images in the series “Fugitive Relatives”, “Not Together”, “Doctor Preobrazhensky”.
Little fairy
The actress was born on February 15, 1973 in Krasnodar, but her childhood years were spent in the charming ancient city of Kineshma. Parents - young actors Vladimir Steklov and Lyudmila Moshchenskaya - served in the local theater. They gave birth to an extraordinary girl - red-haired, healthy, white-skinned. Little Agrippina Steklova grew up in an atmosphere of boundless tenderness and endless love. She is surrounded by love to this day.

Biography
Agrippina Steklova was born on February 15, 1973 in Krasnodar into a family associated with theater and cinema.
Her father was film actor and theater artist Vladimir Steklov. The future artist was named after her grandmother. Initially, she didn't really like her name. In her childhood, Steklova was called Granya, and she tried to say the name so quietly that only “Anya” could be heard. Her fiery red hair also caused the girl a lot of problems.
Over the years, Agrippina began to understand that she was in vain to be ashamed of her hair and name. She began to consider her previous shortcomings, on the contrary, as advantages. Moreover, these differences are very important for the actress, because this is the profession that young Steklova chose for herself in the future. After graduating from school, Agrippina understood perfectly well that she wanted to follow in the footsteps of her eminent father. She went to study at GITIS.
Only after receiving her diploma, she got a job not at the Lenkom theater, as everyone thought, because her father was there, but at Satyricon under the leadership of K. Raikin, who always praised the aspiring actress, believing that she was a professional in her field.
Agrippina proved by her own example that you should never rely on the authority of your father, because you need to achieve success on your own.

Averen; together they also recorded the song “Ballad of a Smoky Car.” It is worth noting Steklova’s work in the production of “The Seagull” by A.P. Chekhov. She plays Nina Zarechnaya. Agrippina also appears in enteprise productions, for example, “It’s not all Maslenitsa for the cat,” “I.O.”
Despite the fact that Steklova was involved in both theater and cinema, in 2012 she managed to become a laureate of the prestigious Theater Star award. She received the award for Best Supporting Actress. The actress received this award for her role as Dorina in the production of Tartuffe.

Love, family
Of course, it’s not only the star’s creative achievements that arouse public interest. What is happening in the personal life of Agrippina Steklova? The actress became a mother during her student years. She became pregnant in her second year at the institute and gave birth to a boy, for whom she chose the name Danila. Agrippina never told anyone the name of her child’s father. It is only known that they separated even before the birth of their son.
A few years later, Steklova met actor Vladimir Bolshov. Their meeting took place thanks to the Satyricon Theater. Vladimir is 15 years older than Agrippina, but the lovers were not embarrassed by the age difference. Bolshov was remembered by viewers thanks to the TV series “The Disappeared,” “Simple Truths,” “The Brothers Karamazov,” “Capercaillie,” and “Mikhailo Lomonosov.”
Danila, the son of the actress, followed in his mother’s footsteps. Now he plays on the stage of the Chekhov Moscow Art Theater and appears in films and TV series.
Personal life of Agrippina Steklova
The red-haired, green-eyed beauty is successful not only in her professional career, but also in her personal life. In “Satyricon” she met actor Vladimir Bolshov, who became her faithful and reliable companion for many years.
Agrippina Steklova and her husband Vladimir Bolshov
Before this, each of them already had an unsuccessful family experience: in an unregistered relationship with a classmate, Agrippina had a son, Daniel, and Vladimir was already growing up a daughter from his first marriage. This did not stop the lovers from building a strong family and giving their older children a sister, Mashenka.

Agrippina Steklova, actress: “For me there are no stops in my work. If only porn"
At the so-called Scene on the Hill, the actress answered questions, was very frank, sometimes funny, and sometimes touching to the point of tears.
The meeting with Agrippina Steklova took place in the format of an open interview with the festival’s program director Pavel Rudnev. An open conversation is a new format for studying the modern theatrical process within the framework of the Yasnaya Polyana festival, implying informal communication with actors, directors, and playwrights.
A graduate of Mark Zakharov’s course at GITIS, Agrippina Steklova has been a member of the troupe of the Satyricon Theater named after Arkady Raikin since 1995. The actress also participated in performances of the Theater on Malaya Bronnaya, the Theater of Nations, the Moscow Drama Theater “Man”, and the Center for Drama and Directing. At the beginning of the year, the premiere of the Pushkin Theater production of “The Knight of the Flaming Pestle” took place in Paris, where one of the main roles was given to Agrippina Steklova. — You have always been in the theater and stood on stage from an early age; almost all of your relatives are artists. At what point did you feel that acting was forever? “I realized this too late, when I was already in the profession. Because even when I did it, I did it to spite fate, to spite myself... Although I understood that I was unfit for anything else.
My grandparents were famous provincial actors, and at the age of three I appeared on stage for the first time.
And only later, in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, where my mother and father served, my appearances on stage were already more conscious. Well, when I moved to Moscow in 1981, I was already working as an actress at the Stanislavsky Theater - I had two big roles. In the film "Accident - the Cop's Daughter" I was almost approved for the main role, but my mother intervened and did not allow me. I even made half-hearted attempts to enter Moscow State University, but it became clear that it was impossible for me to live without the theater, I couldn’t do anything and I didn’t want anything. I made an attempt to enter a theater university, but failed miserably. I came to the competition and saw incredibly beautiful long-legged girls of stunning Russian beauty. I looked like a misunderstanding among them. I didn't get in. It was a nightmare. Not just a punch on the nose, but a kick in the ass. And I had a desire to overcome this situation and become an actress. — The geography of your parents’ and yours’ wanderings: Krasnodar, Kineshma, Kamchatka, Astrakhan... What did you leave there and is there any nostalgia for those times? - Yes, there is nostalgia. I visit Krasnodar - this is my homeland, I was born there. I go there, I love this city, warm, sunny. But I’ve never been to Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky - I graduated from first grade there, and we left for Moscow. I look forward to this meeting with the city with trepidation. I experienced all the most beautiful natural phenomena during these five years that I spent in Kamchatka. Earthquakes. When there was a slight shake and books fell out of the shelves, my mother simply picked them up and put them in their place; this was a fairly ordinary occurrence. Blizzard. This is not snowfall, this is wow - when at a distance of a meter you cannot see the figure of your father, who is taking you on a sled to kindergarten. The snowstorm does not cancel anything (laughs). Storms, crabs, caviar, porcini mushrooms with a cap diameter of 60 cm, hills, Paratunka hot springs - it’s all fantastic! I am a city person, I live in a metropolis, but I can talk about Kamchatka for a long time and enthusiastically.
— Do you have feet in your profession? What would you never do for ethical or aesthetic reasons? — I would like to say that if you are an actor and the script is convincing, if it is necessary, if you want to collaborate with this director, then you cannot have stops. An actor shouldn't have them. But there are still some points where you say “brack!” What example would I give... Well, for example, there is a child in the frame... I specifically give such a terrible example. I can't imagine what would make me want to do porn. Not because I'm a prude, everyone watches porn, but because I have a husband, children and a grandson, and I can't imagine this.
— You studied at GITIS with Mark Zakharov. The teachers in us remain some kind of aphorisms, professional advice, phrases with which you go through life. What from Zakharov still lives in you? — At GITIS I found myself at a competition with two masters: Mark Anatolyevich Zakharov and Vladimir Naumovich Levertov. This is the last stage before admission. I had to make a choice, and I made it in favor of Mark Anatolyevich. We were very friendly during the courses, and we are still friends. But we were polar different creative teams, although we were from the same sandbox of the Gitis public garden. Zakharov’s course is wolf cubs, uncompromising, obsessed, ready for anything, very competitive. And Levertov’s course is a wonderful creation from a greenhouse, which is nurtured, cared for and cherished. Probably, if we were united, there would be an ideal course.
For me, the worst thing was if suddenly there was some kind of successful show in front of Mark Anatolyevich and if he praised you. Then he said: “You know, Agrippina, there are few actresses who can do this, you are just a special character, rare, exclusive...” And you lost your mind, because you, a student, could have fallen from this height - you just won’t be able to do it tomorrow just like yesterday. And then you play poorly and you're done. Zakharov said: “Agrippina, you know, in Berdyansk, in my opinion, there is also a theater. Amateur. Maybe you should go there? You could play a lot of leading roles there! You shouldn’t stay here in Moscow...” And what to do after that? Nightmare, disaster! Throw yourself out of a window or something?
But it really toughened me up (laughs). I always know that if today you are a “piece product”, then I am not strong enough to believe it. And if “today I have to leave for Berdyansk,” then I have the courage to survive it and move on.
