Andrey Kuzichev was born into a family of physicists. During his school years, the boy did not even think about an artistic career. However, his mother was fond of ballet in her youth and wanted her son to embody her creative abilities: “Unfortunately, they are no longer alive. Mom was glad that I became an actor. She studied ballet at one time and her dream of the stage came true in me.” Having received his matriculation certificate, Kuzichev entered the Moscow Architectural Institute. At university he played in the student theater. There he became so interested in acting that he decided to radically change his life. He also taught drawing and art history at the Film School. The young man dropped out of his studies at Moscow Aviation Institute. He was accepted into the acting department of GITIS. In 1996, Andrei received a higher education diploma.
