Achieved six-pack abs while lying on the bed

The singer managed to achieve her famous six-pack abs while lying on the bed. According to the artist, due to constant touring, she simply does not have time to go to fitness, exercise on exercise machines or swim in the pool.

Ani Lorak compensates for the lack of full-fledged training with effective morning exercises: when she wakes up, she throws her hands behind her head, grabs the bed bar and begins to slowly raise her legs 90 degrees, always straight and with her toes pointed, our journalist Amalia Chervinchuk reports.

“I came up with the idea for myself that the number of swings should be equal to my age. So when I'm 80, I'll be doing 80 lifts! In general, a toned tummy is the first sign of a young figure, so you should definitely pump up your abs.”

After this exercise, Ani gets out of bed and begins to do exercises, which last at least 20 minutes. It is based on classical “Soviet” gymnastics: bends, squats, turns, “mill”. According to the singer, nothing has yet been invented better than these time-tested exercises for morning exercises.

Diet menu

The singer is confident that a healthy diet should be based on fresh foods. Those left for more than 1 day lose most of the nutrients and become useless.

Before going to bed, she does not consume salty foods or water to avoid swelling. He also does not eat before the performance (3 hours before), because it is difficult to dance and sing with a full stomach.

It is not recommended to eat after 7 pm, and in order to get rid of belly fat, you need to include 5 vegetables and fruits in your menu every day. Fresh vegetables should be consumed separately (used for snacking). After heat treatment, it is better to combine them with cereals or protein products.

An approximate daily diet looks like this:

  1. Breakfast: vegetables and 2 egg omelet.
  2. Lunch: borscht, grilled fish.
  3. Dinner: cabbage salad.

You need to drink a lot of liquid, but not in the evening.
