Glafira Tarkhanova about herself:
“I’m not Nastya from Gromov, not some other heroines. This is not me, I am a completely different person. The characters of my heroines influence me. For many, there is some kind of stereotype behind me: before, I always played calm heroines. In our environment, they believe that if a girl plays a certain type of character, then that’s what she is. For an actor, being stereotyped is a sign of unprofessionalism.”
“In ordinary life, I try not to use foul language; this is my principled position.”
“I always wore a braid. My mother said that long hair is what makes me different from others, so I didn’t cut my hair. There are no problems with my hair now, there are so many care products. But I also like to use homemade ones: I brew nettle with chamomile, burdock root.”
“I never dreamed of marrying an oligarch and doing nothing. Even before I met my husband, I knew that a man's material possessions were not important to me. I relied on myself for everything. And I continue to do this to this day.”

The hit of the autumn television season was the serial film “Betrayal”. One of the main roles in the film was played by Glafira Tarkhanova. As it turned out, as a child Glasha often visited her grandmother in Ufa, and she still had friends here. ProUfu.ru asked the actress about the new role, her attitude towards betrayal and, of course, about her childhood in Ufa.
Don't look for parallels between actors and their roles
— Glafira, did your participation in the film series “Betrayal” somehow influence you?
- It didn’t have any effect. I try to clearly separate my professional activities and personal life. For me, this work is very important, since the audience saw me in a different, non-lyrical role.
— Were there any difficulties during filming? Maybe you had to “break” yourself, think: “What will my loved ones say when they see me in this role”?
- This is my profession! And my loved ones know that I can be different. Although after reading the script I did have some doubts. I consulted with my husband and mother, I even wanted to refuse. But, after talking with Vadim (director Vadim Perelman - ed.), we clarified and softened the points that worried me. I have a taboo on too explicit scenes, and therefore I have already refused many roles.
With Ufa friend Fira Ramazanova
— Have you ever experienced what your heroine Dasha experiences in “Betrayal”?
- Yes, I had to experience desire, love, fear, etc., if we are talking about feelings, but to be in such circumstances, of course, not. I think there is no need to look for parallels between actors and their roles.
— Do you agree that a person is polygamous by nature and infidelity in itself is a normal phenomenon, within the framework of human instincts?
— Man differs from animals in that he can control his instincts. “Betrayal” is about how not to behave.
I devote my free time to children
- You have three sons. Are you a good mom?
- Don't know. What does “good mom” mean?! There are no ideal mothers; of course, you need to work on yourself and strive for the best. I devote all my free time from work to my children.
— How did you meet your husband?
— We met Alexey (actor Alexey Faddeev - ed.) 10 years ago on the set of “Main Caliber” - we both starred in this series.
— Doesn’t acting life interfere with family well-being?
- I don’t know, this is my life, and that’s how it is. I can also ask - doesn’t working in a store, journalism, etc. interfere with family well-being?!
I feel good with my name
— Tell us about your childhood.
— I was born in the town of Elektrostal near Moscow into a creative family of puppet theater actors, unusual for a factory town. I had many hobbies, so there was no time to dream.
With Ufa friends and mom
— And you also have a beautiful, rare name. Why were you called that?
“That’s what my mom and dad decided to call me.” Grandfather was categorically against it, saying that this name would ruin my whole life. But I live well with my name.
— Do you remember your first love?
- Certainly. I was in eighth grade and fell in love with a classmate, a blue-eyed blond. Our mothers, by the way, are still friends.
Ufa is a city close and dear
— You have many friends from Ufa on VKontakte. What connects you with our city?
— Glafira Tarkhanova’s VKontakte page is not mine—it’s a fake. My real pages on social networks are for real, not virtual friends. But Ufa is a really close city for me. My stepfather Mikhail Alekseevich Lopatin is from Ufa, his sister still lives here. We are friends with Fira Ramazanova and her sons Angam and Sergei. I came to your city in sixth grade and I really liked the city. I remember how hospitably we were greeted and taken around the beautiful night Ufa. Mikhail, when visiting his sister, always brings us very tasty Bashkir honey and my favorite chak-chak. I hope that I will come to Ufa again.
— You have a diploma in psychology. Why did you need psychological education?
— For personal growth, in order to know a different point of view, in addition to that received with upbringing - I mean the role of a mother, a wife in the family.
Wedding of Glafira and Alexey Faddeev, 2005
- What are you dreaming about?
“I don’t have time to dream at all.” Although, perhaps, it is about ensuring that children never get sick.
- What is happiness?
— Wonderful moments when you feel LIFE exceptionally strongly.
— What are your creative plans?
- To work a lot!

“Glory did not spoil Glasha”
A Ufa friend of the actress, Fira Ramazanova, shared her impressions of Glafira.
“I’ve been friends with Glafira’s parents for about 20 years,” says Fira Askhatovna. — Glashenka was still a child when I met her. My husband was a classmate of Glasha’s stepfather Mikhail Lopatin; they grew up in the same yard in Ufa on Khalturin Street. One of Glasha’s grandmothers, Aunt Tanya, lived there, and Glafira and her parents came to see her. We met, went to Belaya, had a rest, they also came to my dacha in Bulgakovo. At that time Glasha was 13-14 years old. When she entered the Moscow Art Theater on the course of K. Raikin, when I was in Moscow, I often went to her performances at Satyricon. Already from the first year, Glasha played leading roles and was the only singing actress on the course and Konstantin Raikin’s favorite student. And now, when I come to Moscow, I always call Glafira and go to performances with her participation.
Glafira is a very good and kind person, fame did not spoil her at all, she did not become arrogant, and did not suffer from star fever. When Glasha was little, an incident happened, now we can call it funny. I flew to Moscow, and on the way from the airport I was robbed. After various troubles, I came home to Glafira’s parents. I felt very bad, I sat and cried. Then Glasha said: “Aunt Fira, do you want me to sing for you?” Glafira threw a large colored shawl over her shoulders and began to sing. I almost fell out of my chair then. The voice was the strongest, the song was old, Russian folk, very beautiful, I did not expect such a wonderful, strong performance from a child! That evening Glasha also played the violin for me and helped me a lot. I call her my dear niece, I love her very much. I understand that Glafira is a very busy person now - performances, filming, three sons, family, but we continue to communicate.
