"There is a problem? We will decide” - this is the slogan of the provocative TV show “Decided” by Vlad Chizhov, broadcast on the “Che” TV channel. The program is aimed at exposing scams and helping people who have suffered in such situations. “Reshala” is one of the few non-fictional projects with real characters that does not operate according to a script. The twists and situations that you can get into during filming require fearlessness and superhuman patience from your host. But what is hidden behind this stone wall and what is the story of the life and success of the king of this Rus', Vlad Chizhov?
In this article we will talk about the personal life of the TV presenter, how his career was built, and what he owes to such success. Also, who are the members of Chizhov’s family, what does he do in his free time from work and what are his interests.
Early years and first steps towards the emergence of the project
The presenter was born in 1972, so the heyday of his youth fell on the harsh criminal 90s. Vlad has repeatedly found himself in dangerous troubles and faced fraud, but out of all situations he singles out a special case. This happened to him at the age of 17, which Chizhov told about in the description of his television project. It is not known exactly what caused the bitter experience, but it is believed to have been a robbery or theft. This phenomenon was widespread throughout Russia and Vlad understood this very well. Therefore, I did not want to put up with the injustice of the former Russia, brought up by hard times, still a future, fearless leader. The 90s influenced Vlad’s career, giving him a pressing idea for a daring and daring project and also instilled in him the core necessary for the host of a provocative show.
It is worth noting that there is very little information related to Chizhov’s personal life. There are only assumptions that the parents sent the future presenter to a regular secondary school. After which, after finishing 10th grade, he enrolls as a director or TV presenter, which is, one way or another, related to the media. At the moment, Vlad Chizhov supposedly has two permanent places of residence: in the Gagarinsky district of Moscow and in the city of Nha Trang, Vietnam.
Life before “Decision”
Before the project, Vlad was engaged in maintaining his own blog, which also specialized in the topic of scams in various areas of life. By the way, this blog still exists, so if you have a problem of this kind, you can contact the host directly on social networks. At the same time, Vlad tirelessly insists on his page on VKontakte that people who want to ask him a question should not trust anyone who “can” forward him and receive an answer out of turn or organize a meeting. This is a scam and the presenter is fighting against scammers who are encroaching on the viewers of the country's main decision-maker.

It is also impossible not to mention Vlad Chizhov’s earlier hobby. This is the restaurant business. According to some reports, the presenter opened at least 3 bars, the first of which is the dance bar “TARANTINO” in Nha Trang (Vietnam). The second restaurant was located on the coast of the South China Sea. Unfortunately, for unknown reasons, both establishments closed and a new and third bar “RANCHO” was founded in their place, which is still operating in Vietnam.
Well, on August 21, 2020, the already mentioned above project “Reshala” starts on the “Che” TV channel, in connection with which Chizhov begins active work in the field of the television industry.
1. Vlad, tell us about your blog: when did it appear, on what platform, how quickly did it develop and thanks to what (what events) did it gain popularity? The blog appeared on the VKontakte social network while I was living in Vietnam. In the comments to certain posts, people showed active interest in the topics discussed - household fraud, scams in the Russian diaspora in Vietnam, fraud among local residents, analyzed specific cases, and proposed certain solutions. And the blog became popular when I returned to Russia. Here the questions already concerned home-grown problems, such as dishonest business, people “run into” not very decent partners or outright scammers. The topic aroused explosive interest, and the blog then gained several thousand subscribers.
2. How did the blog grow into a whole reality show “Solved” on the federal TV channel? It's hard to say that he grew up in Reshalu. Rather, on the contrary: the “Reshala” project appeared, and the number of subscribers to the personal page increased tenfold. So this reality gave impetus to the growth of subscribers. Moreover, they are very motivated, because... many have experienced similar problems themselves, others fear that they themselves will become victims of scammers, which is why the readability of posts is very high. 3. How do you see the continuation of your activities on the Internet? In which direction would you like to develop (continue the theme of justice or open a completely new project, for example, culinary or restaurant)? I don’t have the task of starting something just to launch or monetize it. I don't make money on the Internet. If people are interested in certain things, the project will launch organically. I don’t see the point in doing anything special.
4. Are you planning to create a separate project for You Tube? This is a popular resource where you can publish quality content and collect millions of views. Plus, digital projects give more creative freedom than broadcast ones. Why not film something similar for YouTube? What for? YouTube already has enough information about the “Solved” project. If there is something new, perhaps YouTube will become one of the platforms where the content will end up, but, as I answered earlier, there is no particular desire or point in doing something specifically.
5. Which YouTube channels do you subscribe to and do you follow the activities of your colleagues from the social movements “StopHam” and “Lion Against”? I don't follow almost anyone. My views are irregular and of a curiosity nature. I can watch interesting scientific films, but in order to subscribe and follow someone - alas, no one has yet aroused such interest. I don’t specifically follow it, but if I come across some videos of my friends from the social movements “Lion Against” or “StopHam”, I watch it with pleasure.
6. What can you say about generation Z? Are there any representatives of this generation among your subscribers? How does communicating with them differ from interacting with an older audience? According to statistics, among my subscribers there are 10 percent representatives of generation Z. I don’t engage in special communication, the maximum is an exchange of opinions about the program against the background of acquaintance, nothing more. And it's a pretty positive experience. But in general, this is a superficial generation: they were raised on smartphones and are not able to perceive anything that lasts longer than 30 seconds. Their attention is unfocused, they quickly lose interest in everything, but, apparently, these are features of upbringing.
7. Can we hope to see Vlad Chizhov on TikTok? For example, with videos from travel, cooking and other situations that are interesting to subscribers of this social network? I don’t have a goal to gain popularity on the Internet; I personally don’t plan to post videos on TikTok. If any of my subscribers use excerpts of my content or some of my programs, it will be their initiative. 8. Your fake doubles regularly appear on the Internet, on social networks and instant messengers. Is there any point in fighting them? Doubles come in different directions. There are harmless fakes that are not trying to deceive someone through a created account. It’s worse if fakes are created with the aim of deceiving people. We must fight them. They are trying to extort money, they can pretend to be me and, under the guise of providing assistance, collect money for supposed technical expenses. Recently, colleagues with “CHE!” sent information that a certain team created a telegram channel, pretended to be me and sold services on the Internet. The story is unpleasant, requiring a reaction from subscribers: these doppelgängers should be reported and deleted. Like all scammers, they must be dealt with.
9. What role does your blog play in the so-called “sensitivity education” of our citizens? Is this help from Reshala or a separate platform with its own goals and ways to implement them?
Everything that is written in the blog on my page is my personal opinion, which I do not impose on anyone - I simply share with my subscribers. Some accept it, others are controversial. And there is also a group of the same name that exclusively covers the reality show “Solved.” Of course, the benefits from the project are tangible: people draw conclusions about how scammers work and where they shouldn’t interfere, and thus protect themselves from unpleasant situations and save their finances.
10. Do you think the future is the Internet or television? I don't think too much about "who" will win, and does it even make sense? But if you want, you can already see certain trends and draw conclusions: television formats are appearing on the Internet, projects and programs are being created, just like on TV. And television, in turn, becomes interactive, like the Internet. I think that in the future there will be a rapprochement and merging of these platforms.
Attacks and pitfalls of “media success”
On the evening of February 6, 2020, Vlad Chizhov was brutally attacked. Returning from the filming of a new episode of “Reshaly,” a black SUV blocked the presenter’s path, and three people known to him got out of the car. A brutal fight began, during which the windshield of Chizhov’s car was broken and his collarbone was broken. The presenter was hospitalized. Fortunately, the car was equipped with a video recorder and captured the faces of the intruders. It is also known that in the presenter’s car at that time there was a certain girl with whom, apparently, Vlad had a relationship.
This is not the first case of an attack on a TV presenter; as is known, similar situations occurred before, back in Chizhov’s youth. This incident had a positive effect on the dynamics of the popularity of his program and blog, not only adding public interest in the person, but also once again confirming the veracity and reality of the content offered by the presenter. We are all human and can find ourselves in terrible situations that we cannot remain silent about. The presenter of the “prevention” program against scammers was no exception. As the presenter himself says, “in our profession you have to be prepared for anything. When you fight scammers every day, sooner or later you will make enemies and learn to take the blow.”
The host's secret family
For obvious reasons, Vlad keeps secret the existence of his family and relatives. Revealing all the cards can be dangerous for them, due to the work of a blogger. Based on data on the Internet, we can conclude that Vlad Chizhov is divorced and has at least one child, a boy. The names of family members remain unknown, as do the names of the TV presenter’s parents. Most likely, Chizhov’s mother and father are the most ordinary people, unknown by their names to the mass audience. What Vlad is not afraid to show to all viewers and subscribers is his gray cat, with whom they apparently have a particularly close relationship.

It is also not entirely clear the connection between the presenter and the young model Anna Chizhma, who was involved in a terrible accident in 2013 in the city of Nha Trang. With all his might, still unknown at that time, Chizhov collected funds for the treatment and hospitalization of the victim. The girl fell into a coma and was under the wing of the blogger for a long time. Fortunately, everything ended well, Chizhma came out of a coma and underwent rehabilitation. This situation prompts the conclusion about a possible close friendship between Anna and Vlad.
Project leader
The role of Reshala was played by a brutal man - Vlad Chizhov. Before participating in this project, he ran his own blog for several years, where he talked about the methods used by scammers and taught how to avoid such situations. After the release of the television version of Reshala, Chizhov became even more famous and recognizable, and other people now blog for him. But in addition to oral advice, Vlad Chizhov also received the opportunity to help people physically, solving their problems.
Many people who have contacted Chizhov personally or written a message to him on a social network note that he is quite responsive, although he does not always find time to respond to people’s requests for help. Since Chizhov receives a lot of messages that he physically cannot answer, he reviews applications, and can consider a number of situations with a similar plot in his group on VKontakte, or make them the main topic of a new issue of Reshaly. And the channel editor will always tell you how best to act in a given situation, even if he does not have the opportunity to invite a person to participate in the program.
Hobbies and interests
Oddly enough, solving the problems of scammers’ machinations is not the presenter’s only passion. For a long time he was looking for his way in the restaurant business. Experimenting with types of cuisine, Vlad leaves one thing unchanged - the vector is directed to the west. Or one might say, even “wild news”. Chizhov is inspired by the harsh spirit of that time, which he reflects in his business projects.
It is also worth noting the presenter’s great love for food. Chizhov masters quite a few cooking techniques and knows many secrets of creating delicious dishes. On July 31, 2020, he is even holding his own cooking class. And on his social networks, Vlad often posts photos of mouth-watering culinary masterpieces. One way or another, a food lover controls his diet and monitors his health, so the TV presenter leads an active and eventful life with travel, and any experienced traveler will envy his passion for adventure and danger. Vlad Chizhov is an avid lover of outdoor activities and loud loud parties. The second explains the concept of his restaurant business. The presenter is also an ardent football fan and is very worried about the success of the Russian national team.
Watching the life of a TV presenter, one gets the impression that this man devoted his entire life to work. Chizhov himself shares information about a 13-15 hour working day. Vlad’s hard work and passion for his own business can inspire. The presenter is also interested in literature and psychology. It is worth noting Chizhov’s love for good cinema.
Personal life of Vlad Chizhov
For obvious reasons, Vlad carefully hides his family from the press. He was never seen with his lady love or children. It is known that the TV presenter has a favorite cat. Vlad is an excellent cook. He organizes cooking master classes in the best restaurants in Moscow. He himself said that he began to master cooking at 14, when he returned from training with hellish hunger, but could not even cook chicken and ate it along with blood and bones.
Vlad has to hide his personal life
In addition, we know that the TV presenter lived for a long time in Asia: Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore. Vlad Chizhov about the show “Solved”
Internet blog
As mentioned above, Vlad’s career in exposing scams began with a blog. In his videos, he examines various fraud situations and structurally explains how to protect yourself or solve this problem. Soon after launching the blog, he begins to receive questions and requests to analyze a specific situation that happened to a person.

Thus, the main mechanism for the existence of his Internet activities becomes interaction with his viewer and subscriber. Today, Vlad has just over 50 thousand subscribers on the VKontakte social network and only 180 actually added friends.
Difficult youth
Vlad Chizhov was born in Moscow in 1972.
His parents are researchers at one of the capital’s universities. He spent every summer as a child with his grandparents in Sverdlovsk (now Yekaterinburg). As a child, the boy played sports - he achieved junior ranks in basketball and swimming. At the turn of the 80s and 90s, the capital of the Urals, following the rest of the country, became the epicenter of criminal “showdowns”. It was these years that became the time for the formation of the guy’s personality. There is information that Vlad was sympathetic to the activities of Yevgeny Roizman, who saved the city from drug dealers, and not always using legal methods.
The formation of Vlad Chizhov’s personality took place in the brutal 90s
The acute situation in the country did not prevent the TV presenter from getting a good education - he graduated from one of the Moscow universities with a degree in Law.
After graduating from university, Vlad worked for a short time in the internal affairs bodies, but quickly became disillusioned with the system and for several years tried himself in various fields - from working as a fitness trainer to entrepreneurship.
Vlad Chizhov “sees right through” scammers
Also in his few interviews, Vlad notes that in the 90s he had to communicate a lot with people from the criminal world and solve problems related to scammers. The latter, he says, “he sees right through” and can calculate in a matter of seconds.
Vlad Chizhov became famous after he started a blog on social networks
