Thus, for some time, the talented native of Uzbekistan left acting and took up organizational activities. A little later, our today's hero left the art world altogether, deciding to try himself as a restaurateur. So already in the early nineties a closed club “Mayak” appeared in Moscow, which was located in the building of the Vakhtangov Theater. It was on its basis that Alexander Samoilenko began to implement his ideas in the field of gastronomy. At first, the emphasis in the restaurant was on oriental cuisine, but later the restaurant’s menu turned into a bizarre mix of a wide variety of dishes, styles and trends.

In this context, it is worth noting that the Mayak restaurant-club is still a fairly successful establishment. Alexander works as a restaurateur, but these days he manages to organically combine creativity and business.

Alexander met his first wife Inessa while studying at drama school. The young actors played a wedding, waited for their son Stepan to appear and ran away. One of the reasons for the divorce was that he had to live with his wife’s parents, and the actor could not come to terms with the role of Primak.

Alexander left his first wife almost nowhere. He did not have his own place to live; he spent his first night away from home on a station bench.

At the beginning of the new millennium, Samoilenko married a girl, Elena, who bore him a son, Sasha. The second wife, Alexandra, was leaving after a terrible car accident. But in 2006, he was already courting Evgenia , an employee of one of his restaurants, 18 years younger than the actor. To be closer to Zhenya, Alexander divorced Elena and married a new passion. In this marriage, the actor had a son, Prokhor.

Journalists found out that Samoilenko’s relationship with actress Olga Lomonosova went beyond work and developed into a whirlwind romance. Alexander courted her beautifully, gave her flowers, took her to restaurants, but Olga met another man with whom she united her destiny. Samoilenko and Lomonosova still play in the same play at the theater on Malaya Bronnaya, but the relationship between them is purely professional.

In 2020, Samoilenko left Evgenia and started a new relationship.

Since 2020, the actor has been living with actress Natalya Gromova , whom he introduces to everyone as his wife. The couple looks peaceful and happy.

Alexander maintained friendly relations with all his ex-wives, except Evgenia.

What he didn’t like about his penultimate wife is not mentioned. But he is very worried because Prokhor took the separation of his parents painfully.
