Igor Ogurtsov has two premieres in March - the continuation of the series “Molodezhka” on the STS channel, where he plays goalkeeper Semyon Bakin number 38, and the second season of “The Law of the Concrete Jungle” on TNT, in which his character Zhuk receives a dangerous head injury and must decide whether to continue fighting, knowing that one missed blow could make him disabled for life... Both projects require serious sports training from Igor. In an interview with Sobesednik.ru, Ogurtsov spoke about how he resolves disputes with his wife, about the new apartment and that sometimes he feels like a penguin.
“We’ll live in an ice palace for six months”
– In “The Law of the Concrete Jungle” you have a lot of dangerous tricks. And you do everything yourself. How did the director take such a risk?
– I am a master of sports in army hand-to-hand combat, I always do without backups. Why replace me if I know better than anyone how it’s all done?! I went through the school of fighting without rules, fought both in the ring and in the cage.
– Are there any difficulties in hockey anymore?
“They didn’t immediately allow me to perform complex techniques on my own. And then one day they were filming a game and no one told the director that I was standing at the goal, and not my backup, hockey player Oleg Kapitulin. The director shouted: “Kapa, handsome!” – and only later did they explain to him that it was me. Training continues: crossfit, skating and a mandatory exercise for goalkeepers - squats with iron plates.
– Aren’t you tired of playing hockey?
– No, the ice palace has become my second home, the goalie uniform is like a second skin, I don’t even notice it. The guys and I have been together for five years, like one big family, sometimes we fight and annoy each other, but when we meet after the weekend, we hug like family.
– Fyodor Bondarchuk is not only the general producer of Molodezhka, but also played the role of an oligarch in the series. Did you have a chance to communicate?
– When we were filming the first season, Fyodor Sergeevich came to our locker room and said: “Well done, guys! If you need anything, speak up!” And he constantly communicated with us on the site.
– Didn’t you teach him how to play hockey?
- Everything is ahead. One of these days we will begin filming the fifth season of “Molodezhka” - there will be 25 shooting days a month for 12 hours each. We will practically live in the ice palace for six months. It will be summer for everyone, but we are like penguins in the refrigerator.
“I can change diapers and bathe myself”
– You got married a year and a half ago. How is family life going?
- Great, marriage is generally good. Usually everyone says that it’s hard, but Iya and I immediately found a common language. The first month of everyday life was a little oppressive, but we learned to restrain each other and discuss all controversial issues. We recently bought an apartment in Khimki, we are renovating it, putting everything into it. I'm used to living in the region, there is a forest here, you can walk peacefully.

– Did your parents help you with the apartment?
- No, we earned it ourselves.
– Are you planning on having children?
“We’re still rehearsing, but in principle I’m ready to become a dad, since I often sat with my sister Vika, she is ten years younger than me. When she was born, my parents calmly left her with me, and I liked to tinker with her. Therefore, when we have a child, I will be able to change diapers, bathe, and feed myself.
– Your character Beetle had quite a lot of love scenes in the first season of “Law of the Concrete Jungle.” Isn't I jealous?
– Yes, we are faced with this problem. But for me this is just work, especially since I refused to do very explicit scenes. Such things are not for me. Iya jokes that soon, while kissing on camera, I will look into the camera and wink at it. She is an engineer-economist by profession, works as a clerk-consultant in a notary office, is far from the field of cinema and TV, but she likes her work. I couldn't stand sitting in one place all the time. And at first it was also difficult for her to get used to my schedule and lifestyle. Misunderstandings arose, and several times they even decided to break up. But over time they came to a compromise.
– Recently, several projects about adultery have been released on television: “Betrayal”, “Double Continuous”, “Not Together” and others. Why do you think people cheat on their loved ones?
– I don’t know, maybe I didn’t get enough exercise at a young age.
-Have you finished your walk?
– If I got married, then yes. Iya and I have been dating since 2010, got married in 2015, we know each other from “A” to “Z”. When we quarrel, I say: “Now you will say this.” I love it.

Let's return to the celebration. First, the guy and the girl signed in one of the capital's registry offices. Then the newlyweds went to Mytishchi, where their parents, close friends and relatives were waiting for them. A total of 86 people were invited.
The wedding was celebrated outdoors. An arch of fresh flowers was built especially for the newlyweds. The tablecloths and chair covers are made of natural green fabric.
