How did the fates of the actors who became famous with the release of the TV series “Brigade” turn out?

The childhood years of the future actor

Pavel was born in the city of Mytishchi (Moscow region) in 1975 on October 15 . His parents had nothing to do with the world of cinema and art. The boy’s mother, Anna Semyonovna Maikova , was an artist. Sergei Dmitrievich Sergutin - Pavel's father - worked as a driver. An interesting fact is that the great-great-grandfather of the future actor was a famous Russian poet. The name of the artist’s illustrious ancestor is Maykov Apollo Nikolaevich.

Pavel Maikov and his half-sister Anastasia Stotskaya

After some time, the boy's parents divorced. Anna Semyonovna married for the second time. The new husband of Pavel’s mother was Alexander Dmitrievich Stotsky , a doctor by profession. Soon Pasha’s younger sister, Nastya, was born. Today this is the famous singer Anastasia Stotskaya. A five-year-old boy moved to Kyiv with his mother and stepfather and went to school there. According to the artist’s recollections, he spent his childhood in an area where it was necessary to be able to stand up for oneself. And yet Pavel was drawn to the street, where he could walk from morning to night. The parents wanted the boy to study music and painting. But Pasha was absolutely not interested in creative activities, nor was he interested in school subjects. True, young Pavel still had a certain interest in the humanities. Of all the subjects, he was interested in history, biology and literature. The future actor actually loved to read. Often the boy covered himself with the cover of a physics textbook, kept the novels of Dumas and Jules Verne under it and enthusiastically read their adventure works.

Pasha was always a very active child, setting up lights and skits in the classroom. For this, his teachers loved him and forgave him for many of his pranks. The actor himself once admitted that as a child he often disrupted classes with other kids, blew up cartridges and caused smoke. In the tenth grade, Pavel was actually almost expelled from school. The guy missed almost six months of classes because he became interested in building a barn in which he wanted to house stray dogs. The case ended with a scandal in the principal's office and the mother being called to school. Maykov was faced with the unpleasant prospect of working at a factory. But the guy had already decided to become an actor, and he needed to get a school certificate. Then the guy used all his eloquence and still convinced the school director to give him a chance.

Pavel Maikov in childhood with his family and now

Excerpt characterizing Maikov, Pavel Sergeevich

On the same evening, as the prince gave orders to Alpatych, Desalles, having demanded a meeting with Princess Marya, informed her that since the prince was not entirely healthy and was not taking any measures for his safety, and from Prince Andrei’s letter it was clear that he was staying in Bald Mountains If it is unsafe, he respectfully advises her to write a letter with Alpatych to the head of the province in Smolensk with a request to notify her about the state of affairs and the extent of the danger to which Bald Mountains are exposed. Desalle wrote a letter to the governor for Princess Marya, which she signed, and this letter was given to Alpatych with the order to submit it to the governor and, in case of danger, to return as soon as possible. Having received all the orders, Alpatych, accompanied by his family, in a white feather hat (a princely gift), with a stick, just like the prince, went out to sit in a leather tent, packed with three well-fed Savras. The bell was tied up and the bells were covered with pieces of paper. The prince did not allow anyone to ride in Bald Mountains with a bell. But Alpatych loved bells and bells on a long journey. Alpatych's courtiers, a zemstvo, a clerk, a cook - black, white, two old women, a Cossack boy, coachmen and various servants saw him off. The daughter placed chintz down pillows behind him and under him. The old lady's sister-in-law secretly slipped the bundle. One of the coachmen gave him a hand. - Well, well, women's training! Women, women! - Alpatych said puffingly, patteringly exactly as the prince spoke, and sat down in the tent. Having given the last orders about the work to the zemstvo, and in this way not imitating the prince, Alpatych took off his hat from his bald head and crossed himself three times. - If anything... you will come back, Yakov Alpatych; For Christ’s sake, have pity on us,” his wife shouted to him, hinting at rumors about war and the enemy. “Women, women, women’s gatherings,” Alpatych said to himself and drove off, looking around at the fields, some with yellowed rye, some with thick, still green oats, some still black, which were just beginning to double. Alpatych rode along, admiring the rare spring harvest this year, looking closely at the strips of rye crops on which people were beginning to reap in some places, and made his economic considerations about sowing and harvesting and whether any princely order had been forgotten. Having fed him twice on the way, by the evening of August 4th Alpatych arrived in the city. On the way, Alpatych met and overtook convoys and troops. Approaching Smolensk, he heard distant shots, but these sounds did not strike him. What struck him most was that, approaching Smolensk, he saw a beautiful field of oats, which some soldiers were mowing, apparently for food, and in which they were camping; This circumstance struck Alpatych, but he soon forgot it, thinking about his business. All the interests of Alpatych’s life for more than thirty years were limited by the will of the prince alone, and he never left this circle. Everything that did not concern the execution of the prince’s orders not only did not interest him, but did not exist for Alpatych. Alpatych, having arrived in Smolensk on the evening of August 4th, stopped across the Dnieper, in the Gachensky suburb, at an inn, with the janitor Ferapontov, with whom he had been in the habit of staying for thirty years. Ferapontov, twelve years ago, with the light hand of Alpatych, having bought a grove from the prince, began trading and now had a house, an inn and a flour shop in the province. Ferapontov was a fat, black, red-haired forty-year-old man, with thick lips, a thick bumpy nose, the same bumps over his black, frowning eyebrows and a thick belly. Ferapontov, in a waistcoat and a cotton shirt, stood at a bench overlooking the street. Seeing Alpatych, he approached him. - Welcome, Yakov Alpatych. The people are from the city, and you are going to the city,” said the owner. - So, from the city? - said Alpatych. “And I say, people are stupid.” Everyone is afraid of the Frenchman. - Women's talk, women's talk! - said Alpatych. - That’s how I judge, Yakov Alpatych. I say there is an order that they won’t let him in, which means it’s true. And the men are asking for three rubles per cart - there is no cross on them! Yakov Alpatych listened inattentively. He demanded a samovar and hay for the horses and, having drunk tea, went to bed. All night long, troops moved past the inn on the street. The next day Alpatych put on a camisole, which he wore only in the city, and went about his business. The morning was sunny, and from eight o'clock it was already hot. An expensive day for harvesting grain, as Alpatych thought. Shots were heard outside the city from early morning. From eight o'clock the rifle shots were joined by cannon fire. There were a lot of people on the streets, hurrying somewhere, a lot of soldiers, but just as always, cab drivers were driving, merchants were standing at the shops and services were going on in the churches. Alpatych went to the shops, to public places, to the post office and to the governor. In public places, in shops, at the post office, everyone was talking about the army, about the enemy who had already attacked the city; everyone asked each other what to do, and everyone tried to calm each other down. At the governor's house, Alpatych found a large number of people, Cossacks and a road carriage that belonged to the governor. On the porch, Yakov Alpatych met two noblemen, one of whom he knew. A nobleman he knew, a former police officer, spoke heatedly. “It’s not a joke,” he said. - Okay, who is alone? One head and poor - so alone, otherwise there are thirteen people in the family, and all the property... They brought everyone to disappear, what kind of bosses are they after that? . - What do I care, let him hear! Well, we are not dogs,” said the former police officer and, looking back, he saw Alpatych. - And, Yakov Alpatych, why are you there? “By order of his Excellency, to Mr. Governor,” answered Alpatych, proudly raising his head and putting his hand in his bosom, which he always did when he mentioned the prince... “They deigned to order to inquire about the state of affairs,” he said. “Well, just find out,” shouted the landowner, “they brought it to me, no cart, no nothing!.. Here she is, do you hear? - he said, pointing to the side where the shots were heard. - They brought everyone to perish... robbers! - he said again and walked off the porch. Alpatych shook his head and went up the stairs. In the reception room there were merchants, women, and officials, silently exchanging glances among themselves. The office door opened, everyone stood up and moved forward. An official ran out of the door, talked something with the merchant, called behind him a fat official with a cross on his neck and disappeared again through the door, apparently avoiding all the looks and questions addressed to him. Alpatych moved forward and the next time the official exited, putting his hand in his buttoned coat, he turned to the official, handing him two letters. “To Mr. Baron Asch from General Chief Prince Bolkonsky,” he proclaimed so solemnly and significantly that the official turned to him and took his letter. A few minutes later, the governor received Alpatych and hastily told him: “Report to the prince and princess that I didn’t know anything: I acted according to the highest orders - so... He gave the paper to Alpatych.” - However, since the prince is unwell, my advice to them is to go to Moscow. I'm on my way now. Report... - But the governor didn’t finish: a dusty and sweaty officer ran through the door and began to say something in French. The governor's face showed horror. “Go,” he said, nodding his head to Alpatych, and began asking the officer something. Greedy, frightened, helpless glances turned to Alpatych as he left the governor’s office. Unwittingly now listening to the nearby and increasingly intensifying shots, Alpatych hurried to the inn. The paper that the governor gave to Alpatych was as follows: “I assure you that the city of Smolensk does not yet face the slightest danger, and it is incredible that it will be threatened with it. I am on one side, and Prince Bagration on the other side, we are going to unite in front of Smolensk, which will take place on the 22nd, and both armies with their combined forces will defend their compatriots in the province entrusted to you, until their efforts remove the enemies of the fatherland from them or until they are exterminated in their brave ranks to the last warrior. You see from this that you have every right to reassure the inhabitants of Smolensk, for whoever is protected by two such brave troops can be confident of their victory.” (Instruction from Barclay de Tolly to the Smolensk civil governor, Baron Asch, 1812.) People scurried restlessly through the streets. Carts loaded with household utensils, chairs, and cabinets continually drove out of the gates of houses and drove through the streets. In the neighboring house of Ferapontov there were carts and, saying goodbye, the women howled and said sentences. The mongrel dog was barking and spinning around in front of the stalled horses. Alpatych, with a more hasty step than he usually walked, entered the yard and went straight under the barn to his horses and cart. The coachman was sleeping; he woke him up, ordered him to lay him to bed and entered the hallway. In the master's room one could hear the crying of a child, the wracking sobs of a woman, and the angry, hoarse cry of Ferapontov. The cook, like a frightened chicken, fluttered in the hallway as soon as Alpatych entered. - He killed her to death - he beat the owner!.. He beat her like that, she dragged her like that!.. - For what? – asked Alpatych. - I asked to go. It's a woman's business! Take me away, he says, don’t destroy me and my little children; the people, he says, have all left, what, he says, are we? How he started beating. He hit me like that, he dragged me like that! Alpatych seemed to nod his head approvingly at these words and, not wanting to know anything more, went to the opposite door - the master's door of the room in which his purchases remained. “You are a villain, a destroyer,” shouted at that time a thin, pale woman with a child in her arms and a scarf torn from her head, bursting out of the door and running down the stairs to the courtyard. Ferapontov followed her and, seeing Alpatych, straightened his vest and hair, yawned and entered the room behind Alpatych. - Do you really want to go? - he asked. Without answering the question and without looking back at the owner, looking through his purchases, Alpatych asked how long the owner was supposed to stay. - We'll count! Well, did the governor have one? – Ferapontov asked. – What was the solution? Alpatych replied that the governor did not tell him anything decisive. - Are we going to leave on our business? - said Ferapontov. - Give me seven rubles per cart to Dorogobuzh. And I say: there is no cross on them! - he said. “Selivanov, he got in on Thursday and sold flour to the army for nine rubles a sack.” Well, will you drink tea? - he added. While the horses were being pawned, Alpatych and Ferapontov drank tea and talked about the price of grain, the harvest and favorable weather for harvesting. “However, it began to calm down,” said Ferapontov, drinking three cups of tea and getting up, “ours must have taken over.” They said they won't let me in. This means strength... And after all, they said, Matvey Ivanovich Platov drove them into the Marina River, drowned eighteen thousand, or something, in one day. Alpatych collected his purchases, handed them over to the coachman who came in, and settled accounts with the owner. At the gate there was the sound of wheels, hooves and bells of a car leaving. It was already well after noon; half the street was in the shade, the other was brightly lit by the sun. Alpatych looked out the window and went to the door. Suddenly a strange sound of a distant whistle and blow was heard, and after that there was a merging roar of cannon fire, which made the windows tremble. Alpatych went out into the street; two people ran down the street towards the bridge. From different sides we heard whistles, impacts of cannonballs and the bursting of grenades falling in the city. But these sounds were almost inaudible and did not attract the attention of residents in comparison with the sounds of gunfire heard outside the city. It was a bombardment, which at five o'clock Napoleon ordered to open on the city, from one hundred and thirty guns. At first the people did not understand the significance of this bombing. The sounds of falling grenades and cannonballs aroused at first only curiosity. Ferapontov’s wife, who had never stopped howling under the barn, fell silent and, with the child in her arms, went out to the gate, silently looking at the people and listening to the sounds. The cook and the shopkeeper came out to the gate. Everyone with cheerful curiosity tried to see the shells flying over their heads. Several people came out from around the corner, talking animatedly. - That’s power! - said one. “Both the lid and the ceiling were smashed into splinters.” “It tore up the earth like a pig,” said another. - That’s so important, that’s how I encouraged you! – he said laughing. “Thank you, I jumped back, otherwise she would have smeared you.” The people turned to these people. They paused and told how they got into the house near their core. Meanwhile, other shells, now with a quick, gloomy whistle - cannonballs, now with a pleasant whistling - grenades, did not stop flying over the heads of the people; but not a single shell fell close, everything was carried over. Alpatych sat down in the tent. The owner stood at the gate. - What haven’t you seen! - he shouted at the cook, who, with her sleeves rolled up, in a red skirt, swaying with her bare elbows, came to the corner to listen to what was being said. “What a miracle,” she said, but, hearing the owner’s voice, she returned, tugging at her tucked skirt. Again, but very close this time, something whistled, like a bird flying from top to bottom, a fire flashed in the middle of the street, something fired and covered the street with smoke. - Villain, why are you doing this? – the owner shouted, running up to the cook. At the same moment, women howled pitifully from different sides, a child began to cry in fear, and people with pale faces silently crowded around the cook. From this crowd, the most audible were the moans and sentences of the cook: “Oh, oh, my darlings!” My little darlings are white! Don't let me die! My white darlings!.. Five minutes later there was no one left on the street. The cook, with her thigh broken by a grenade fragment, was carried into the kitchen. Alpatych, his coachman, Ferapontov’s wife and children, and the janitor sat in the basement, listening. The roar of guns, the whistle of shells and the pitiful moan of the cook, which dominated all sounds, did not cease for a moment. The hostess either rocked and coaxed the child, or in a pitiful whisper asked everyone who entered the basement where her owner, who remained on the street, was. The shopkeeper who entered the basement told her that the owner had gone with the people to the cathedral, where they were raising the Smolensk miraculous icon.

Student years

In 1992, Pavel graduated from school and decided to go to college. The guy’s mother decided that it was better to build a career in Moscow, and the family returned to Mytishchi.

Pavel applied to the Shchukin Theater School , but failed the entrance exam. The young man’s excessive arrogance let him down: the fable he read did not impress the commission; in addition, strict teachers noted the tightness and stiffness of the applicant. Having heard that Pavel was not suitable for the acting profession, the young man was very upset and decided not to apply anywhere else.

Pavel Maikov in his youth

The young man began to earn extra money: he traded at the market and worked as a courier. But still he did not stop dreaming about the theater. One day fate brought him together with a wonderful teacher, whose name was Kipnis Alexander Efimovich. Their acquaintance took place at a puppet theater, where Pavel got a job for another part-time job. Alexander Efimovich was able to discern acting talent in the guy and began to prepare him for admission to the theater. For a long time, Pavel could not get rid of his tightness, but he made every effort to reveal his talent.

Despite such preparation, the second attempt to enter a university again ended in failure . Pavel was saved from despair only by the fact that the famous artist Tatyana Dogileva tried to enter the theater school six times. The guy pulled himself together and made a firm decision to prepare further.

Pavel entered the “Mirror” - a theater studio, where he began to be assigned to play large roles. In addition, the young man began attending acting courses at the Moscow Art Theater. His efforts bore fruit, and in 1994 Pavel became a student at GITIS.

At the institute, Maikov studied in the creative workshop of Pavel Osipovich Chomsky. While studying in his third year at university, the guy starred in a movie for the first time. It was work in the film “Mercenary Ivan”. The Korean project was never shown in Russia, which Pavel himself was incredibly happy about, because he considers his first film work to be very weak. For his work in the film, Pavel received $200 , which he spent on gifts for his girlfriend and best friend; the guy did not spend anything on himself.

In 1998, Maikov received the coveted diploma . In his graduation performance, Pavel played the main role - Proteus - a negative character. The production of “The Two Gentlemen of Verona” was a musical, the young actor performed a lot of songs and dances, which was useful to him later in the acting profession.

Pavel Maikov in one of the performances

MAYKOV Pavel Sergeevich

Born 10/15/1975, Mytishchi, Moscow region

Laureate of the “Moscow Debuts” festival in the nomination “Best Actor” (1999-2000, for theatrical works) Laureate of the military-patriotic festival “Volokolamsk Frontier” in the nomination “Best Actor” (for the film “Unofficial Assignment”)

Childhood

Pavel Maikov was born in the city of Mytishchi, Moscow region. His maternal great-great-grandfather Apollo Nikolaevich Maikov is a famous Russian poet. Pavel was born into a family far from cinema and theater. Mom Anna Semyonovna (nee Maikova) worked as an artist, and dad, Sergutin Sergey Dmitrievich, worked as a driver.

Soon Pavel's parents separated. Anna Semyonovna, having married the doctor Alexander Dmitrievich Stotsky, left with five-year-old Pasha to Kyiv. There he entered school. Pavel Maikov recalls: “We moved to the city of Kyiv, I went to school. We had a working-class, trampish, and rather punkish neighborhood. There you had to either sit at home and hold on to your mother’s skirt, or go out into people and change your worldview. I chose the second one."

The parents tried to instill in their son a love of music and painting. However, piano lessons were real torture for the boy. He was drawn to the street, where he could spend whole days. Pavel did poorly at school. He had only three favorite subjects - literature, history and biology.

It is no coincidence that literature is included in this list - young Pasha really loved to read. This situation often happened. Mom, checking her son, entered his room and saw how he was diligently studying physics. Meanwhile, under its cover was hidden a novel by Jules Verne or Dumas.

Nevertheless, the teachers treated Pasha well. He was very active in class - he always made some skits, lights, and this saved him. True, his energy was often directed in a completely different direction. Pavel talks about his “tricks”: “I once did such a thing with hydroperide! Got everyone on their ears! It was discovered by chance that hydroperide, together with the fixer, produces a terrible smoke, and I decided to use this for my own vile purposes. I came to school and it began! I put this stuff in briefcases, created smoke in the corridors and the dining room. Nobody understood what was going on. The girls reacted very cheerfully when smoke started pouring out of their briefcases. I sat in the back desk, laughed disgustingly, without giving myself away. And once we blew up cartridges in the attic. Lessons were going on downstairs, but we didn’t have a lesson. We took a small piece of paper, filled it with sulfur, wrapped it with cotton wool and dripped it with wax. The result is a candle, and after a while it explodes. We were all waiting for it to explode. Well, no way! They started jumping, and they jumped so much that the ceiling in the chemistry room began to collapse. And this was a few days after a small earthquake in Kyiv. And when the ceiling started collapsing, and then the cartridges started exploding, that’s it! We started evacuating the school!”

Then for Pavel everything turned out to be just a good beating. But in the 10th grade they quite seriously decided to kick him out of school. It all started with the construction of a barn for stray dogs. For almost six months, Pavel did not appear at school, disappearing into a nearby ravine, where he and his friends planned a construction site. The director endured it for a long time, and then one fine day she called him to her place along with his mother. "All. What can I do? Your son doesn't go to school for six months! We are kicking him out,” she said.

Pavel left the director's office completely confused. For him it was the downfall of everything. After all, from the age of twelve he firmly decided for himself that he would be an actor. Now the boy was faced with the prospect of going to the factory, which he did not want.

Pavel recalls: “I say: “Mom! How so?" She told me: “That’s it, Pavlik! I won't do anything. I'm sick of. If you want, then go and ask yourself.” I broke into the director’s room and began to speak in such pompous words: “Well, you’re just... you’re ruining a young life. You will never forgive yourself for this. I’m an actor, I have to be an artist, I can’t go to a factory to work! I can not! Excuse me. Believe in me. I will learn!" And I thank her so much, because she forgave me: “Okay, Pavlik. But with one condition. If teachers come up to me for a week and say that you are going, learning lessons, stretching your hand, I will leave you. A week is a probationary period.” Then, at the graduation party, she admitted that she didn’t ask anyone anything. But then, naturally, I didn’t build any barn anymore, because I realized that I had no time for it anymore - here, so to speak, fate is decided. I walked honestly, studied..."

Admission to the theater

In 1992 he graduated from high school. At the insistence of their mother, who believed that they should pursue a career in Moscow, they returned to their native Mytishchi.

Pavel, whose dream was to become an actor, decided to enter the Shchukin School. Pavel had almost no doubt that he would succeed. “Well, right now I’ll put Moscow on its back! I'm an artist! I drove the teachers crazy at school! Now I'll show everyone! - he thought. However, this is not how things happened at all.

After reading the fable, he heard from the teacher a terrible conclusion for himself that he was not suitable for an actor. It was much later that Pavel realized that he himself was to blame for this failure. “I was a fool: I didn’t do anything for this, I was tense and closed,” admits the actor. But now we can talk about this calmly, but then the young man was incredibly upset. And... I decided not to go anywhere else.

After the failure, Pavel had to earn extra money. He got a job as a courier, then sold trays at the market, and even, according to the actor himself, helped the “thimble makers” at the market.

But the theater still attracted the young man. Pavel got a job in a moving puppet theater. There he met a wonderful teacher, Alexander Efimovich Kipnis. He began to prepare Pavel for entering college. The young man was still terribly uptight, but Kipnis still saw an actor in him.

The next time there was a second attempt. And again a failure. All! The young man was ready to despair, but he heard from someone that the famous Dogileva was admitted six times. “Well, okay. This means Dogileva six times. I - what? I’m only two,” Pavel thought and decided to prepare for the next time for real.

Pavel got a job at the Zerkalo theater studio, which was headed by Natalya Petrovna Ganysh. There he played many big roles. In addition, Maikov attended courses at the Moscow Art Theater. And his labors were not in vain. In 1994, he was admitted to GITIS in the Drama Theater Actor department.

GITIS

At GITIS, Pavel Maikov studied in the workshop of Pavel Osipovich Chomsky. In his third year he made his film debut. He starred in the Korean film "Mercenary Ivan." Now he says that the work was incredibly weak, and it’s good that the film was not shown in Russia. The young man spent his first fee—two hundred dollars—to buy a tape recorder for a friend and a player for a girl, leaving nothing for himself.

Pavel graduated from the institute in 1998. In the graduation performance “The Two Gentlemen of Verona” he played one of the main roles - the negative hero Proteus. “We made a play at the end of the fourth year,” recalls Maykov. — It was good student work, but nothing more. And the vocals were not always successful, and the dancing was not very good. But everyone liked it. In my opinion, there was no such success even in Metro. I think that’s where my journey through musicals began.”

"Metro"

After graduating from GITIS, Pavel was accepted into the Sphere Theater, where he worked for a year, playing in various productions (in particular, the role of Reef in West Side Story).

At the same time, Maykov starred in a domestic film for the first time, although only as an extra. In “The Barber of Siberia” by Nikita Mikhalkov, he participated as a stuntman in a fight scene during the celebration of Maslenitsa.

Then Maykov worked for a short time in Artsibashev’s theater and was the host of the television programs “Panopticon” and “Find Me.” Gradually disappointment set in, thoughts began to arise, why did he actually become an actor, what to do next?

Pavel was helped by his friend Zhenya Stychkin, an artist at the Theater of the Moon. He said that there was an audition for the musical “Metro”. Initially, Pavel refused, but then he succumbed to his friend’s persuasion. A group of fourteen people was recruited for the musical, and Maykov was taken as the fourteenth.

By his own admission, Pavel sang the worst of this group. Not surprisingly, he was given a very small role with one single line. But Maikov’s stubborn character took its toll. For six months, while they were rehearsing, he intensively studied vocals. The work was simply hellish. Some couldn't stand it and left. There were moments when Pavel wanted to give up everything.

A month before the premiere, the director invited him to become the second cast for the main role of the musician Ivan. The musical premiered on October 22, 1999. It was a huge success...

"Jesus Christ Superstar"

The success of Metro led to him being invited to the Mossovet Theater to replace a sick actor in the play Jesus Christ Superstar. Pavel “fell ill” with this legendary rock opera in the third grade. That's when his father brought him an audio cassette. A little later, Pavel saw a film, after watching which he almost cried. From that moment on, for many years he dreamed that someday he would play in this play. And now his childhood dream came true!

Maikov was offered the role of Simon the Zealot. And he played superbly - once, twice, ten times... Now Maikov deservedly considers this role his “strong point”: “When I play now, I have no tears (not allowed in the script), but there are veins swollen on my forehead and aggression , which is not typical for me in life. Simon is a person who felt bad before the revolution, bad after, but good during it. This is a “gray eminence” who is trying to set people against each other. He's all in black. It’s unclear who he is, but he doesn’t bring anything good with him, that’s for sure.”

Personal life

Pavel met his future wife at the musical “Metro”. 17-year-old Katya, who came to work in the musical, immediately fell in love with the handsome actor. But then Paul's heart was occupied. He lived with his girlfriend named Maryana, with whom he had previously studied together. They lived together for three years, after which Maryana left. “We can say for sure that my life ended at that moment,” Pavel admits. “I fell into a severe depression. Now I understand that I suffered not because I lost her, but because my girlfriend left me. Before this I always left. And, in order to forget, he began to walk.”

Katya was aware of all this, but did not “take advantage of the situation.” She continued her relationship with Pavel at the same friendly level. Time passed, everything boiled over, settled down, Pavel returned to his former life and finally “saw” Katya. There was a beautiful courtship, during which he gave flowers and read poetry. And in 2001, Katya and Pavel got married.

"Brigade"

After “Metro” and “Jesus”, Pavel believed in himself. The time has come to realize yourself in cinema. And he began to act. Pavel came to Mosfilm to see director Alexei Sidorov, who was recruiting actors for his series “Brigade,” and did not hesitate to ask: “Do you need actors?”

Then there were auditions in which Maikov played the bandit Vitya Pchelkin, nicknamed “Bee.” The director immediately liked Pavel, and he never saw anyone else in this role. But coordination with the producers was still necessary. Todorovsky also liked the young actor... Since then, Pavel considers Alexei Sidorov his “godfather” in cinema.

In order for the main characters to truly become friends, the film's producer Anatoly Sivushov settled Sergei Bezrukov, Vladimir Vdovichenkov, Dmitry Dyuzhev and Pavel Maykov in the Rest House. And it worked. During the entire filming, they called each other only by stage names and got so used to it that Dyuzhev still responds to Cosmos, and Pavel calls him and introduces himself: “This is the Bee.”

In "Brigade" there are many scenes where Maykov's hero takes part in fights. At the same time, the actor almost always filmed himself. Doubles were brought in only if it really meant injury. And yet, misfires happened, and the make-up artists had to work their magic to hide the next bruises and abrasions.

“The most terrible episode was when we were all taken out of the city for an imaginary execution,” recalls Pavel Maikov. — We filmed it in the spring, the snow had already melted. The workers dug a hole. And we all saw that it was full of water! Nobody expected this, naturally. No special shoes! And you can’t even put on boots, it’s all in the frame! Then we put large black garbage bags over our shoes. They poured us vodka and off we went! To be honest, I have never been so cold in my life. I still call that scene “Hello, prostatitis!” Five hours of continuous torture! But the funny thing is that no matter how we disguised ourselves, these damn packages still got into the frame. This is the moment when Dima Dyuzhev climbs out of the hole. And after filming, I came home, dove into a hot bath, and drank a bottle of cognac. I was drunk and happy that it was all over.”

Further work

The series “Brigade” brought incredible success to the whole four – Pavel Maykov, Sergei Bezrukov, Dmitry Dyuzhev and Vladimir Vdovichenkov. For a long time, for the people they were “Bee”, “Cosmos”, etc. Sergei Bezrukov was the first to free himself from the image of a bandit.

Pavel is not going to exploit his image either. In one of the interviews, he admitted that he would never play a bandit again; he was now more interested in completely different roles. For some time, however, viewers did not see the actor’s new works. Pavel explained this by saying that he takes his choice very seriously.

But, since 2004, Maikov has been working very fruitfully in cinema, and in a wide variety of roles. He is equally great in comedies, war dramas and thrillers. Among the actor's works: former special forces soldier and now clown Dmitry, saving people in the thriller "Knockout Game", operative Stotsky, entering the fight against stupid robbers in the comedy "New Year is Cancelled", pedantic captain Pavel Naumovich Kudashov in the popular series "Soldiers" ...

First work in the theater. Musicals

After graduating from university, Pavel began working at the Sfera Theater. There he played many different roles, most notably as Reef in the production of West Side Story.

At the same time, Maykov played his first role in a Russian film, although it was only work as an extra in Nikita Mikhalkov’s cult drama “The Barber of Siberia.” In the filming of the scene of a mass fight taking place on Maslenitsa, Maikov took part as a stuntman.

Then the actor served in Artsibashev’s theater and hosted TV programs: “Find Me” and “Panopticon”.

Gradually, Pavel began to become disillusioned with his profession and his choice. Help came from his longtime friend, actor Evgeny Stychkin, who announced that artists were auditioning for the musical “Metro.” At first, Maikov did not want to take part in the musical, but he still listened to his friend and went to the casting. As a result, the guy became the fourteenth (last) actor accepted into the musical group.

Since Pavel’s vocals were not very strong at that time, he was given a small role. Hard rehearsals lasted six months. Maikov trained hard and just before the premiere he was given the main role in the production - the musician Ivan, although in the second cast. In the fall of 1999, the high-profile premiere of “Metro” took place. This was the actor's first success.

Pavel Maikov and Anastasia Stotskaya

The success of the first musical led to Pavel being invited to the Mossovet Theater. Maikov was offered to replace an artist who fell ill in the legendary rock opera “Jesus Christ Superstar”. According to the actor himself, since childhood he dreamed of a role in this musical.

The role of Simon Zealot, played by Maykov, became truly stellar and significant in Pavel’s professional career.

Advantages of ceramic tiles

Today, on sale in specialized stores you can find dozens, if not hundreds, of varieties of ceramic tiles, which differ in their appearance, characteristics, manufacturers, surface texture and a number of other parameters.

Before going to the salon and making a purchase, look at the photo of the tiles here, this will allow you to pre-approve some models for discussion on the spot

The advantages of this finishing material include the following:

• complete environmental friendliness;

• available range of choice;

• resistance to aggressive household chemicals;

• ease of care of the coating;

• reliability and durability of materials.

You just need to remember that the performance characteristics of such a material, its durability and attractive appearance will largely depend on the specific tile manufacturer and their adherence to the entire technology for manufacturing such a coating. Today, the most popular are Spanish and Italian brands, whose products are manufactured using the most modern technologies, are distinguished by their texture and have an original design.

"Brigade"

The actor's greatest popularity came, of course, from the role of Bee in the cult TV series "Brigada" in 2002. Pavel himself came to Alexei Sidorov, the director of the project, and offered himself as one of the main roles. The artist's audition went brilliantly. The film's producers also approved Maykov's candidacy for the role of bandit Vitya Pchelkin . Since then, Pavel considers the director of “Brigade” to be his “godfather” in the world of cinema.

Bezrukov, Dyuzhev, Vdovichenkov and Maikov in the “Brigade”

The friendship of the main characters on the screen has grown into real friendship. The film's leading actors: Bezrukov, Dyuzhev, Vdovichenkov and Maikov even address each other by their stage names in real life.

There are many scenes in the series where the characters get into fights. Pavel Maikov performed almost all the stunts himself and did not resort to using a stunt double. As a result, make-up artists had to hide numerous abrasions and bruises on the actor’s face.

Other jobs

After the success of “Brigade,” Pavel no longer wanted to act as a bandit and began to play completely different roles. Thus, the audience most remembered his roles in 2004 in “Cadets”, “Elimination Game”, “Unofficial Assignment”. In 2007, Maikov starred in the film “Nine Days Until Spring”, and in 2010 - in the series “Landing is Landing”. In his new films, Pavel played mainly military roles.

Maikov in the series “Betrayal”, 2015

Maikov does not stop collaborating with the theater. Thus, in 2003–2004, the actor worked with the Lekur the Theater Events Factory theater In 2005, Pavel played in performances of the “Another Theater”, in 2007 in the Creative Association “Teletheater” and in the Modern Enterprise Theater.

Music bands

Passionate about music, Pavel Maikov founded several groups. In 2008, he, together with the ex-husband of his sister Anastasia Stotskaya, Alexei Sekirin, created “7 percent” - a musical group. Its presentation took place in Moscow in 2010.

Pavel Maykov is known to the public not only as an actor, but also as a musician

In 2011, Maikov founded the group “ButterBrodsky”, in which Pavel himself was the author and performer of all songs. The group existed until 2020. And in 2017, Maikov created a new group - “Magrit”.

Decoding the symbols on the label

You can obtain the necessary information about the performance characteristics, properties and purpose of ceramic tiles by carefully studying their label. For example, wall-mounted varieties of material have a black pictogram with a white palm print. If the tile is intended exclusively for laying on the floor, it will have a black pictogram with a white symbolic image of a shoe print. Also, from the information encrypted on the label, you can obtain data on the thickness of the tile and its bending strength, abrasion resistance and resistance to chemicals.

One of the most important indicators of this material, especially if you are choosing a coating for laying on the floor, is the tile’s resistance to abrasion. For a kitchen or bathroom, a coating with strength ratings at the AA level will be sufficient. But there is no need to overpay for special reinforced tiles that have undergone several firing procedures. The coating has a high cost, since it was created specifically for rooms with high traffic flow.

Personal life

For three years, Pavel was in a relationship with Maryana Berezovskaya , his classmate. The couple never registered their marriage. Parting with Maryana was painful for the actor. Having survived depression, the actor was able to see his new love - actress Ekaterina Maslovskaya . Maikov courted the girl for a long time and beautifully, and in 2011 the couple got married. In 2003, Catherine gave birth to Pavel’s son, Daniel.
