Where was he born and how did he spend his childhood?
Roman Eduardovich Ustyuzhanin is a well-known television expert in detecting lies in Russia. Works on television as a polygraph examiner. TV shows with his participation arouse not only interest among an audience of millions, but also a huge amount of gossip.
Ustyuzhanin at one time worked for TNT and brought to light the participants of the show “Dom-2”. Currently he is collaborating with “First” and determines where the truth is and where the lies are in the “Actually” program. Viewers admire the expert’s insight, but many are concerned by the fact that Roman Eduardovich himself does not tell anything about himself.
There is practically no information on the Internet about the popular TV presenter. Journalists do not interview Roman Eduardovich, and the expert himself is also in no hurry to share facts from his biography with his followers. Such secrecy only spurs interest in the media person.
Ustyuzhanin was born in Russia in 1960. Similar information is available on one of the Odnoklassniki accounts, which contains a photo of Roman Eduardovich himself. As a child, he studied at school, was fond of sports, and loved to relax on the river bank with a fishing rod. He was a sociable teenager and always had many friends. After finishing school I entered university. He has several higher educations, including a diploma from Moscow State University.
Wife and children of Roman Ustyuzhanin
There is no official information about the personal life of Roman Ustyuzhanin, about his family, wife and children in the media, as well as on social networks. Information about the family of the polygraph examiner is carefully hidden. Neither Instagram nor the official website, where the popular polygraph examiner himself works, could lift the thick veil of secrecy that shrouds the data about Roman Ustyuzhanin’s wife. There is a personal page created in the name of Roman Eduardovich on Instagram, but it looks more like a fake one, since all the photos and video files posted on it are taken from other profiles, but there is no information about the personal life of Roman Ustyuzhanin.

I would like to hope that in the very near future the secret about Roman Ustyuzhanin’s children, his wife and personal life will be revealed, because sooner or later, everything secret will become clear. A polygraph examiner, a person who strives for the information presented on television to be absolutely truthful, does not want to reveal the truth himself, to tell about himself to people who believe his every word. And this is quite natural, because every person has the right to protect his personal space. What about the media? They want only one thing: to see what is hidden behind the impartial gaze of the host of one of the most interesting programs, which builds its popularity on scandalous stories or delicate life situations of stars.
The well-known media “truth teller,” according to open information, has his own opinion on maintaining secrecy about personal information that relates to the economic side of our lives: account numbers, card information that allows for economic mutual settlements. At the political level, he is concerned with preventing hacking and is lobbying for consideration of data protection legislation. Apparently, Roman Eduardovich has a special education, as he does this very professionally.
In his free time, the popular presenter likes to relax in the fresh air, away from the bustle of the city. His hobby is fishing. Therefore, he often leaves the city to go fishing and relax by the water. Another hobby of Roman Eduardovich Ustyuzhanin is horses. It is also known that they played baseball with their brother, but that was in their distant youth. Today, as soon as he has free time, he goes on vacation to go fishing or ride horses.

Before getting on television, Roman Ustyuzhanin worked for a long time as a polygraph examiner and tested people using a polygraph. He founded. His company has worked with many organizations that want to test their future employees with a lie detector test.
Roman Eduardovich helped the Russian police in solving high-profile crimes. was engaged in training specialists to use the polygraph. Many years of practice allowed Roman Ustyuzhanin to be considered the best polygraph examiner in the country.
His insight and professionalism did not leave television people indifferent. At first, Ustyuzhanin appeared on the radio broadcasts of Echo of Moscow. A similar format of radio programs aired in 2006 attracted a huge number of listeners.
Then there was work on TNT, on the TV show Dom-2. As part of the project, Ustyuzhanian tested show participants with a polygraph if the organizers had doubts about the veracity of their stories.

Working with the Dom-2 project
In 2010, an expert in detecting lies was invited to TNT to work in the Dom-2 project. Using a polygraph, Ustyuzhanin managed to find out some facts from the biographies of the participants in the popular reality show. The expert helped establish the true sexual orientation of Nastya Dashko.
True, some participants in the television project managed to fool the polygraph. For example, Rustam Kalganov, suspected of theft, managed to avert suspicion from himself and deceive Ustyuzhanin, along with his lie detector. But then the guy admitted to what he had done.
During testing of another Dom-2 participant, Vlad Kadoni, a conflict occurred. The guy was suspected of being gay. Roman Eduardovich even had facts about this that were based on polygraph data. Vlad Kadoni himself did not accept such a verdict, because he could simply have been worried about an unpleasant question. The Ustyuzhan resident began to demand that Vlad Kadoni be recognized as gay, but the organizers of the reality show did not agree to this and kicked the expert out of the television project. Vlad Kadoni himself was offered to work as the presenter of “House-2”.
His new brainchild: "Actually"
In 2020, Ustyuzhanin was invited to work in Dmitry Shepelev’s program “Actually,” which still airs on Channel One. Together with another lie detection expert, Sabina Halibut, Roman Eduardovich searched for the truth in family disputes and various situations. Guests of the program were connected to a polygraph throughout the broadcast. The presenter Dmitry Shepelev asked them questions and, observing the reaction to sensitive topics, the polygraph examiners rendered their verdict on some problem.
The program “Actually” immediately fell into the scandalous category and broke all viewing records. The guests of the show were not only stars, but also ordinary people who found themselves in a difficult situation. The TV shows dealt with different subjects. Sometimes expert investigations on one topic lasted several issues in a row. Guests of the “Actually” program were the Kolesnichenko sisters and the husband of one of them, Tigran, as well as Diana Shurygina, Valya Isaeva, Alena Kravets, Gauguin Solntsev. Ordinary people also came to the program and talked about the elite’s abuse of them. In some series, in addition to polygraph data, DNA tests were performed. Usually in such programs they found out the relationship of illegitimate children with famous parents.
Roman Ustyuzhanin checked Bari Alibasov for poisoning with a chemical pipe cleaner called “Mole”. The expert rendered a verdict that the celebrity needs to be treated for alcoholism and not blame relatives for the poisoning. On the “Actually” program, with the help of Ustyuzhanin’s services, they tried to shed light on the tragedy involving Alyosha Shimko.
The hosts of the TV show did not ignore the story of the Khachaturian sisters. Each time, guests with scandalous pasts were selected to participate in the “Actually” program. This concept allowed the TV show to break all viewing records and remain the most talked about show on television for a long time.
The scandalous wife of the oligarch will take part in “The Bachelor”

In the new season of the popular show “The Bachelor,” which this time will be filmed in sunny Spain, the notorious model Anna Ustyuzhanina will compete for the heart of Timur Batrutdinov. As it turned out, the spectacular brunette had a difficult separation from the oligarch and a long-term struggle for her son behind her. The history of the model from Tatarstan in 2011 was not discussed except by the lazy. After breaking up with her common-law husband, the girl desperately fought for the right to raise their common son Misha. Rublevsky oligarch Mikhail Borshchev, through a Tula court, achieved sole custody of his son and forbade the child’s mother to see him. The judge from Tula, where the hearings in this case took place, considered that the child would be more comfortable living with his father, whose monthly income at that time was two million rubles, than with his party-goer mother, who earned an average of 60 thousand a month.
Thus, the name of Vice-Miss Tatarstan 2007 was heard by the entire metropolitan bohemia, which, in turn, diligently proved that the oligarch who took his son was a very decent and honest person. By the way, Yana Rudkovskaya and Evgeni Plushenko then came to Borshchev’s defense. And journalist Bozena Rynska spoke publicly about Anna Ustyuzhanina’s relationship with the oligarch. “When Anya admitted that she was pregnant, they no longer met at all,” Bozena Rynska said on her blog. “Nevertheless, Misha recognized the child and began to take care of him. But Anya wanted Misha to take care of her too. But Misha didn’t want to be made an idiot out of him. Misha simply didn’t want to be tricked into making money by having a child. And I understand him. He does not refuse to take care of his son, he is a fanatical father, he adores his son, he walks with him all the time, every day, despite his busy schedule.”

The litigation ended in a decision in favor of the oligarch, but, apparently, the child’s mother retained the right to spend time with little Misha. Since the beginning of 2012, the model shared joint photos with her child with subscribers on Instagram, but by 2013 she began to do this less and less. Since March 2013, Anna Ustyuzhanina has never posted photos with her son. The model’s feed is replete with various pictures from parties, restaurants and gyms. Ustyuzhanina pays great attention to body care, and therefore spends several hours every day in the fitness club. Anna also receives a huge number of flowers and gifts from mysterious suitors, which she willingly shares on her microblog, but she has not mentioned her own child for a long time.
Interestingly, Anna was spotted with the main character of the last season of “The Bachelor,” Maxim Chernyavsky. The young people spent time together at parties of mutual friends. Among Anna Ustyuzhanina’s acquaintances are also rapper Dzhigan, singer Alexey Chumakov and presenters of music channels. By the way, Anna herself has long been striving to break into television. The girl took part in various castings in search of her dream job. Anna Ustyuzhanina is also a big fan of the comedy show Comedy club, in which the current “bachelor” Timur Batrutdinov performs. The model can often be seen on the set of the program and directly in the hall among the audience.
Whether a girl forced to share her five-year-old son with her former common-law husband will be able to win the heart of one of the most eligible bachelors in the country, TV viewers will be able to find out in March, when the new season of the show “The Bachelor” will be released on screens.

Interesting facts
In ordinary life, Roman Ustyuzhanin likes to relax with friends in a restaurant or bar and drink a few glasses of vodka. Usually, an expert goes into confrontation only with people of little influence and wealth, whom he simply uses to advertise his business. Roman Eduardovich treats his friends kindly and can go fishing or play sports with them.
The lack of information about Ustyuzhanin’s past gives rise to inventing non-existent facts of his biography. In fact, there is nothing unusual in the life of a polygraph examiner. There was only work and a desire to get rich by testing people with a polygraph. The fact is that many experts are skeptical about this method of detecting lies. Of course, many companies also do not want to throw money away to test their workers.
The only way to attract attention to the polygraph and your activities is to participate in television shows and discredit people who arouse the sympathy of the audience. This is done in order to give the polygraph a dominant status in the field of detecting lies.

Latest news
At the moment (February 2020), Roman Eduardovich continues to work on television and, together with Sabina Pantus, tests guests of the “Actually” program on a lie detector. Many psychologists do not like this TV show format. After all, Ustyuzhanin, based on polygraph data on the physiological reactions of the human body, sometimes draws incorrect conclusions.
If we take into account the fact that the rating of a TV show directly depends on shocking accusations and revelations, then one can suspect Roman Eduardovich of insincerity. But within the framework of the show, such behavior is only welcomed. As for the reputation of the TV show guests, most likely it is not important to them. For many popular personalities, the main thing is to constantly be heard and in the spotlight.
Ustyuzhanin does not receive much money for his appearance on television, but he advertises his company providing polygraph services. From this we can conclude: Roman Eduardovich deliberately distorts the facts so that potential clients doubt every person, even a trustworthy one, and demand that he be tested using a polygraph. Of course, such activities bring a substantial income to the polygraph examiner.
