“They arrived and were reluctant to listen to me. They did not confiscate my bloody clothes. No blood tests were taken to determine the presence of alcohol. The police persistently sent me home and asked me to write a refusal. I didn't understand how to act. I begged them to contact my mother so that she would bring all the necessary documents, and asked them to write me a referral for further hospitalization. They answered: “You are just going home.” It seems that the operatives sincerely did not understand why they should look into a domestic fight. Well, the women quarreled, no big deal.
— What injuries did you have?
“Before they patched up my face, my blood was flowing like a stream.” The doctor who stitched me up didn’t say anything about the seriousness of the injury. I sewed it up and that's it. Later I found out that the glass shards had cut my facial nerve in two places. Half of my face stopped moving. I couldn't smile or talk. Then I went to a regular clinic, where they creakingly gave me a referral for hospitalization.
— Did your offender apologize for what happened?
— Over the past 4 months, no apologies have been made. I did not receive any money from her for treatment. One day we ran into her at the police station when she was being called in for questioning. She walked past and said to me: “I won’t get anything for this.” She was given a written undertaking not to leave the place. She walks calmly, goes to work, enjoys life.
— Under what article was a criminal case opened?
- Article 112 part 2 - intentional infliction of moderate harm to health. The maximum term of imprisonment is up to three years or correctional labor. Most likely, she will not be imprisoned. Nobody cares that half of my face still doesn’t tense up, it hangs.
— I read the comments under your posts about help. Not everyone supported you?
- Someone supported. And someone started poisoning. I read all this and cried. I didn’t understand why there was so much anger in people? Most likely, the bullying was organized by the girlfriends of the offender who live in this city. I don’t know anyone in Apsheronsk, I’ve only recently lived here. I don’t communicate with anyone, I worked from home - I did manicures and eyelashes.
—Did you happen to meet her on the street?
“After that incident, I practically don’t go outside. I just pick up one child from kindergarten, the second from school, that’s all my movements.
— You had nowhere to get money for plastic surgery?
“I couldn’t even dream of plastic surgery.” At first I was looking for a cosmetologist who could sand the seams inexpensively. But no one took up such work. Then I found a plastic surgeon in the city, but he refused me the operation, advised me to smear the wounds with cream, and said that nothing could be done, get used to living with a new face.
After that, I decided to post on social networks asking for help. I was scared to make my story public, but there was no choice. Slowly people reposted and began to help. But the help was insignificant; I wouldn’t have scraped enough money for the operation. And suddenly Alana Mamaeva called me. She found my phone number herself.

— Did you ask Mamaeva why she helps you?
“I asked her this question.” She said that when she found out my story, she decided to help without hesitation. Because she herself repeatedly found herself in such situations when she was left alone with her misfortune and when everyone turned away.
— Did you have the operation in Berlin?
— Alana turned to her plastic surgeon in Berlin, with whom she had undergone surgery herself, and agreed on a free operation. She saw my story when she was in that very clinic and showed my disfigured face to the doctor. The doctor looked and said that we urgently need to redo the mistakes of our doctors. I didn’t have a foreign passport; I’d never left Russia before. I have no opportunity to travel. Alana helped me quickly complete the paperwork.
— Did you go to Germany with her?
— When all the documents were ready, I flew to her in Krasnodar and from there we flew to Berlin together. Tickets in business class, hotel paid for by Pavel. We settled in one room. We slept on the same bed.
— At that moment, you already understood who Alana Mamaeva was. Did you feel any discomfort in front of her?
“Many people consider her arrogant, but I didn’t feel it. From the first day of our communication, she seemed to me like a simple girl. We even drank water from the same bottle; she frankly told me about her whole life, probably in this way she wanted to distract me from bad thoughts. We communicated as equals, I didn’t even remember that she was the wife of a famous football player.

— When you found out that Pavel Mamaev and his friend Kokorin became involved in a fight, did you contact Alana?
— The first day Alana was in shock. I didn't contact anyone. Then we began to correspond and call each other. To say that she was worried would be an understatement. She did not justify Pasha, she understood his guilt. I went live on Instagram to convey my thoughts to the people. And in response, streams of dirt poured down on Alana and her children.
They started threatening her. Hackers hacked her social networks. I remember when I was also being bullied online, Alana took my phone and didn’t allow me to read it. And then she began to defend me online. Now she found herself in the same situation, even worse.
She has no one in Krasnodar, no relatives, no friends. She doesn't go outside. She found the strength to go to the police to write a statement against the blackmailers who demanded money from her. She also cannot leave the city, the children go to school there, she cannot leave them with a nanny when the family receives endless threats. And all these days I thought for a long time why Pavel was “closed”, and those who disfigured me are still walking free?
