Since April 1993, at the invitation of Alexander Ponomarev, she took the position of general director of the TV-6 channel

2007—2013

On July 24, 2007, Sinelshchikova registered Red Square LLC in Moscow, whose main activities in the charter are “production of films, videos and television programs” and “consulting on commercial activities and management”[7][8]. Cypriot offshore companies Norvaal Services Co. were indicated as the owners of the company during registration. Limited and Flexcor TV Holdings LTD.

On February 3, 2009, Sinelshchikova became a founder with a 60% share in Rasharekordz LLC, the main activity of which is listed in the charter. The second co-founder of the company with a 40% share was Russian music producer Elena Kiper[9].

On August 22, 2009, under the pretext of a meeting of graduates of secondary school No. 4 in the village of Psebay, Larisa Sinelshchikova held a public event in the Upper Park of the village, during which, surrounded by Russian pop stars, she presented first-graders with schoolbags with textbooks. To ensure the safety of Sinelshchikova and those accompanying her, additional forces of the Central Internal Affairs Directorate of the Krasnodar Territory were pulled into Psebay. All roads leading to Psebay were blocked and guarded by snipers, there were interruptions in public transport, and a regime of personal searches of citizens was introduced in the village itself. At the end of the event, Sinelshchikova ordered fireworks[10][11].

On May 18, 2012, Larisa Sinelshchikova registered the company SCI LARA in France. The company's authorized capital amounted to 240 thousand euros. Initially, the headquarters were located in Paris, 3 rue du Boccador, until on October 20, 2020, Sinelshchikova moved the company's office to Cannes, 114 Boulevard Eugène Gazagnaire. On the same day, the founders of SCI LARA included Sinelshchikova’s daughter Anastasia and son Igor, as well as her half-brother Igor Matrosov[12].

On July 4, 2012, one of Sinelshchikova’s key employees, director of the music directorate of Krasny Kvadrat LLC, Oleg Milushkov, registered and became one of the founders of VSM Production LLC, whose main activity is in the charter [13][14]. According to Russian and Ukrainian media, the nominal head of the newly created company was 27-year-old Igor Sinelshchikov, the actual beneficiaries were the general director of Channel One Konstantin Ernst and his fictitious wife Larisa Sinelshchikova, and the main purpose of creating VSM Production was the formation of a shadow corruption scheme on charging fees from Russian show business stars for their participation in television programs produced by Red Square. According to experts, the estimated shadow income of Sinelshchikova and Ernst from the illegal activities of VSM Production could be more than 10 million euros per year[15][16].

2013—2015

On June 5, 2013, it became known that 95% of the shares of Red Square LLC belong to the Cyprus offshore company Norvaal Services Co. Limited, founded on April 12, 2007. Larisa Sinelshchikova turned out to be a minority shareholder with a 5% share, but the real owners of Norvaal Services Co. Limited and Red Square remained unnamed[17][18].

In March 2014, Sinelshchikova became the subject of a Change.org petition demanding inclusion, along with Konstantin Ernst, on the “Magnitsky list” on suspicion of selling media content to Channel One at inflated prices through offshore companies. The petition was sent to the Commission on Human Rights of the Committee on Foreign Relations of the US Congress[19][ unauthorized source?

].

On April 3, 2014, Sinelshchikova transferred the 51% of the group's shares nominally owned by her to the Russian oligarch and friend of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Arkady Rotenberg, who was on the US sanctions list, including 51% of the shares in the authorized capitals of Mandarin LLC, Granat LLC and Izyum LLC. [20].

On January 15, 2020, Sinelshchikova became the sole founder of Corporation LLC, whose main activity in the charter is listed as “activities in the field of television broadcasting” and “consulting on commercial activities and management” as additional activities. At the same time, the company had only one employee, and Corporation LLC itself was never mentioned by Sinelshchikova as one of its subsidiaries. As of August 21, 2020, two enforcement proceedings were initiated against Corporation LLC regarding the collection of taxes and fees[21].

On July 6, 2020, by an additional agreement, Sinelshchikova transferred to Rotenberg the remaining 49% of the shares of Red Square and all its subsidiaries that nominally belonged to her. The financial parameters of the transaction were not disclosed; all top management continued their work in their previously held positions. Commenting on the transfer of shares to him, Rotenberg publicly called Sinelshchikova his business partner and stated that they “will have fruitful joint work on future projects”[22][23]. Corporation LLC was not among the companies transferred to Rotenberg.

After 2015

In August 2020, Sinelshchikova transferred her nominally 60% stake in the First Music Publishing House (PMI) to Russian producers Viktor Drobysh, Vladimir Dubovitsky, Igor Matvienko, Konstantin Meladze and Maxim Fadeev. Legal registration of the transaction was completed in September 2016. Drobysh and Fadeev refused to comment on the reason for the transfer of PMI shares to them by Sinelshchikova[24][25].

Biography[ | ]

Early years, education[ | ]

Born on February 10, 1963 in the village of Psebay, Mostovsky district, Krasnodar region. In 1979, after graduating from secondary school No. 4, she left for Moscow and entered the Russian Institute of Theater Arts (GITIS). In 1984, she received a diploma in directing [1][2][3][4].

Work on TV-6 and VID[ | ]

From 1993 to 1998, Larisa Sinelshchikova served as vice president of the TV channel, and since 1994 she was the general director of the TV-6 Media agency, which is part of the channel’s structure, the first television advertising sales agency in Russia[5].

In 1998, at the invitation of Alexander Lyubimov, she took the position of General Director of CJSC TV Company VID, a major supplier of television programs and shows for the ORT TV channel[5][3][6]. In 2000, Sinelshchikova left the position of general director, headed the board of directors of VID and held this post until 2007[5].

In 2001, Sinelshchikova became a member of the Academy of Russian Television[7].

Red square[ | ]

In July 2007, Sinelshchikova founded her own television, which became the first full-cycle television holding in Russia, which was engaged in the production of television programs, technical support for filming, distribution of rights, advertising, sponsorship contracts, Internet projects and projects in the field of show business[5][8 ][2][9]. Mainly she produced the most important and high-rating projects for him. Also, the Red Square structure was responsible for filming the 54th Eurovision Song Contest, which was held in Moscow in 2009[10][11].

By the beginning of 2010, Red Square became Russia's largest producer of television content. According to KVG Research, in 2012, 58 shows, television films and series produced by Red Square were aired with a total duration of 1,159 hours - a tenth of the total premiere time on Russian television, a quarter more than its nearest competitor. Many Red Square projects were shown in the evening prime time of Channel One. Among them are “The Voice”, “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire?”, “Minute of Fame”, “Let’s Get Married”, “Fashionable Sentence”, “Posner” and others[10]. According to Interfax, the revenue of Red Square in 2013 amounted to 4.64 billion rubles, net profit - 2.63 billion[12][13][14].

According to the Vedomosti newspaper, since 2012 Sinelshchikova has been planning the sale of Red Square. In mid-2013, Red Square acquired a number of subsidiary legal entities. In April 2014, it became known that Sinelshchikova agreed to sell 51% of the authorized capital of the Red Square structures to Arkady Rotenberg. The official representative of the businessman, Andrei Baturin, explained Rotenberg’s interest in the company by the growing importance of content for modern media and the need to rely on “the first and the best.” The parties did not disclose the terms of the deal, but noted that the company was valued above the market. It was previously known that Sinelshchikova directly owned small shares in the companies that made up Red Square, and the main ones were owned by offshore structures. During the transaction, the ownership structure of the television company was revealed for the first time, and Sinelshchikova was named the ultimate beneficiary of all companies[9][14][12].

With the advent of a new shareholder, personnel changes took place in the management of Red Square, and the company itself began to cooperate with the main competitor of Channel One, VGTRK. Vedomosti, citing a senior employee of First, noted that this led to a noticeable cooling in relations between the TV channel and the television company[15][16]. In July 2020, in a second transaction, Rotenberg bought the remaining 49% of the company from Sinelshchikova and became the sole owner of Red Square[14][12][17].

The first music publishing house[ | ]

In 2020, after completing the sale of Red Square, Sinelshchikova agreed to exit the capital of First Music Publishing House, in which she had directly owned a 60% stake since 2007, and previously through a share in the recording studio REAL Records. PMI was founded in 2003, and by the mid-2010s it had become one of the largest music publishers in the country.[18] In 2014, PMI's revenue amounted to 403 million rubles, net profit - 54 million. The deal became known in September 2020. Sinelshchikova's share was distributed among producers Viktor Drobysh, Vladimir Dubovitsky, Igor Matvienko, Konstantin Meladze and Maxim Fadeev, with whom she worked for many years. The amount of the agreement was not disclosed[19][20].

Son of Konstantin Ernst - Igor Sinelshchikov

Numerous admirers of Konstantin Ernst’s talent believe that he has a son. The man always treated him well, raising him from childhood. In fact, the son of Konstantin Ernst, Igor Sinelshchikov, is the stepson of the General Producer of Channel One. But a good relationship was established between them, which has not changed even now, when the man divorced Igor’s mother.

The guy is already an adult. He works on television, but on a different television channel. In difficult moments, Igor always consults with Konstantin.

Larisa Sinelshchikova is going to push her children into the “Star Factory-7”

First, we note that at the last show of the project “STS Lights Up a Superstar”, a competing project with “Star Factory - 7”, producer Yana Rudkovskaya literally amazed all TV viewers with her cleavage!

The country watched with concern as its seductive “balls” swayed and literally fell out!!! And if in the very near future Larisa Sinelshchikova does not appear at the “factory” with the same neckline, but just sits and twirls her “nose” like a weather vane, she will finally and unconditionally lose to her competitor.

Although in fairness it should be noted that Ms. Sinelshchikova’s face is still not as evil as Yanochka’s. And in general, there are rumors that Larisa Vasilievna appeared at the “factory” not so much to promote herself, but to insert one of her children into the project at a convenient moment... So, the fourth reporting concert of “Star Factory - 7”.

1. “FZ – 7” “It’s cool you got on TV.” Music producer Konstantin Meladze is fighting to death, but stubbornly does not compose an original anthem for his “factory”. Well, today presenter Yana Churikova appeared in front of the TV viewers with her cleavage instead of Larisa Vasilievna.

2. Natalya Tumshevits + Lev Leshchenko “Farewell.” Natasha sang “goodbye, we are parting forever” so tenderly, as if she was declaring her love to the young man, and not parting with him at all. And the bells - ding-ding - added tenderness to the song. But the costume specialist let us down: he tied the girl’s waist with a wide yellow ribbon. This destroyed all the elegance of this number.

3. Mark Tishman + Irina Allegrova “Two Faces”. For most of the song, under Allegrova’s voice, which roared like the trumpet of Jericho, Mark Tishman could not be heard at all. As for Irina Alexandrovna’s waist, no comment. So as not to offend anyone.

4. Sergey Ashikhmin + Alsou “Sometimes.” Alsou was obviously high-pitched to sing “Manufacturer” to the ready-made “plywood”, so he was constantly drifting to lower notes. It sounded pretty funny. The main advantage of the number is that Alsou had a waist.

5. Artem Ivanov, Ekaterina Tsypina + “Guests from the Future” “This is stronger than me.” With the appearance on stage of Eva Polna, who is becoming more and more like actress Natalya Krachkovskaya, the show of fat women continued. By the way, Eva had a low neckline (let’s keep silent about the waist again). Her partner Yuri Usachev, imitating playing the guitar, managed to never hit the “plywood” at all. Well, for some reason Artem Ivanov sang the song in a woman’s voice.

6. Yulia Parshuta + Sergey Lazarev “Even if you leave.” The former lead singer of “Smash” had to perform an old hit, since there are no hits on his recently released new album. Julia screamed the song with a heart-rending scream - just like the singer Valeria, who was beaten by her husband five minutes ago.

7. Dmitry Bikbaev, Vsevolod Sokolovsky + Victoria Daineko “The film is not about love.” Two boys opened their mouths to the “plywood”, on which a powerful choir was recorded, which looked very funny. Well, the gentle Yakut girl Vika, below the neck, had not a neckline at all, but an absurd massive cross.

8. Cornelia Donato Mango + Pelageya “Valenki”. To spite Yana Rudkovskaya, even the plump Cornelia came out with her cleavage (we will again remain silent about the waists of both girls). While wearing felt boots, Cornelia and Pelageya sang about felt boots very well.

9. Georgy Ivashchenko + Lera Masskva “Different”. The climax of today's BBW show. Because against the background of Lera Masskva, all previous singers looked like little reeds.

10. Anastasia Prikhodko + Alexey Khvorostyan “We fell, but got up.” One of the latest plagiarisms by Viktor Drobysh: the composer borrowed a whole piece... from himself! Remember the song “Tender”, sung by Diana Gurtskaya. After the performance, Yana Churikova proudly boasted that she knew Khvorostyan’s dad (!) himself.

Let us remind you that Lesha’s father is not a khukhry-mukhra at all, but the head of the department of the federal drug control service!.. The “manufacturers” who were helping Nastya screamed in such heart-rending voices that Khvorostyan’s dad still had to be called to this number. So that he sniffs everyone with a dog for the presence of “substances”...

Then Yana Churikova invited a certain Kira Plastinina, a costume specialist, to the microphone. This was exactly the case when “sometimes it is better to remain silent than to speak.” God, in what dense provinces Channel One finds specialists for its projects!!!

Next are the nominations.

11. Alexey Svetlov “When the sun goes down.” A song by Konstantin Meladze from the repertoire of Valery Meladze (the latter, sitting in the auditorium, diligently sang along with the “manufacturer”). Alas, Lesha did a retro number: he sang in the best traditions of Lev Leshchenko. Young people are unlikely to relate to this.

12. Dakota “Matches”. The girl decided to perform a song of her own composition, so the “factory” composer Konstantin Meladze breathed a sigh of relief: he saved on one song. And, by the way, it turned out to be one of the best numbers of the fourth reporting concert.

13. Tatyana Bogacheva “Winter did everything.” An old song from the repertoire of Larisa Dolina (from the musical “Cinderella” by Konstantin Meladze). In principle, a good number, but compared to the previous song it simply faded.

Total: TV viewers saved Tatyana Bogacheva, the “manufacturers” saved Dakota by the overwhelming majority. Alexey Svetlov – by the way, the only participant in the seventh “factory” who looks like a man – left the project. And now for the fourth reporting concert at the Star Factory, not a single new song by Konstantin Meladze was performed. Well, we wish all the star singers who performed today that they do not forget to visit the gym.

The news was denied by the press service of Channel One. The appearance of information about the shot and Ernst’s “divorce” from his common-law wife coincides with Sinelshchikova’s sale of 51% of the shares of the Red Square holding to businessman Arkady Rotenberg.

Judging by information in the press, her son even introduced himself from time to time as Igor Ernst. As for her daughter, she married Grigory Rudsky, a producer and younger brother of Svetlana Bondarchuk. In general, the union of Larisa and Konstantin was not just marital, but also represented a real business partnership. Many show business stars even note that Ernst owes the lion's share of his successes to his common-law wife, with whom he still communicates closely to this day.

Konstantin Ernst's wife - Sofia Zaika

Konstantin Ernst's wife, Sofya Zaika, is one of the most popular models. The lovers met shortly after the New Year 2014. At that time, Konstantin was preparing the opening of the Olympic Games in Sochi. Sophia was supposed to participate in the program.

The novel developed rapidly. Within a few days, the future spouses began to live together. Sophia enthusiastically accepted her lover's proposal to get married. Even the big age difference didn’t scare her.

Konstantin Ernst's wife - Sofia Zaika

Despite the fact that the girl is raising two daughters, she manages to do everything: she practices vocals, participates in fashion shows, attends a fencing section, acts in films, and designs clothes. Sophia does not forget about her husband. She invariably waits for him from work to spend a quiet evening with him at home.

The rapid career rise of Ernst's wife

She comes from Psebay, an urban village in the Krasnodar region. Apparently, she studied excellently at school, because upon graduation she, a girl from the distant Russian hinterland, entered Moscow GITIS. There she studied at the directing department, but did not want to work in her specialty. After some time I became interested in business. Everyone was interested in this in the early 90s, at least in the capital. And then Sinelshchikova had a place to turn: she opened a shaping club - the first in Moscow. After two years, however, the craving for a creative life prevailed. Larisa got a job on television - and became firmly entrenched in it. At first it was channel 6 TVK (later renamed TV-6) - one of the first private television channels in the country. In the apt expression of Konstantin Ernst himself, in the late 80s and early 90s, “the old TV cracked, and it was possible to enter this crack even from the street.” Let's add to this - especially if you had a director's education and good money. A few years later, the girl was already one of the main leaders of the TV-6 channel.

Since 1998, Sinelshchikova led the television, which turned into a powerful media corporation. The TV-6 television channel soon closed under pressure from the new President Putin (according to some sources, in order to “take away” the source of income from Berezovsky, who owned a controlling stake in TV-6, and according to others, due to the TV channel preparing compromising evidence on Putin himself). Despite the dirty political intrigues surrounding the former TV channel, Sinelshchikova survived - probably thanks to her talent. Many people call their acquaintance with Konstantin Ernst not just a romantic relationship, but also a business partnership. Ernst, who by that time had also turned into a real media tycoon, attracted Sinelshchikova to participate in the development of the country's central television. On the basis of the television, the Red Square studio was formed, of which Sinelshchikova became the director. We owe many popular TV shows, concerts and TV documentaries to this company. “Red Square” is the main “supplier” of television products for Channel One.

Classmates of Konstantin Ernst's wife consider her an arrogant egoist

Having become rich and famous, Sinelshchikova did not forget about her small homeland. In 2009, she visited Psebay, where she met her classmates. There was also a big concert with fireworks, to which Russian stars were invited. Nevertheless, it is known that former classmates do not speak very well of Sinelshchikova. On the one hand, she studied well, was an independent and smart girl. On the other hand, already in those years the schoolgirl was attributed to selfishness, careerism, arrogance and opportunism. Defenders of Sinelshchikova's reputation say that her former classmates are simply jealous of her. Most of them have achieved nothing in their lives; We should also not forget that Sinelshchikova’s family lived very poorly; her parents often went to other regions to work. There are very few chances to develop and make a successful career in such an environment, but Larisa managed to do it.

Konstantin Ernst's wife and her husband: divorce or its imitation?

Sinelshchikova lived with Konstantin in a civil marriage. In July 2014, their separation was announced. That is, about divorce, if this concept is generally applicable to an unofficial marriage. Many greeted this news with unpleasant surprise. At the same time, the business relationship between Larisa and Konstantin did not stop; on the contrary, the cooperation between Channel One and Red Square became closer.
