The famous singer Svetlana Loboda was admitted to one of the capital’s clinics on the evening of October 23. The woman was admitted with severe abdominal pain; her condition is assessed as moderate. Loboda’s stage colleague Anita Tsoi, who is also in the hospital, spoke about the reasons for Loboda’s hospitalization.
As it became known, Svetlana Loboda was diagnosed with kidney problems. According to media reports, she will soon have surgery. Fans are very worried about the performer, but they don’t forget about themselves - all the tickets for Loboda’s concerts in Moscow have been sold, and therefore the public is actively wondering on the Internet whether the artist’s performances will take place on the scheduled dates, because many fans will be traveling to concerts from other regions of Russia .

As Anita Tsoi said, Loboda was diagnosed with kidney obstruction. According to medical reference books, this is an obstruction of the urinary tract, which is very important to detect in time. With exacerbation of the disease, the sensitivity of the kidneys to infection and the tendency to form stones increases, and uncomplicated obstruction almost always leads to kidney atrophy.
The situation is quite serious. As a source close to the singer said, she became ill late in the evening of October 23. While rehearsing a complex dance number, she suddenly complained of pain in her back and stomach, and then even lost consciousness. Loboda was urgently sent to the hospital for examination.
“Currently, doctors are clarifying the diagnosis and doing everything possible to stabilize the artist’s condition. There has been no information about the cancellation of upcoming concerts yet,” said Loboda’s press secretary Daria Burlakova.
Concerts will be canceled only if Loboda actually needs surgery. So far, doctors are not providing accurate information on this matter, or this information is not being disclosed to the public.

My foot falls into the travelator and begins to be sucked inside. It was so painful and so scary, but I rehearsed in very large sneakers. It helped,” Loboda said.
