At home, in Kabardino-Balkaria, there was practically no place for young talent to show themselves, so, having received a certificate, graduate Malanin left his parental home for Moscow. Ilya quickly decided on his future profession and entered the music college of pop and jazz art.
After completing the entire course, Ilya began working at the Gogol Center, a Moscow drama theater. Among his works on stage were roles in the productions “So I Want to Love!”, “Rainbow over the Sea”, “Widows”, “Machine”. Later, Malanin also joined the troupe of the Ermolova Theater. The singer's life path
Alexander Nikolaevich Malinin was born on November 16, 1958 in Russian Sverdlovsk (now Yekaterinburg). Until 1988, the future pop master bore the surname of his father Vyguzov. His mom and dad worked in the railroad industry. The singer has two brothers - Oleg and Anton (on his father's side). The family broke up when Alexander was still little. After that, he and his brother stayed to live with their mother. This later affected his strained relationship with his father.
Over the 60 years of his life, Malinin mastered several professions - singer, guitarist, actor, composer and even academic vocal teacher. The versatile artist not only gained popularity among the public, but was also awarded many Union, Russian and international awards.
Childhood and youth
Since childhood, the boy showed himself to be a diverse personality, involved in sports and art. Sasha was fond of speed skating and hockey, attended choir, dance and brass clubs. In the latter, the boy played the viola.
From the age of 14, he served for a year as a student of the Soviet army, where he played the horn in a military orchestra. At this time he had to live in the barracks and study at night school. After finishing the eighth grade, Vyguz, as his classmates called him (from his real surname Vyguzov), decided to follow in the footsteps of his parents and entered the local railway school, but studied there for only four days.
At the age of 15, the musician went to study at the Sverdlovsk Regional Philharmonic in the pop art studio. Here his teachers were Neonila Malginova and ex-soloist of the Bolshoi Theater Tatyana Tolkhadze. A year later, Malinin was enrolled in the Ural Folk Choir.
During his military service (1977-1979), he served as a soloist in a song and dance ensemble. After resigning, Malinin moved to the capital of the USSR, where he began his creative career. At this time he performs in the following ensembles:
- "Blue Guitars";

Artist's children
Malinin has four natural children, one adopted son and two grandchildren. The artist has developed different but warm relationships with everyone. The fate of each child of a creative personality developed differently:

- The daughter of Alexander Malinin, Kira Evdokimova, is better known because of the scandalous incident with the singer. The musician’s second wife, Olga Zarubina, gave birth to a girl in the USA, and she was immediately adopted by her adoptive father. After some time, the mother arranged a meeting between her daughter and Malinin in the “Let Them Talk” program and demanded payment for her education. There was a verbal conflict between Zarubina and her third wife Emma, who was in the studio, but the quarrel was settled.
- The son from his third marriage, Frol Malinin, is successfully engaged in painting. His father shares his successes with fans on his Instagram page.
