“I studied with Sergei Golomazov at the directing department, but in the acting group. From the 3rd year I started rehearsing at Arcadia, and after the 4th year Sergei Anatolyevich took me and some other students into the troupe. Previously, she considered directing a male profession: “No one planted this idea in me, it was somehow initially in my head. There has never been a situation where someone told me that a woman cannot be a director. I have always infringed on myself in some way. Now I feel that I have already stepped over this barrier in myself and realized how far behind the times I am.”
