The exciting reality show “Dom-2” has been exciting viewers with intriguing events and scandalous incidents for almost 15 years. Not everyone who decided to show off their personal life there left in triumph.

Childhood years and life before the project
The girl’s mother and father noticed from her early childhood that her daughter would grow into an extraordinary person. Her parents sent her to a music school in elementary school, and she constantly participated in children's performances and choreographic productions.

The tragedy of Victoria Karaseva
In 2009, a tragedy happened to the girl, which almost took her life and seriously undermined her health. It all started with a completely ordinary trip to one of the capital’s restaurants, where Karaseva and her husband, among other things, ordered some kind of seafood dish. Due to an absurd mistake made by the cook, a small fragment of a mollusk shell ended up in the dish, which the girl swallowed. This razor-sharp fragment cut Tory's esophagus and damaged her stomach, causing internal bleeding and subsequent inflammation.
But the worst thing is that the doctors to whom the girl turned could not understand what was happening to her, which is why precious time was lost. She complained of neck pain, but the shell fragment was invisible on ultrasound, and therefore the girl was simply prescribed painkillers and anti-inflammatory drugs. Soon she began to have difficulty swallowing, and doctors assumed it was a thyroid disorder and prescribed her new treatment.

When the girl ended up at the Sklifosovsky Research Institute, she was already in critical condition. It was there that Vika was examined using a special enveloping liquid, which helped identify perforation of the esophagus and stomach by a foreign body. The TV star spent two months in intensive care, balancing on the brink of life and death; she underwent three complex surgical operations, but even after that, doctors did not undertake to make any predictions. It was only by miracle that the girl managed to survive, but she remained disabled in the second group. Tori lost almost twenty kilograms, and during the rehabilitation period she literally learned to talk, walk and eat again. For a long time she disappeared from the sight of her fans and did not make herself known for almost eight years. During this time, Victoria mastered the profession of an interior designer and worked in this field, but some time ago she decided to return to music and also returned to social networks.

Karaseva admits that her life was turned upside down after the tragedy. After discharge, the doctors promised that over time she would feel better, her health, due to her young age, would be restored, at least partially, but there were no tangible improvements over the years, she simply learned to live with constant pain. According to Tori, it took her several years just to realize and accept what happened to her.

As for that ill-fated restaurant, due to which the young girl lost her health forever and became disabled, Victoria managed to prove their guilt through the courts. In 2013, the owners of the establishment were ordered to pay the victim a considerable sum of money as compensation, however, to this day she has not received a penny from the perpetrators. The restaurant continues to operate, only changing its legal addresses from time to time.

This happened in September 2005: a real “dark horse” came to the project, a beauty with a memorable appearance and (this was immediately obvious) with a strong character. Victoria was later asked why she wanted to take the nickname “Tori”. This word carries two meanings: the first is the name of a British party whose members are known for their strong beliefs, and the second is a diminutive English female name from “Victoria”.
Vika-Tori came to the project, “targeting” Andrei Chuev, who was free at that time. He clearly liked the attention of the bright brunette and enthusiastically agreed to help her prepare for her first presentation. Who would have known that behind this desire was hidden an attempt to have fun and make an evil joke! Together with May Abrikosov, Andrey unexpectedly interrupted the presentation, they began to throw eggs at her and mock her. They were probably counting on shock and tears, but the “victim” was not taken aback and splashed kefir at them!
Another woman in such a situation would have turned around and left in panic, but the wrong one was attacked.
