Secrets of the biography and life of the first lady of Russia Svetlana Medvedeva

Linnik Svetlana Vladimirovna: what is known about her?

The times when the first ladies of a particular state were considered quiet and unsociable people are long gone. Today, the wife of the head of state is, first of all, a stylish lady and an active public figure. Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev was head of state for 4 years - from 2008 to 2012. All this time, his wife, Svetlana Vladimirovna Medvedeva, was in full view of the people. Her active social activities were constantly covered by the media. Probably every citizen of the Russian Federation knows about the many charitable foundations created by Medvedeva. However, not everyone knows the biography of the former first lady.

How was Svetlana Linnik’s childhood? Where did she study and when did she meet her husband? It is almost impossible to learn about all this from ordinary newspapers. Meanwhile, the life of the wife of the Prime Minister is filled with many bright and interesting events. Some points from the biography of the former first lady will be discussed below.

Life before marriage

On March 15, Svetlana Linnik was born in the city of Kronstadt (Leningrad Region). The biography of her parents is practically unknown. We can absolutely say that Svetlana’s father, Vladimir Alekseevich Linnik, was a military sailor, and her mother, Larisa Ivanovna, worked as an economist. Unfortunately, Medvedeva did not disseminate any other information about her parents. What other family connections does Svetlana Vladimirovna Linnik have? Medvedeva has no brothers and sisters, but many people make assumptions that the now well-known Evgenia Nikolaevna Vasilyeva is Mrs. Linnik’s cousin. Whether this is true or not is not known for certain. In any case, there is no evidence for this today.

Svetlana spent most of her childhood years in the village of Kovashi, as well as in the city of Lomonosov. But due to the need to go to school, the future first lady moved to Leningrad. The Linnikov family lived in the Kupchino area. According to her peers, Sveta Medvedeva was a very active and intelligent child. While studying for excellent grades, she managed to take part in school plays, KVN and many other performances. Svetlana met the future President of Russia Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev back in first grade (1972). At the same time, they studied in parallel groups. At the age of 14, in the 7th grade, Svetlana and Dmitry began dating.

Having received a school certificate, Svetlana Vladimirovna Linnik submitted the document to one of the most prestigious universities in the country: the Leningrad Institute of Finance and Economics (current St. Petersburg State University of Economics). In her first year at the Faculty of Accounting, Statistics and Economic Analysis, Svetlana decides to transfer to the evening department. The reason was very simple: according to Medvedeva herself, she was eager to work. Perhaps it was precisely because of this that many of Linnik’s fellow students simply did not remember her.

Due to their studies at the university, Svetlana and Dmitry diverged for a long time. But in 1989, the young people met again, and then decided to get married. Linnik Svetlana Vladimirovna became Medvedeva.

Secrets of the biography and life of the first lady of Russia Svetlana Medvedeva

Men like her. Women like her. Svetlana Medvedeva does not try to please anyone, but in the image of the First Lady, the president’s wife, like the Queen of England, suits everyone. She is modern and sophisticated, but at the same time knows how to present herself in a way that does not irritate the tastes of millions of Russian women. What is hidden behind this phenomenon? What concerns and interests does the wife of the President of Russia live by?

Hegumen Cyprian (Yashchenko) is called the “spiritual and cultural confidant” of Svetlana Medvedeva. In an interview, the abbot talks about little-known details of the life of the president’s wife

...Svetka Linnik did not know how to walk. She ran, rushed, rushed and flew - in a word, she always caught up with a target known only to her. And now the door to the entrance slammed so hard that the grandmothers jumped up on the bench and looked at the fidget with a reproachful look. Turning the corner, Svetka pulled off the pink mohair beret, “imposed” by her overly caring mother, and opened her quilted short coat.

The dazzling May sun shone in the cloudless sky. The ingenuous heart of a 14-year-old girl sang: “... Kings can do anything! But whatever you say, not a single king can marry for love!” With this song last summer, the Soviet diva Alla Pugacheva won the international song festival “Sopot-78”. “The Amber Nightingale” behaved relaxed, emotions flowed like a river from the screen of “Rubin-714”, the first mass-produced color TV in the USSR. Komsomolskaya Pravda even then called Alla “a little vulgar” for the way she shouted “ugly!”

The 1978-79 school year was coming to an end. Svetka ran to school No. 305 in Kupchino, the southern outskirts of Leningrad. Internationalists Park, Glory Avenue, Budapest Street. I had to make it to the dress rehearsal of the skit party for graduates, and then check in at the final meeting of the members of the Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful. Not a single school event was complete without Svetka, be it the release of a wall newspaper, or a field trip, or collecting waste paper. Here is the school - a four-story concrete box in the shape of the letter “H”. Dimka Medvedev from parallel 8 “B” timidly touched his sleeve. She impatiently shook her blond curl: “I have no time for you now. After". (There remains a general photograph of the class, where Sveta Linnik with loose curly hair clutches a small bouquet of flowers to her chest.)

New diva

Years passed and a blonde with porcelain skin, a delicate blush and blue eyes - the embodiment of a Russian beauty - came to the opening of Moscow Fashion Week. Not a single year the tone at this All-Russian exhibition of high fashion achievements was set by the diva Alla Pugacheva. The famous couturier Valentin Yudashkin was doomedly waiting for the show to fail: the superstar refused to come, citing illness. When Svetlana Medvedeva, whose husband was deputy prime minister at the time, entered the hall, Yudashkin let out a sigh of relief:

- Here she is, the new prima donna.

And there was not a person among the connoisseurs of high fashion who would not agree with him.

Yudashkin became famous in 1987, a couple of years before Svetlana Linnik, a graduate of the Leningrad Financial and Economic Institute, married future President Dmitry Medvedev. The collections of the young fashion designer completed the history of Soviet fashion and brought international fame to the Russian school.

In 2005, Svetlana Vladimirovna was seen at Alla Pugacheva’s housewarming party, when she celebrated her move from the Balchug Hotel to an 8-room apartment on Filippovsky Lane. Secular reporters claimed that “the couple Medvedev and Yudashkin were then struck by the scarlet wallpaper in the hallway and the view from the living room windows of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior.” Since then, Svetlana Medvedeva and Valentin Yudashkin have been friends.

DNA generation

In 2007, they decided to hold an anniversary meeting of classmates in honor of the 25th anniversary of graduation in one of the most expensive restaurants in St. Petersburg. “Yes, Dimka Medvedev is organizing this!” – explained the knowledgeable Lena Zaitseva. First we got together at school, sat in the classroom, Sveta found her desk in the middle row.

We talked about 70s fashion. The queen of that fashion is the turtleneck. Poncho! Flared trousers!! Shirt dress with large pockets and decorative buttons!!! And what about the hats?! Knitted hats are romantic, with shiny lurex embroidery and sequins. Decorated with knitted flowers and pompoms, dome hats and knitted caps with a visor.

These years are called the “decade of bad taste,” but why then, since the mid-90s, have fashion designers been producing collections “in the style of the seventies” with enviable persistence? No, not a single decade of the last century can compete with the 70s in terms of diversity of styles and trends.

Ateliers and workshops of individual tailoring - future fashion houses - flourished. In home economics classes in Soviet schools, they received a prestigious profession. Home-based dressmakers earned even more money! Fashionable skirts, stylish jackets and even elegant coats were cut using smuggled Burda Moden. Fluffy sweaters of a classic cut, knitted dresses with a pleated skirt “a la Rykiel” and men’s sleeveless vests with multi-colored diamonds on the stomach appeared in the 70s. Svetlana's preferences boiled down to the romantic style, to the pastoral. Flounces and ruffles combined with small floral patterns created a delicate image of a “peasant young lady”.

...Classmates were taken to the restaurant on special buses. Medvedev appeared with the precision befitting a king. He is not at all dressed like a king - in a simple striped shirt, over which a jacket is casually thrown. The all-knowing Lena Zaitseva said that the festive program was organized by Svetlana Medvedeva with her classmates Sasha and Volodya (she did not give their last names), who now work in the government apparatus.

“Dima was just one of Svetlana’s suitors,” a classmate shared. “Quite modest, but she was courted by smarter boys.” She herself did not lose her head from love. They always seemed to me like an enterprising, bright, pretty girl, but with her own mind.

Dima gave a solemn speech, paused, looked around the hall and said that he was glad to see everyone as accomplished people. Then Sveta hosted the evening with the professionalism of an entertainer. Everyone noted the sophistication of the Medvedev couple’s manners.

For this “classmate corporate event,” Medvedev invited singer Vladimir Kuzmin. The unofficial part was accompanied by heavy rock. They performed the repertoire of the Soviet rock group "Dynamic", which gained fame in 1982. The song, the hero of which complains that the girl he loves preferred a foreigner who gave her “branded” jeans, was a particular success with the public. Medvedev had a blast. And as a farewell, Svetlana sang “Where Does Childhood Go” - one of Alla Pugacheva’s hits.

...In the same 2007, Svetlana Medvedeva was awarded the Church Order of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Princess Olga, II degree. At the same time, she headed the Board of Trustees of the “Spiritual and Moral Culture of the Younger Generation of Russia” (DNK) program, created with the blessing of the late Patriarch of Moscow and All Rus' Alexy II.

The secretary of the DNA Board of Trustees and the head of the program, Abbot Kiprian (Yashchenko), recalled:

– Dmitry Anatolyevich became interested in our program during a personal meeting with priests. We said: virtue must return to the hearts of people through all “channels of culture.” I liked the idea. He agreed that it was impossible to solve separately the problems of education, music, literature, cinema, the media and even fashion.

(I immediately remembered the proposal of the head of the synodal department of the Moscow Patriarchate for relations between the church and society, Archpriest Vsevolod Chaplin, made in January 2011: “It’s not bad that now companies, universities, schools are introducing dress codes. It would be nice to have an all-Russian dress code.” come up with a code. So be it, you don’t have to extend it to strip bars and brothels.”)

This meeting with Dmitry Medvedev, then Deputy Prime Minister, took place in 2007. The reason for it was the consecration of domed crosses in the Church of the Three Saints, erected in the Arkhangelskoye rest house, where the state dachas of high-ranking officials are located. At the traditional meal on such occasions, Svetlana Medvedeva sat at the table opposite Abbot Cyprian. The priest did not yet know the wife of the deputy prime minister and the future president by sight. He was introduced by the confessor of the Medvedev couple, the rector of the church, Archpriest Vladimir Volgin. It was then that Svetlana expressed a desire to work in the field of spiritual culture. And Dmitry Anatolyevich, with visible pleasure, “blessed” his wife for this.

Svetlana Medvedeva - Stas Mikhailov's secret?

We smoothly moved from political culture to mass culture. The trouble with our mass culture, the abbot believes, is that sin is imposed in an attractive package. It is believed that a “moral” film cannot be a box office success. There must be a “wormhole” - blood or sex - for people to fill cinema halls or raise the ratings of television programs.

– Father Cyprian, television and the film industry, as you know, benefit from multimillion-dollar subsidies from the state budget. It turns out that the government is raising “spirituality” from the ruins with one hand, and fertilizing the “flowers of evil” with the other...

– Why do taxpayers get a rotten and dirty product for their money? This great mystery exists (laughs). I know too much to speak publicly about this. Television, for example, imposes a depraved hero, and children absorb everything like a sponge; they do not distinguish between virtual life and real life. Nevertheless, television received a monopoly on the education of the people. For twenty years we have been talking about creating a federal Orthodox channel - and nothing.

– Who is the “customer” of such television and is there one at all?

– Unfortunately, many people with perverted morals work in television media, about whom I know, as they say, from reliable sources.

– Recently, singer Stas Mikhailov appeared on television, and an hour and a half film about him was released. They say that Svetlana Medvedeva contributed to his promotion...

– Each person has his own preferences...

I asked this question because the other day I read the message “The mystery of Stas Mikhailov has been solved!” on Tatiana Lazareva's blog. The author and her husband Mikhail Shats participated in the popular program “OSP-Studio” for many years, starred in the television series “33 square meters”, hosted “Good Jokes” (STS) - in a word, what is not an expert in the world of Russian show business? I will quote this post almost without cuts:

“Last Friday we had a drink with friends, among whom were people moving in political circles. They said that a certain Svetlana Medvedeva really welcomes S.M. and attends all his concerts. Therefore, political and business circles quietly whine and howl: they, too, have to go there, clap and smile, secretly glancing at their watches. Really! They say, they explain it just like that, they say, I’m sorry, I can’t do it tonight, I’m going to this Stas Mikhailov’s concert, so fuck him.

In response to the interlocutor’s silent question, they answer that the entire Kremlin is filled with the same fans, and if you don’t go, you understand. I was stupefied myself, damn it! I googled (Google is an Internet search engine - Ed.) - and was even more amazed: it turns out that in early January, Russian President Medvedev personally, without any doubt, awarded Stas the extraordinary title of Honored Artist of Russia.

However, initially the singer did not believe this, deciding that it was a New Year’s joke: “For me, being awarded the title came as a big surprise. They called me on January 1st or 2nd in the afternoon and informed me about the signed decree. I was sure that this was some kind of New Year’s joke, but I was very happy and flattered when I found out that it was true.”

However, the honored artist himself explains his success simply: “At first, about a hundred people knew me. Just a few months passed, and my audience already numbered about five hundred people, and a year later - a thousand!”

It is easy to calculate how many years of honest labor it took him to assemble the Kremlin Palace. By the way, I’m also going to publish a disc, maybe someone will undertake to distribute it? Look, in ten years I’ll become famous..."

By the way, in an interview with “Top Secret,” Tatyana Lazareva confirmed her assumptions about the career of Stas Mikhailov. This name, I admit, was unknown to me (well, not a music lover, sorry), and therefore the reason for the spilling of bile on the Internet seemed far-fetched to me. I also Googled and found out that the singer is indeed a mysterious person. “The idol of thousands of housewives and minibus drivers.” “His songs are sung from Moscow to the very outskirts, his tours are scheduled for a year in advance.” “Envious people have long been trying to unravel his phenomenon.”

I also learned that 42-year-old Stas Mikhailov was born in Sochi in 1969 in the family of a pilot and a nurse. He studied at the Minsk School of Civil Aviation and the Tambov Institute of Culture, but did not graduate from either educational institution. Since 1992 he worked at the Moscow Variety Theater. In 2004 he released the album “Call Signs for Love”. The singer received his first awards – “Artist of the Year” according to Radio Chanson, “Golden Gramophone”, laureate of “Song of the Year” – in 2009. In August 2010, Channel One TV showed Mikhailov’s concert “Between Heaven and Earth.”

On December 30, 2010, the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev signed a decree awarding Stanislav Vladimirovich Mikhailov the honorary title of Honored Artist of Russia.

On April 4, 2011, a presentation of the new concert program “Only You” took place at the State Kremlin Palace.

I went to the singer’s official website. Stas Mikhailov himself writes the lyrics of his songs and the music for them. His repertoire is no longer small - in fact, it is one big song about Love (with a capital letter). One is called “Repentance,” which is known to be the other side of love. The song has these lines:

From the anticipation of

That you are the last stronghold of Christianity,

And that you will never

A thunderstorm of universal space.

Once we, having betrayed the king,

We must repent before God!

Even irreconcilable fighters against the INN and Tsarebozh fanatics encouraged Stas’s creativity on their websites, noting his genetic relationship with the songs of the famous Zhanna Bichevskaya.

And yet, rumors about the personal participation of Svetlana Medvedeva in the fate of the pop singer were baffling. On the one hand, it is difficult not to trust Tatyana Lazareva, experienced in show business. On the other hand, it is known that Vladimir Zhirinovsky officially addressed the head of the Russian Presidential Administration Sergei Naryshkin at the end of 2010 with a request to award Stanislav Vladimirovich Mikhailov the title “Honored Artist of the Russian Federation.” The appeal said: “Taking into account the great versatile talent, well-deserved people’s love in all regions of Russia, as well as the specificity of songs aimed at patriotic education and instilling spiritual and moral values, the LDPR faction in the State Duma petitions for the awarding of the title “Honored Artist of the Russian Federation” to Stanislav Mikhailov "with subsequent conferment of the title "People's Artist of the Russian Federation."

Medvedeva's education

Surprisingly, not a single teacher at the Leningrad University of Economics remembers this world-famous woman. Despite her wild popularity at school, Svetlana Medvedeva was almost invisible at the university. The reason was the evening course of study, which Svetlana decided to give preference to in her first year. Linnik worked a lot, and therefore almost never attended school. And yet I was able to graduate with the appropriate diploma.

Once the rector of the university, Leonid Tarasevich, stated that it was very difficult to enter the Leningrad University of Economics, and even more difficult to graduate. Not every student, even those studying in the “classical” full-time form of study, would be able to receive an appropriate diploma upon graduation. Linnik, according to teachers, practically did not go to university. And yet I was able to finish it with honors.

Of course, such a fact from the biography of the first lady of the state cannot but arouse respect. But at the same time it raises many questions. How was Svetlana able to graduate from university if she was not on any list of graduates? Why did neither the teachers nor the rector recognize their former student in Svetlana Medvedeva? One way or another, it is unlikely that it will be possible to find out the exact answers to the questions posed. Moreover, it would be quite stupid to draw categorical conclusions here: Svetlana Vladimirovna was born into a poor family, and was always an activist at school. A person like Linnik could well combine his studies with work.

Dmitry and Svetlana Medvedev

Having become engaged to Dmitry Anatolyevich Medvedev in 1989, Svetlana Vladimirovna Linnik moved with her husband to her father’s house. It was there, with their father-in-law and mother-in-law, that the Medvedev couple lived for several years. The famous political scientist and publicist Stanislav Belkovsky says that it was Svetlana who had a serious influence on her husband. Moreover, this could be traced, according to friends, from school. Dmitry Medvedev has always been a modest and even weak-willed student, although he was quite smart. At school, he repeatedly tried to approach Svetlana, but often remained in the shadow of the student’s other admirers. Linnik is just the opposite, a very active and charming person. Noticing some of Dmitry’s devotion to herself, she could not restrain her feelings, and then completely fell in love. Young people always tried to be together.

The tone for the relationship, as many of Linnik’s acquaintances assure, was always set by Svetlana herself. The same trend was observed in family life; Most of Medvedev’s circle today are people with whom Svetlana Linnik once communicated. The biography of the current chairman of the government was literally created by his wife: she introduced Medvedev to many influential people and brought him into contact with business circles. According to Belkovsky, in 1991, Dmitry Medvedev became an employee of the largest corporation Ilim Pulp, again thanks to his own wife.

When looking at the Medvedev couple, many different questions cannot help but arise. This is a truly unusual, even strange, married couple. Despite the presence of some facts about her, it is still worth noting that the biography of young people is somewhat secretive. With all this, there is no way to deny the simple fact that Medvedev’s wife Svetlana Linnik is an outstanding and interesting person. Evidence of this will be presented below.

“There are such legs”: 51-year-old Svetlana Bondarchuk posted a photo in a swimsuit

51-year-old Svetlana Bondarchuk is familiar to many as a TV presenter and editor-in-chief of Hello! magazine. She has been happily in a relationship with the director of the design agency Sergei Kharchenko for two years. The public actively discusses not only the star’s personal life, but also her publications on social networks. So, the day before, Svetlana again made people talk about herself by posting a photo in a swimsuit on Instagram.

“For some reason I haven’t been in a swimsuit for a long time,” the celebrity complains.

Svetlana's subscribers noted in the comments that she is in excellent physical shape, and her long, slender legs can only be envied. “There are such legs”, “We should be pampered more often”, “There’s just no word for it, in great shape!”, “Great ass”, “Gorgeous woman”, “How can you be so beautiful?”, “These are legs! “,” “We envy silently...”, “Beauty cannot be hidden, it must be shown,” the followers reacted.

Svetlana Bondarchuk and Sergei Kharchenko

Let us remember that Svetlana divorced Fyodor Bondarchuk four years ago. They lived in marriage for a quarter of a century. The couple had two children - son Sergei and daughter Varvara. The couple were able to maintain friendly relations after the separation.

Let us note that Sergei Bondarchuk gave his parents two granddaughters: seven-year-old Margarita and five-year-old Vera. Last year, the media reported that the son of Svetlana and Fedor was divorcing his wife Tata Mamiashvili. Little is known about the reasons for the incident. The news came as a complete surprise to the public, because Sergei and Tata were considered one of the strongest couples in domestic show business.

As for the daughter of Fyodor and Svetlana, they hid Varvara from prying eyes for a long time. The girl was born with developmental disabilities. She spends most of her time in specialized institutions in Europe. Svetlana once admitted that separation from her daughter was not easy for her, but she understood that the girl was more comfortable there. According to the TV presenter, Moscow is not suitable for people with disabilities.

Let us add that Fyodor Bondarchuk, after breaking up with Svetlana, found a new love in the person of Paulina Andreeva, familiar to many from the series “Method” on Channel One. They got married a year ago in St. Petersburg. And in secret from everyone.

Medvedev children

Until 1996, the Medvedev couple was active in public activities. Svetlana Vladimirovna introduced her husband to many famous people at that time. Truly fateful for Dmitry Anatolyevich’s life was his acquaintance with Anatoly Sobchak, the mayor of the Northern capital. It was Svetlana Medvedeva who brought Dmitry together with such a famous person. Sobchak offers Medvedev the position of assistant in the St. Petersburg mayor's office. And soon Dmitry Anatolyevich completely met Vladimir Putin, at that time the curator of the international direction of Leningrad State University.

Medvedev's wife helped her husband in everything. Thanks to her charisma and charm, the future Russian president made many truly fateful acquaintances. However, in 1996, the Medvedevs gave birth to a son, whom they decided to name Ilya. Svetlana Vladimirovna leaves a prestigious workplace in a large company and plunges headlong into raising a child. But as you know, anyone could be a lack of initiative person, but definitely not Svetlana Linnik. Children did not prevent the woman from returning to public activities. After working for a short time in several large organizations, Medvedeva, at the insistence of her husband, returned to her child. In addition, Dmitry Anatolyevich’s career has been going uphill for a long time.

Ilya Medvedev became the only child in the family. In 2012, Ilya entered MGIMO to study at the Faculty of International Legal Relations. In the future, Dmitry Anatolyevich’s son dreams of staying and working in Russia.

Charity

In addition to the program for the spiritual development of youth, Svetlana Vladimirovna Medvedeva-Linnik is involved in a large-scale city project “Partner Cities: St. Petersburg - Milan.” This is a complex system aimed at financing orphanages in St. Petersburg. It is impossible not to note Svetlana Vladimirovna’s philanthropy. Under the “tutorship” of Medvedeva there are several orphanages in Russia, as well as schools and other educational institutions.

Medvedeva-Linnik is a believer, and therefore actively cooperates with Patriarch Kirill. It is thanks to Dmitry Anatolyevich’s wife that relations between state authorities and the church are at a fairly high level.

Separately, it is worth highlighting the famous center of Svetlana Medvedeva “White Rose”. This organization appeared in Moscow in 2010. The development of the center was carried out by the Foundation for Socio-Cultural Initiatives. The main focus of “White Rose” is to attract the attention of citizens to the problems of reproductive health, successful motherhood and quality treatment of cancer. Hundreds and thousands of citizens contact this organization every day. The center is sponsored by Svetlana Medvedeva herself.

Ring and earrings in the shape of daisies

The real Slavic beauty of Dmitry Medvedev's wife is emphasized by an interesting set of jewelry - earrings and a ring in the shape of daisies. You might think that this is a frivolous accessory, but stylists don’t think so.

A very light, unusual decoration with a national character. By the way, daisies are not so simple! They are made of noble metals and are not cheap. The earrings are made to order.

Social activity

Charity, participation in secular cultural events, scientific conferences - this is just a small list of what Svetlana Medvedeva is doing today. The public activities of the wife of the current Prime Minister have always been very effective and high quality.

The wife of the former head of state tries to be a very stylish and graceful person. That is why she can be seen so often at various fashion events. Medvedeva is a regular client of Valentin Yudashkin and some other famous fashion designers in the country.

At the moment, Svetlana Vladimirovna is supervising the largest Russian program called “Spiritual and moral culture of the younger generation of the Russian Federation.” Thanks to this program, Medvedeva is trying to draw attention to the quality of the educational and educational system of the state. Young people, according to Svetlana Vladimirovna herself, are degrading and ignoring moral and spiritual values. Neither boys nor girls should be subjected to the pernicious influence of negative forces. It’s worth telling a little more about the project below.

Breguet watch with gold

The former prime minister's wife has several interesting watches in her collection. According to the average estimate, Breguet costs 16-19 million rubles.

Of course, the watch is in a gold case with a mother-of-pearl dial. They were more often seen on the hand during special events, which is understandable - it is not an accessory for every day.

This is one of the most expensive modern Breguet models. The oval-shaped dial is set with diamonds. A very noticeable model, at first glance it is clear that Mrs. Medvedeva knows a lot about watches.

She doesn't mix them up with large bracelets or noticeable rings, because that in itself is a fortune on the wrist.

Program for spiritual and moral culture of youth

Despite loud statements about the goals of the foundation, many experts regard the program for the spiritual education of youth as ordinary electoral support for a spouse. Initially, the fund was created as a “deeply patriotic and purely domestic” organization. The program did not have clear tasks and functions. The only goal was set - “to create mechanisms for introducing the younger generation to moral and spiritual traditions.” Actively functioning in the early 1990s, today this program can be said to be forgotten.

And yet you can talk in a little more detail about the directions of the organization. The first block that Svetlana Medvedeva (Linnik) proposed was family and moral education in the family circle. We are talking here about educating parents, providing them with the necessary information “for the further education of children in a purely moral manner.” Another area that Svetlana Linnik actively promotes is education. Moreover, this block is divided into many other structural elements. Here we have catechesis, cultural studies, and information and publishing organizations.

The foundation itself cooperates with many production and educational centers. As Svetlana Linnik herself claims, nationality, religious views - all this does not in any way affect participation in the foundation’s programs. “Spiritual education of the younger generation” covers a wide range of people.

Regalia and awards

Svetlana Vladimirovna Medvedeva (Linnik), like any other major public figure, has many different awards, degrees and regalia. Nothing can better characterize a person's social functions than a listing of his main rewards.

Thus, the wife of the current Prime Minister currently has the following degrees and regalia:

  • From Patriarch Alexy II - the Order of St. Princess Olga, II degree, received in 2007. Medvedeva received this award for her participation in the creation of the cartoon “My Love”.
  • In September 2008, Svetlana Vladimirovna received the highest award from the mayor of Milan. The reason is the qualitative development of cultural ties between Russian and Italian cities. In the same year, Medvedeva was awarded a patriarchal certificate for her contribution to the development of the Day of Love, Family and Fidelity holiday.
  • In 2010, Mrs. Medvedeva became the winner of the prestigious Cyril and Methodius Prize, as well as an honorary citizen of Cannes (a French city). The reason, just like with Milan, was the qualitative development of cultural and spiritual ties between the countries.
  • In 2012, Svetlana Vladimirovna became the owner of the Turkmen Order of Ruhubelent. According to the authorities of Turkmenistan itself, the reason was Medvedeva’s high-quality work to improve cooperation in the field of cultural relations.
  • In March 2014, Medvedeva took 14th place in the list of “100 Influential Women of Russia”.

Thus, the activities of Svetlana Vladimirovna Medvedeva are incredibly effective and intense. She makes a truly great contribution to the development of culture, science and art of the Russian Federation.

Projects

Svetlana Medvedeva’s work and social activities are connected with both Moscow and St. Petersburg. With the participation of Svetlana Vladimirovna, a number of programs have been developed, the purpose of which is to increase the social, cultural level of Russians, and education. In 2007, Medvedeva became the head of the board of trustees of the program “Spiritual and moral culture of the younger generation of Russia.” The goal of the program, organized in 2005, was “to introduce the country’s younger generation to domestic cultural, historical, spiritual and moral traditions.”

Svetlana Medvedeva headed the program “Spiritual and moral culture of the younger generation of Russia”

The year 2008 was marked in Medvedeva’s life by the beginning of her presidency at the Foundation for Social and Cultural Initiatives. Activities are related to programs to promote a healthy spiritual climate in Russian families and the adaptation of children without parental care. The goal of the foundation is the development and advancement in life of gifted children. Among the Foundation’s initiatives: the all-Russian holiday “Day of Family, Love and Fidelity”, the symbol of which is the chamomile flower. As part of the protection of motherhood and childhood, and care for the reproductive health of women in Russia, the “Give Me Life” campaign was organized. The action was highly appreciated by the Moscow Patriarchate and the Slavic Fund of Russia.

In 2010, Svetlana Vladimirovna co-founded the Russian Ballet competition for young talents. Photos of competition participants, openings of exhibitions and cultural events can be seen on the official websites of Medvedeva and the “Fund for Socio-Cultural Initiatives”.

Svetlana Medvedeva has received many prizes and awards. Among them: “Order of the Russian Orthodox Church of the Holy Equal-to-the-Apostles Princess Olga, II degree,” “International Cyril and Methodius Award,” “Order of Glory and Honor, I degree,” “Certificate of Honor of the President of the Russian Federation,” etc. Named “Honorary Citizen of the City of Cannes.”

How much is known about the personality of Svetlana Medvedeva?

Despite a significant number of facts, much in the biography of the wife of the Prime Minister remains closed. Not everyone knows where Svetlana Linnik was born and in what family she lived. Her parents are known only as simple workers, but it is impossible to know more about them. Many experts note that even Lyudmila Putina is known to a much greater extent.

For her strength of character and constant activity, Svetlana Vladimirovna Linnik is often compared to Gorbachev’s wife Raisa Maksimovna. This woman played a major role in her time - both political and social. She also participated in many social and cultural events, was involved in charity work, philanthropy and other important matters.

Thus, Svetlana Vladimirovna Medvedeva appears before us as an exceptionally positive person. In any case, this is how the Russian media characterizes it. However, not everyone shares this opinion. In particular, European journalists often speak of Mrs. Linnik as an extremely unpleasant and capricious person, shocking many with her tactlessness. Newspapers refer to Linnik’s allegedly inappropriate behavior in Brussels in 2010, when Dmitry Anatolyevich was at the European Union summit. It is not known for certain whether foreign media are writing the truth. It was worth mentioning this only to understand the simple fact that not all experts idealize the personality of the wife of the chairman of the government. The only thing that remains accurate today is the number of awards and regalia received by Medvedeva over the entire period of her activity.
