Ekaterina Shepeta is a charming blonde with blue eyes and an excellent figure, a fashion model. The general public is better known as the wife of Ararat Keshchyan, a popular actor, star of the TV series “Univer”. Katya perfectly realizes her potential professionally. The young wife of a famous artist heads her own wedding planning agency and successfully combines the role of a loving wife, mother and successful entrepreneur.
Biography of Catherine
Shepeta was born in the fall of 1989 in the city of Kostanay (Kazakhstan). The girl is Russian by nationality. She grew up well-mannered and was a diligent student. She received her education at the M. Gorky Gymnasium, one of the best educational institutions in her native city. She always took responsibility for completing assigned tasks and completed what she started.
Since childhood, Katya had a great desire to break into show business, become a model and gain fame. The young beauty’s desire was not groundless. The girl had excellent external characteristics, which contributed to the development of a successful career in the modeling business: height 173 cm, expressive facial features, ideal figure. Shepeta has repeatedly participated in various beauty contests:
- “Miss Kostanay”, in which she won the main title;
- "Miss Tourism Kostanay - 2005";
- "Miss Tourism Kazakhstan - 2005";
- "Miss Volga" - entered the top ten most charming contestants.
After graduating from school, Ekaterina firmly decides to move to Moscow, since it is there that she finds it possible to make all her dreams come true and build a successful career. The parents did not oppose Katya’s decision, but fully supported her choice, since it was important for mom and dad that their daughter find her inner calling and be able to self-actualize. In the capital, Shepeta was first looked after by her relatives.
Once in Moscow, the girl submitted documents to MSTU, where she immediately entered. However, soon realizing that she had made the wrong choice, she decided to change the university and entered the Russian State Technical University at the Faculty of Advertising and Public Relations. She completed her studies with honors.
Childhood and youth
Ekaterina was born in Kazakhstan in 1989. She studied at the gymnasium named after. Gorky, and after graduation she went to Moscow to enter one of the capital’s universities. She succeeded, and the girl became a first-year student at the design faculty of Moscow State Technical University. However, soon Ekaterina Shepeta felt that her calling lay in another area. She took the documents and entered the Russian State University for the Humanities. In 2012, the girl received a diploma in public relations.
Career and own business
Having become an advertising specialist, the young beauty was faced with the need to get a job , which always frightened her, since Catherine dreamed of independence. She was inspired by the idea of opening her own business, but first she decided to gain the necessary experience in the advertising field. For this purpose, Shepeta got a job at the PR agency Enjoy Movies, which promoted films and various film projects.
After the girl got married, she began to think about opening her own business. At first it was difficult for her to decide what exactly to do, how to realize her inner potential. Her own wedding helped her make her choice. Having been in the role of a bride and experiencing amazing and unique emotions, Katya realized that she wanted to give this fairy tale and joy to other lovers. This is how the wedding agency was born, which was called “Duck House”. The duck is a symbol of home well-being.
In one of the interviews, the aspiring businesswoman noted that she did not pursue the goal of “conquering Moscow.” She had tender feelings for this city since childhood, when she first visited it. The desire to move to the metropolis has not left her ever since.
Ekaterina Kukhar and Alexander Stoyanov - career in a duet
Their duet formed in 2006. Their first performance together was in a production of The Nutcracker in Ukraine.
However, a few months later, they visited China with their performance. Today, this duet is one of the most popular and in demand not only in Ukraine, but also abroad.
In 2011, on their own initiative, they performed at Vladimir Malakhov’s charity gala concert. 2 years pass, and they are invited by Farah Ruzimatov to his gala concert in Japan. Gradually, their performances are gaining momentum and they are invited from all over the world, because their concerts are always sold out.
Ekaterina talked about the National Opera Theater of Ukraine:
“Our theater management creates the most comfortable conditions for us and meets us in the formation of the repertoire and schedule. This gives soloists the opportunity to go on personal tours abroad. By the way, this is important, since not all theaters give the artist the opportunity to tour. And our theater allows and supports us in this, because in this way we popularize Ukraine and Ukrainian culture. Ukraine is not only embroidered shirts, excellent Ukrainian cuisine, Andrei Shevchenko and the Klitschko brothers, but also Ukrainian ballet. Our ballet school is one of the strongest and most popular in the world. Ukrainian ballet dancers are welcomed on any stage in the world; our performances are always sold out.”
Getting to know Ararat and getting married
Working at the Enjoy Movies PR agency was quite interesting, as it involved communicating with various celebrities, including the star of the sitcom “Univer” Ararat Keshchyan, who was loved by TV viewers playing the role of Mikaelyan. The future spouses met at the young beauty’s workplace. The young people worked together with film director Sarik Andreasyan.
Keshchyan worked on creating scripts for TV series and films, and Shepeta created PR campaigns for them. The rapprochement occurred during the work on the film “Pregnant”. Ararat at that time was already a famous person. He is a Russian comedian, presenter, and former member of the RUDN University KVN team.
Fame came to him after the release of the comedy youth series “Univer”, in which the actor played Arthur Mikaelyan. The following films with his participation can be distinguished:
- "Exchange Wedding";
- “That’s Carloson!”;
- “Prisoner of the Caucasus” directed by Maxim Voronkov;
- "Nannies";
- "Moms."
Their acquaintance did not occur at the most favorable moment in the artist’s life. Then he came to his senses after a difficult separation from his first wife Irina, vowing never to enter into a legal marriage again. This, however, was not destined to come true. The couple soon began a stormy romantic relationship.
Later, giving an interview to journalists, Ararat admitted that Catherine charmed him at first sight.
In 2013, young people decide to legalize their relationship. Shepeta changed her last name to Keshchyan. Neither the big age difference nor their belonging to different cultures and nationalities stopped the lovers. The wedding ceremony was held in the artist’s hometown. Then the couple went to celebrate the holiday in Kostanay, and after that the celebration took place in Moscow. The happy newlyweds spent their honeymoon in Thailand with friends.
Michael’s wife from “Univer,” as fans call her, is happily married. She recently said in an interview that after her marriage she had many relatives. Katya is trying to become a good Armenian wife. She learned to cook Caucasian cuisine and speak her husband’s native language. She managed all this not without the support of Ararat, who always encourages her wife and helps her in all her endeavors.
Furrier's truth
Ekaterina Akkhuzina, owner of fur salons “Ekaterina”
10 years ago, Ekaterina Akkhuzina inherited the fur business from her father. Not just a boutique with fur coats, but a whole enterprise where they sew, sell and store fur items, with branches in Kyiv, Volgograd and Yaroslavl. Katya was only 27 years old at the time, but getting used to the role of a businesswoman was not a problem. True, she did not change into a business suit: she arrives at her office on Bolshaya Dmitrovka in jeans. Well, in the most fashionable furs, of course.
Ekaterina advises
• The thing of the season is a spotted jacket. I have ten fur coats, but if I had to leave one, I would take it.
• Experiment. A jacket will give a strong character to a gray outfit. And over a leather jacket it will look bohemian.
• Fur, especially fluffy ones, and large bags are too much. My choice is small, feminine handbags.
• But heels are welcome - both with a short jacket and a floor-length fur coat.
Natalya Turovnikova, representative of the fur company Saga Furs in Russia
This fragile brunette has been working for the benefit of the fur and fashion industry for the past 10 years. During this time, she managed not only to glorify herself, but also to instill a love for fur in Russian designers. Most of them use fox or mink skins from Saga Furs for their collections. Natasha herself prefers sheepskin coats to fur coats, but she wears fur accessories with pleasure. She talks about everything she likes and doesn’t like in fashion on her blog The Muse, and not so long ago she became a guest author of the Vogue.ru website.
Natalya advises
• A leopard scarf is a must-have: last year everyone wore cashmere ones, and now they wore fur ones.
• An animal print scarf goes well with a jacket, a sweater, a short knitted dress, and my favorite parka.
• I will wear shoes with fur trim even in winter - with thick black tights.
•To avoid looking boring, I always wear several bracelets on my arm.
Olga Petrova, representative of the fur company NAFA in Russia
Few people know that Olga is a specialist in the field of Byzantine and Modern Greek philology. But all fashionable Moscow is familiar with her - the city's main fur expert. At 27 years old, she lives between Toronto, New York and Moscow, gives master classes and teaches young designers how to choose and work with fur. Organized the first project of the NAFA fur auction with Russian designers called NoW. He says that if he remains unemployed, he can always go to production - sort skins.
Olga advises
• A vest made of wild cat fur is an ideal thing for autumn: it is not hot during the day and warm in the evening. In addition, it goes well with evening outfits and gives them a bohemian look.
• This season I’m mastering the maxi length, going to work in an ankle-length skirt, and to parties in a floor-length dress.
• Let the accessories be brown, not black. I wear lace-up ankle boots, a thin belt and a long shoulder bag.
