Biography
In 1966, on November 29, the future star of the screen and theater was born in Saratov. Our hero spent his childhood and youth in a small military town called Tatishchevo-5. It was located at a considerable distance from the regional capital. Later it was renamed Svetly. He grew up in a simple family, his parents were far from art and the theater stage.
My father worked as a driver and turned the steering wheel every day, my mother at first was a salesperson in a nearby store, and later got a job at a factory where she produced Christmas tree decorations. Later, the family welcomed a daughter, Oksana, who made a successful career as a ballerina. Mom and dad had no idea that their children would grow up to be great people and become famous throughout the world. They enveloped the children in warmth and love and supported every step of the young discoverers.
Even though the parents were simple social workers, in their free time from work they loved to spend creative evenings, actively took part in amateur performances, and loved to sing and dance. They had their own tradition of celebrating every holiday together and cheerfully, but after the death of the head of the family, this ritual ceased to exist.
From an early age, Evgeniy dreamed of becoming an artist and getting on the theater stage. After some time, his mother enrolled our hero in a music school, where he mastered the accordion, but this did not make the young man happy; he wanted to learn to play the piano.
The guy’s real passion was amateur performances; he participated in all local productions and performances. This evoked in him indescribable happiness and a storm of emotions, which he tried to throw out onto the stage with a barrage of blows that he directed at the viewer. It was after this that he took a significant step in his career and entered the theater school in the city of Saratov. At that time he had just turned 14 years old.
At this time, his sister Oksana entered the choreographic school. For her achievements, she was transferred to the Leningrad Ballet Academy. After completing her studies, she got a job in an academic theater. The actor recalls that at his graduation performance at the school, all his relatives gathered among the spectators. From that moment on, a tradition arose in which they began to accompany him at every performance. Relatives came to every performance and supported him.
During his student life, he and his sister went to Moscow every holiday, where they visited all the theaters, and upon returning, the guy shared his impressions with his classmates and his mentors. Everyone around began to notice that Evgeniy was growing into an ambitious and talented person. After graduating from college and receiving a diploma, he did not stay long in his hometown. Despite the offer to play in the local Youth Theater, he set off to conquer Moscow.
It was very difficult to leave my home, the separation was difficult, my mother cried and worried all the way on the plane. After boarding the train, the guy collected his thoughts and finally felt freedom. He realized that all doors were open to him.
He dreamed of taking a course with his idol and fellow countryman Oleg Tabakov. It was 1986, but unfortunately, Tabakov did not recruit new students during this period. Could this have stopped our hero? He guarded his idol near the entrance to the Moscow Art Theater for several days and waited for him. The guy asked for an audition. As a result, Evgeny Mironov was immediately enrolled in the second year of study at the school-studio at the Moscow Art Theater.
The great actor remembers his student years as hungry, but very happy. A quiet and shy guy was placed in a dormitory in the same room with a hooligan and reckless young man Vladimir Mashkov. It was from this moment that a strong friendship arose between them, which has survived to this day. They repeatedly starred in joint projects, and their tandem became a cult favorite among movie lovers.
After successfully completing his studies at a prestigious acting institution, he received offers from three theaters simultaneously - Tabakerka, Moscow Art Theater and the Theater on Malaya Bronnaya, but our hero preferred the first option. It is from this moment that Evgeniy’s professional career on the big stage begins.
