Biography
The role of venereologist Kupitman brought Vadim Demchog to the top of the Russian film Olympus. The series “Interns” became a youth bestseller and received two prestigious cinematic awards – “Golden Rhino” and “TEFI-2016”.
Actor Vadim Demchog
Vadim Viktorovich Demchog is not only an actor: he performs in a variety of guises and has become famous as a director, screenwriter and radio host. He has written 5 books and created original projects on television, radio and the Internet. And Vadim Viktorovich is a candidate of psychological sciences. The artist’s creative biography is so rich that the description of all the author’s projects in which he is involved amazes with the variety of interests.
Childhood and youth
Vadim was born on March 13, 1963 in the Estonian city of Narva. The mother, a cook by profession, left her husband, taking her 3-month-old son. The woman was officially married 8 times. Despite her mundane profession, Demchog’s mother was a creative person: she acted as a toastmaster at weddings and participated in amateur productions. The actor says that my mother had a stormy and sensual temperament, which pushed her to unpredictable actions and deeds. Vadim Viktorovich also claims that as a child he was left to his own devices and did not receive enough maternal love.
Vadim Demchog in childhood
At the local Pioneer House, the boy enjoyed participating in a puppet show, but at school he studied very poorly. Vadim assures that he chose the acting profession because his mother was not nearby. Demchog outgrew his youthful fear of not growing up and remaining small forever when, over the years, he realized that happiness does not lie in height.
Until the age of 16, Vadim bore the surname of his father, Menshikh, which he did not like. In his passport, the guy changed his boring “ugly” surname to his mother’s – Demchog. The actor assures that she has Belarusian-Ukrainian roots. Vadim Viktorovich considers himself to be a native Russian by nationality.
Vadim Demchog in his youth
After children's and youth classes at the Narva Puppet Theater, Vadim attended the People's Theater, which was directed by Yuri Mikhalev. From his first performances, the guy realized that he would connect his future life with the fascinating world of theater and cinema. Demchog was not interested in anything else at that time. He studied very poorly, bringing home deuces and triples. For this reason, Vadim received a certificate of incomplete secondary education.
However, Demchog entered LGITMiK on his own. The future artist studied under Professor Zinovy Karogodsky. To this day, Vadim Viktorovich remembers his mentor with admiration and respect, calling him a teacher from God.
Vadim Demchog in his youth
Demchog graduated from LGITMiK in 1984 and first worked at the Moscow Theater for Young Spectators.
Vadim Demchog: “Women don’t know how to love - a man awakens them to love”
Performer of the role of the rowdy Doctor Buy in life a loving husband and a gentle father. The actor told us about how he won his future wife, why he punishes his son, and how Ivan Okhlobystin managed to persuade his friend to star in the film “The Nightingale the Robber.”
— In 2002, when I was 40 years old, I moved to Moscow. I earned 2.5 thousand rubles a month - this was the rate of an artist at the Moscow Youth Theater, where I was invited to play. Imagine what it’s like for a man in adulthood to realize that he is financially insolvent. But almost all of us come from a place of lack of money - and this is one of the incentives to grow upward and move forward. At that moment, I was more worried not about the lack of money, but about unrequited love... After all, I fled to Moscow from St. Petersburg when I realized that I could not convince Veronica, my current wife, of my feelings. Before that, I fought for her for three years. In my youth I watched “The Umbrellas of Cherbourg” with Catherine Deneuve in the title role - I was fascinated by this film, I went to see it many times. And when I saw Veronica at a rehearsal in a St. Petersburg theater, I realized that this was the girl from “The Umbrellas of Cherbourg.” All. Like a flash! But she had another young man, and she did not pay any attention to me. But nothing works out in a man’s life without a woman—he vitally needs the appearance of a creature who will bat his eyelashes touchingly and for whose sake he will want to turn the whole world upside down. That’s when the very striking of a match occurs, which causes a fire to break out! Two months after I fled St. Petersburg, I suddenly received a call from Veronica: “I’m at the station. Will you let me spend the night? The classic situation: what we have, we don’t keep, and when we lose it, we cry. As soon as Veronica, according to her, lost the usual love and energy with which I had enveloped her for three years, she realized that it became difficult for her to breathe, it was unusual for her to live. I am absolutely convinced: women don’t know how to love, they don’t know what it is. It is the man’s activity that awakens them to love—that indescribable energy that the male radiates. And only under this pressure does a woman sooner or later become convinced that this is the man she cannot live without. And he reciprocates. When Veronica moved in with me, don’t be a fool, I tried to make a child as quickly as possible so that we could be united forever. Now our Vilka is already seven, this year he entered first grade. The full name of the son is William Victoria Demchog. I named him after my favorite Shakespeare. As for the middle name, it seemed to us that Vadimovich would not go well with the name, so we took the name of my wife’s twin sister as the second name. It turned out beautiful.
- Popularity came to you only after 40 years - thanks to the role of the venereologist Kupi. Have you ever thought about the vicissitudes of acting?
— Of course, like any actor, I wanted fame for a long time. But at the same time there was a subconscious feeling that everything would come. In the end, my intuition did not disappoint: I got what I wanted. But the main thing is that I was already ready for this. Because if you inflate the sails too early, the mast may not hold up and break. Not everyone is able to cope with the avalanche of attention that suddenly falls on them. People's love is a very powerful energy that not everyone can handle. Now Vanya Okhlobystin and I joke that we have already moved from the category when every second person recognizes us, to the category when every first person recognizes us. But the most important thing is that even before “Interns” I had my favorite projects: “Frankie Show” on “Silver Rain”, which was on the air for seven years, “The Greatest Show on Earth” on the Culture channel, there was a wonderful series “Students” ", where I played a Jew, mathematics teacher Adolf Schatz, and other projects. There was popularity, albeit not on a large scale. And when, sooner or later, “Interns” ends, I won’t be left without work. Currently I am busy with the audiovisual project “Broadcast From There”, the web series “Mr. Freeman" and more - now I can choose the material to work with.
“I see you don’t get bored yourself and don’t give it to your child.” At the age of two and a half, William had already played in the film “Friend or Foe.” Usually actors are against their children acting...
— My wife and I are trying to raise our son using play methods, presenting any situation as a game. And filming this film became a similar experience for him. Although his character, according to the script, remains an orphan after the fire, that is, this is a completely serious dramatic role. The son sat under the bed for 15 minutes in a house engulfed in fire. We didn’t have any superstitions about this - my wife and I are Buddhists and don’t believe in omens. If you count how many times I died on camera, then it’s high time for me to go to the next world! After all, in the Frankie Show, every time I reincarnated as a new character and died at the end of the broadcast. And so 316 times - I have a lot of experience! (Laughs.)
— In the film “The Nightingale the Robber,” which is being released, with Okhlobystin in the title role, you appear and die almost immediately. But how impressive!
- Yes, yes, it was Ivan Ivanovich Okhlobystin who set me up like that! (Laughs.) Perhaps the fastest and most ridiculous on-screen death in my acting career. It seems that my role lasts 40 seconds - and I’m already gone. But I could not help but respect my beloved Okhlobystin. At some point, Ivan called and said: “Vadim, I really want you to take part in my project, but all the roles have already been written, and I, an old fool, only now remembered about you!” I answered without hesitation: “Vanya, in “The Nightingale the Robber” I’m ready to play even a “fun piece of iron” (a Kalashnikov assault rifle)!” As a result, I play the role of a snickering businessman with a mustache, the owner of a company who betrayed his own and paid for it with his life. Someone's bat landed on this poor man's skull, he collapsed onto the carpet, into which they quickly rolled him. And I love Vanya Okhlobystin very much. I think that you cannot be friends with him - you can only serve him. But since I don’t know how to serve, he and I… constantly fight. We argue, we provoke each other. He is a Christian - I am a Buddhist. We have something to pinch each other for, on what grounds to clash. Actually, I accepted the offer to star in “Interns” several years ago after learning that Okhlobystin was playing there. Until this moment, as someone who was raised in the classical school of acting, I had a low opinion of sitcoms. Okhlobystin, announced in the leading role, was known as a very extravagant person, a paradoxical thinker. I wanted to get to know each other better. Now we are family friends with Vanya. Our Vilka communicates especially well with Okhlobystin’s son Savva. And of course, he loves Kristina Asmus. One day my son came to the “Interns” site and immediately fell in love with it. She, in turn, was also fascinated by the baby and automatically reached out to kiss him on the forehead. Vilka asked in surprise: “Why only in the forehead?” (Laughs.) I have developed good relationships with other colleagues on the site. Closer with some, less so with others. For example, once we were going to the presentation of the new season of “Interns” in one of the cities, the road was long. We found ourselves in the same compartment with Sveta Permyakova, and, as often happens on a long journey, a frank conversation ensued. I felt that Sveta needed cordial advice. She had just started dating Maxim, and everything seemed to be not in her favor: her beloved’s mother didn’t like her, she was worried that the guy was much younger than her... But we began to sort everything out point by point and found out that Maxim was in dire need of some her qualities, and she - in his! That is, Sveta realized that he needed her no less than she needed him. And here you go - a happy couple is raising a child. I'm happy for them.
— I heard that at the age of four you gave your son a samurai sword. Quite extravagant, and dangerous...
“This way I show my son that I trust him.” It is very important. I am convinced that a future man should be able to handle weapons - this instills in him responsibility and self-control. Of course, Veronica was worried at first, but William told her seriously: “Mom, I will never take my sword out of its sheath in front of other children! Do not worry!" He now already has two samurai swords. They are in a separate place - these are not toys, of course. My son and I often go out of town to the shooting range, where I teach him to shoot. We aim at a special wall on which the cans stand. Before picking up a weapon, we once again repeat three cherished rules: never aim at animals, children, and always point the muzzle towards the ground. “Dad, I remember!” — William sighs every time. “Repeat,” I insist. And he obediently does it. I try to talk to my son as much as possible. For example, I recently came to pick him up at school and saw him hanging from a tree branch that had already crunched at a decent height. A whole group of children and adults have gathered below, they groan and gasp: they say, the child is about to fall down. I agree, from the outside it looked quite dangerous, but my son is seasoned in this sense. I reassure everyone: “Don’t worry, everything will be fine!” I calmly approach him, he jumps into my arms, and we go to the car. And there, far from strangers, I say: “William, you understand that you can’t do that. I know that you are strong, strong and will not fall. But the rest don’t know this! First of all, you're scaring them. And secondly, other children, looking at you, will also begin to climb the tree, but they don’t have your skill!” That is, I am trying to develop a sense of responsibility in him.
— Did you have to punish your son?
- Only twice in my life. A couple of years ago, a friend came to see him, and they started playing so much that they started torturing our cat, a hairless Sphynx named Adam Moses Cox. The most harmless creature in the world steadfastly endured their pinching, after which it hid under the sofa and trembled there for several hours in a row. We couldn’t get him out of there for a long time - Adam was so scared. When the friend left, my son and I had a serious conversation. “Sorry, but I have to punish you. Take off your pants, now I’ll hit you three times with a belt.” It was a ritual act on my part. The son behaved courageously - he did not cry, although his lips and chin trembled. The only thing he said was: “Dad, can I not take off my pants?” Another time he pushed a girl on the playground. I explained to him: “The girl is like our mother, that is, tender, defenseless. Can you really hit your mother too?” Shakes his head: “No.” I am raising my son to respect women through the example of my wife. I often draw his attention to what a wonderful mother we have, what a chiseled figure she has. If William suddenly sees her in the shower or walking naked around the apartment, he always compliments her and notes that she has beautiful breasts. He is a small man, a future connoisseur - that’s normal.
— Don’t you feel guilty that you didn’t give enough care to your daughter from your first marriage? You left the family when she was only five.
“When Nastya was born, I didn’t know what to really feel, how to approach her. My first marriage followed a typical scenario. Yulia and I met and met and at some point came to the thought: “This is probably love! Which means we must get married!” With this message we went to the registry office. Then Nastya was born. I was 22 years old. Advice to all men: don’t have children too early. Only after 30, or even closer to 40, does a man mature enough to become a father. There is already some experience that you want to pass on to the child, an understanding of what family is and respect for family values appears. Love requires maturity and responsibility, and this does not come immediately. When William was born, I was 42 years old and I no longer needed to explain what and how. I felt and feel that I was ready to die for this child. When Nastya turned five, her mother and I separated. Julia fell in love with someone else. According to legend, dad went on a business trip for his daughter and never returned. And then she just got used to my absence. I hoped that over the years some gene codes would whisper to us about our blood connection, but so far this has not happened. The daughter lives in Germany with her husband; they have no children. A couple of years ago I sent her money transfers, but now there is no need for them either. Nastya saw William several years ago when she came to visit us. As a person with a dramatic mindset, I treat conflicts quite easily, or rather, philosophically. I believe that our connection with our daughter will happen - we are not strangers to each other. This is the normal dramaturgy of human relationships. The script is written, certain knots are tied, and then the time comes to untie them. Everything is very logical.
— You yourself recently made peace with your father, who left the family when you were three months old.
— Yes, during the presentation of my book in Voronezh, I met with my dad, he saw William, and we talked quite warmly. Of course, there was a time when I was seriously offended by my father. We haven't seen him for over 20 years. But over time, you realize that family ties and roots are much more important than our grievances. I am a Buddhist: I try not to accumulate aggression, anger, or negativity in myself. I'm not going to delve into my parents' relationships. For a long time he blamed his mother for the breakdown of the marriage, and she blamed him. But this stage has long passed, especially since my mother is no longer alive. Using my own story with my father as an example, I understand how important I am to my son now. I try to surround William with care and attention so that he doesn’t need anything. When Vilya entered first grade in September, we even moved to another rented apartment, closer to the school.
— What was your first home together with Veronica like?
— Our friends’ new three-room apartment with concrete walls and a layer of dust on the floor, where they let us live... The furniture included a bathtub and a stove. The first thing we did was buy a few cans of water-based paint and paint the walls to get rid of the dust. I took out doors somewhere, old linoleum was thrown on the floor, only the mattress was new. And we lived like this for a whole year. Then I started working on “Silver Rain” with my “Frankie Show”, Veronica became pregnant, we moved and began to prepare for childbirth. We decided that we would give birth at home, in water (in the presence of midwives, of course). When the hour of childbirth came, we climbed into the inflatable pool, my wife rested her feet on me, I put my feet on the wall - that’s how William was born from us. All this physiology may turn off some people, but not me. I became even more attached to Veronica and the baby. This process soldered me to them very much.
— Veronica is also an actress, but she acts in films much less often than you do. Does this cause conflicts - does the spouse have to devote more time to everyday life and family?
— There was a period after the birth of my son when I noticed that Veronica was worried about not being involved in the profession. She is a Sagittarius according to her horoscope, she definitely needs to be on a horse and shoot arrows. I deliberately began to invite Veronica to my projects. At first she refused, her ambitions kicked in: I want everything myself! But then I realized that there is nothing wrong with supporting my husband. And now everything is getting better for her, she has offers. Veronica is even writing the script for her own project, but it’s too early to talk about it. I understand that its demand will increase, and I am not against it. I don’t need a nanny at home who is only busy with everyday life and the child. And I don’t always need a ready-made dinner - we can order food at home or go to a restaurant. Sometimes she comes to visit me on the set of Interns, where there is a wonderful canteen, and we eat there. When a woman immerses herself in housework, there is a great risk that she will lose shape, emotional and intellectual vitality, and then the collapse of the marriage is not far away. Although, of course, this does not apply to everyone. The main thing is not to adapt to any behavior patterns or relationship patterns. This is all nonsense! If there is an inner feeling that you are doing something right, then it is so. We are truly happy. All that remained was to have the wedding - we signed after Vilka’s birth, but there was neither time nor money for the celebration then. I think we will combine this event with my upcoming 50th birthday. And we’ll go on a honeymoon to India - I’ve already been there, but Veronica has never been there yet. Let's discover this country together and breathe air into which you can stick a fork - there's so much stuff mixed in there!

Vadim Demchog
Born: March 13, 1963 in Narva (Estonian SSR) Family: wife - Veronica Demchog, actress; son - William (7 years old); daughter - Nastya (25 years old) Education: graduated from the acting department of LGITMiK in 1984 Career: played in films and TV series “Icon Hunters”, “Students”, “Four Ages of Love”, “Baby”, “Interns”, “Nightingale- robber”, etc. From 2003 to 2011 - author and host of the “Frankie Show” program on the “Silver Rain” radio. Candidate of Psychological Sciences, author of several books (“Self-Liberating Game”, “Playing in the Empty. Carnival of Crazy Wisdom”, “Playing in the Empty. The Great Seal”)
Psychology
The 90s tested the aspiring actor, like everyone else, for strength. To survive and find himself, Vadim tried many activities, sometimes alien and unfamiliar: he delivered goods to city markets, worked at a construction site, and transported cars from Europe. The last lesson made it possible for Vadim to remain financially independent.
In his youth, Demchog also traveled a lot, communicated with interesting people, studied Buddhism (even made a film about this Eastern religion), meditated and experimented.
Vadim Demchog
In 1992, Vadim worked as a radio host on the popular radio Europe Plus. Since 2001, he has been teaching, writing and publishing the popular book “Self-Liberating Play” with his vision of the acting profession, in which he systematizes his own theory. Especially for readers interested in the topic, Demchog created a website - a kind of master class, where he regularly answered questions.
For radio, Vadim Viktorovich developed an interesting hoax game called “Frankie Show”. From 2004 to 2011, the program was broadcast every day on Radio Silver Rain. The plot of each episode of the program was dedicated to a certain character, on whose behalf Demchog, in the guise of a narrator, described experiences and biographical facts. Listeners were given the opportunity to guess the hero of the story.
Vadim Demchog is the author of the radio game “Frankie Show”
And in 2010, on the “Culture” TV channel, Demchog presented his author’s project to the audience, calling it “The Greatest Show on Earth.” According to the author's plan, every viewer could become an actor and play a role on the other side of the screen. Vadim Viktorovich led the project under the stage name Mister Nobody. The artist’s wife, Veronica, also took part in the program. Each time she appeared in the role of lovers or wives of the main characters of the issue.
Demchog developed the website “Ottuda.ru”. From 2011 to 2013, this resource broadcast a program called “Broadcast From There.” According to the artist’s plan, the site was created to communicate with dead people, and the mediator of mystical conversations is Crazy Frankie, who died on air. Franky speaks in Demchog's voice.

These projects by Vadim are of an entertaining and philosophical nature and help participants look at the world as a variety of game models. In this vein, the artist conceived and created the “School of Play,” within which he conducts a series of trainings “providing mechanisms for liberation from pressures and internal concepts, from the phrases “right” and “wrong,” “good” and “bad.”
These are psychological games, the participants of which, according to Vadim Demchog, liberate themselves and become creative people.
Vadim Demchog today and his plans for the future
The actor does not associate himself with his hero from “Interns” Kupitman. He believes that they are completely different people, and Demchog does not agree with many things in the character and actions of his hero. He tries to keep his on-screen image at a distance from his real self.
Vadim Viktorovich plans to continue “The Greatest Show on Earth” on the “Culture” channel. Since 2011, the project “Broadcast from There” began and is still being broadcast on the website Ottuda.ru. The site was created to communicate with the dead, it communicates with Crazy Frankie, who died on live radio. Vadim Viktorovich speaks in Frankie's voice. Demchog also writes and publishes books.
The Bulgakov House Museum-Theater recently became the venue where the play “Harlequinade” was presented. This is the director's work of Vadim Viktorovich.
Demchog is a candidate of psychological sciences, he acts in films, plays in the theater, he has many new ideas, he has received several new interesting offers to participate in projects, he teaches, works on the radio, he has created several dozen scripts, published five books, he author of several projects on the Internet, television and radio. This is a talented person and his talent has manifested itself in many areas.
Movies
A cinematic biography of Vadim Demchog began in 2003. The actor made his debut in an episode of the 2nd season of the series “NLS Agency”. In the same year, he was entrusted with a supporting role in the 5th season of “Streets of Broken Lanterns.”
From 2004 to 2009, the artist’s filmography grew rapidly, but the directors did not offer leading roles. 2/3 of the films Vadim has starred in over 5 years are TV series. Viewers saw him in the multi-part projects “Sisters”, “Airport”, “Icon Hunters”, “Everybody Dance!”, “Four Ages of Love” and “Two Sisters”.

In “The Golden Calf” by Ulyana Shilkina, Demchog played the chairman of the executive committee. The film adaptation of the novel by Ilya Ilf and Yevgeny Petrov was awarded the “Honorary Ignorance” award and received devastating reviews from critics. But the artist was lucky to work on the same set with the stars of Russian cinema - Oleg Menshikov, Dmitry Nazarov, Mikhail Efremov and Mikhail Svetin.

The actor’s finest hour came when the super-series “Interns,” beloved by millions, with Ivan Okhlobystin, where Demchog plays venereologist Kupitman, was released. As the actor later admitted in an interview, he arrived at the audition without much enthusiasm: he was in a hurry with his family to the resort. In addition, Vadim already had a negative impression of the “sitcom” genre, so he read the text dryly on camera. But the producer of the project, Vyacheslav Dusmukhametov, persuaded the actor to act in the film, and Demchog was impressed by the participation of his longtime friend Ivan in the project.
Vadim Demchog on the set of the series “Interns”
Since the release of the comedy, viewers have identified Vadim Viktorovich with his hero, attributing to him the doctor’s shortcomings. But the artist denies the similarity, claiming that in life he is a different person, and associations with a popular venereologist are inappropriate.
"- People! A Jew and an alcoholic is my Ivan Natanovich, not me!” - Demchog insists.
Vadim really enjoyed working with Okhlobystin and the team of the series. All the actors who starred in the main and supporting roles became stars after The Interns. Ilya Glinnikov, Svetlana Kamynina, Svetlana Permyakova, Alexander Ilyin, Kristina Asmus and Dmitry Sharakois completed the company of two friends, heads of departments.
Vadim Demchog and Ivan Okhlobystin
There was always a creative, positive atmosphere on the set. Artists often played pranks on each other. For example, once, before a tour in Tula, Demchog received an order from Okhlobystin: to bring a “trunk”. Playing along with his friend, Vadim presented him with a suitcase after the trip, containing 2 Tula gingerbread cookies in the shape of revolvers.
Vadim Demchog starred in all seasons of the comedy series, which ran from 2010 to 2020.
Vadim Demchog in the series “Rook”
Despite Vadim’s busyness on the radio, in the theater and at the School of Play trainings, films with the artist’s participation continue to delight viewers. In 2012, 3 projects with Demchog’s participation were released: “Teacher’s Day”, “Nightingale the Robber” and the serial thriller “Rook” by Andrei Volgin. On the set of his last two projects, the actor again met with Ivan Okhlobystin.
“Interns” revealed the actor to directors, and leading roles appeared in his filmography. In the short film “The Thunderstorm”, Vadim played the chancellor of the Heavenly Squadron, and in “The Nightingale the Robber” he played the director of the construction holding Pasha.

In 2020, the feature film “Corset” was released. This is the story of the mad genius Master Ferdinand, who creates killer corsets for vicious society ladies. The master was played by Vadim. In the same year, the artist appeared in an episode of the top-rated TV series “Vlasik. Shadow of Stalin."
Vadim managed to embody characteristic images in the crime film “Department” and the comedy “I Remember, I Don’t Remember!” The second film was warmly received by the audience, which affected the box office. The star cast, which included Natalya Medvedeva, Polina Maksimova, Konstantin Kryukov, Lyudmila Artemyeva, Anna Ardova, and the original plot influenced its success.

Demchog’s love for mysticism prompted him to make his directorial debut. In the “Bulgakov House” he presented the mystical play “Harlequiniad”. The main roles of the production were performed by artists from the theater of the same name. The plot of the story describes a psychotherapy session of a young man. Vadim himself acted as a psychiatrist. The patient's inner experiences were presented to the audience in the form of a joint game of 12 Harlequins. Later, Vadim’s associates produced the play “Close Your Eyes and Look!”
In addition to working at the Harlequiniad Theater, Vadim appeared in productions of other theater groups. In the early 2000s, he appeared as a mad rebbe in Kama Ginkas’s play “Dreams of Exile.” His role in the play “Orchestra” by Lev Ehrenburg brought the actor the main prize of the “Christmas Parade” festival for best actor.

In 2020, Vadim Demchog presented fans of his writing talent with a new book, “The Phenomenon of the Game.” The artist conducts psychological trainings and creative meetings. In the spring of 2017, a series of trainings from Demchog’s “School of Play” was announced in Moscow.

Personal life
The personal life of Vadim Demchog did not immediately develop happily. The artist has a daughter from a failed first marriage: Nastya was born in 1987. She got married and lives in Germany.
The second wife of Vadim Demchog was actress Veronika Ryabkova, who is 12 years younger. According to unconfirmed information, Demchog stole the beauty from under the aisle: Veronica had a wedding planned with a St. Petersburg businessman. The actor's exhausting romance lasted for 3 years - the girl could not decide on her feelings. Everything was decided by moving to Moscow. Veronica followed Vadim, and they never parted again.
Vadim Demchog with his wife Veronica and son William
In 2005, a son, William, appeared in the family. The father dreams of the boy becoming a “citizen of the world”, so he chose a European name for his son.
William Demchog appeared on screen twice: in the film “Friend or Foe” and in the TV series “Interns.” In an interview, the actor repeatedly said that his family and children are his wealth, and he is happy that he has an interesting job and a beloved wife and son.
At one time, the actor’s personal life became the subject of discussion in the media. According to rumors, his wife Veronica filed for divorce. It was rumored that Vadim Demchog, like his film character Ivan Kupitman, was a ladies' man. Women adore this short (the artist is 1.69 m tall), but incredibly charismatic man and willingly respond to his advances. Allegedly, the wife was tired of the constant betrayals of her unfaithful husband and decided to end the marriage.
Vadim Demchog with his family
The couple themselves claim that their “divorce” is a newspaper “duck” of unscrupulous journalists: Vadim and Veronica Demchog still live together and are raising their son. They bought a 3-room apartment in Moscow and are not going to leave. The artist’s wife appears infrequently in the photo on Instagram: Veronica prefers to remain in the shadow of her famous husband, but Vadim constantly publishes shots with his beloved son.
Vadim Demchog now
In 2020, Demchog presented a new production of “Goat’s Face” based on Alexander Ostrovsky’s play “The Snow Maiden” to the Moscow theater scene. The performance is replete with acrobatic performances, performances by musicians and dramatic dialogues.
Vadim Demchog in the “My Hero” program in 2020
In the spring, the actor gave an interview to Tatyana Ustinova in the “My Hero” program. Now he is starring in the comedy “Project “Slave”” produced by Taimuraz Badziev and David Tsallaev. According to the plot of the film, his father, tired of the antics of his spoiled child, sends him for re-education to the village, where the young man goes to work as an assistant at a stable. In addition to Vadim Demchog, the film features his colleagues from “Interns” - Ilya Glinnikov and Ivan Okhlobystin. The premiere of the film, according to the creators' plans, should take place in 2020.
