Sergey Slavnov is a native of the northern capital. He was born on April 11, 1982. The love of sports was instilled in the future skater by his grandmother. It is believed that during a joint vacation, people always discover something new in each other, even if they have lived together for more than one year. Do you agree with this? N.: I think that five years is the period when people begin not to discover, but to borrow something from each other. For example, my friends and relatives have noticed more than once that I began to speak like Sergei and do things like him. ( Laughs

Every time Seryoga came to the skating rink and started changing clothes, he pulled his jumper over his head in the same way. At the beginning of our conversation, Nastya said that you are similar in some ways. But it is believed that opposites attract... N.: Indeed, in some ways we are similar. And in some ways they are completely different people. For example, as much as I am an active person, Seryoga is so lazy and homely. But here I understand him. Since childhood, he had to travel a lot. Of course, now he wants to stay at home and not go anywhere. S.: And Nastya has to do a bunch of different things in the morning. For her, home, it seems to me, is all of Moscow. She is on her feet from 8 am until the evening. But there are things in which we agree one hundred percent.
For example, do you both like figure skating? N.: I really like watching how Seryoga transforms when he gets on skates. From a simple guy he turns into an artist with a capital A, with impeccable bearing and even, I would say, more serious. I look at him and get high. He skates great! S.: And I like how Nastya looks on the ice. You know, when she puts on tight leggings, leg warmers, skates and a jacket, she becomes so touching. I can watch her for hours. You are both accomplished individuals. Famous and popular. Often in such a situation, young people are faced with professional jealousy. Or is it the other way around for you and you are proud of each other’s achievements? S.: More likely the second one. I can’t even imagine how it’s possible to be jealous of a loved one’s work. It is very strange. Vice versa! I always try to support Nastya in everything. I like all the films with her participation. I love her songs. N.: I would also be happy for Sergei if, for example, he took part in the Winter Olympics. But for pair skaters, everything is very difficult. If a partner leaves, it is not easy to find another.
