Childhood and youth
The man was born on April 12, 1965 in Kharkov, under the zodiac sign Aries. His exact nationality is unknown. At first, the parents wanted to name their son Yuri, in honor of Gagarin, then German, like the cosmonaut Titov, but they considered this name dissonant and chose Valeria. He grew up in an intelligent family: his mother taught astronomy and mathematics, his grandmother was a librarian and instilled in her grandson a love of reading.
Komissarov’s early biography is connected with his hometown: Valery graduated from school here. It is noteworthy that he initially chose a non-creative profession, entering the Institute of Steel and Alloys in Moscow. In 1987 he graduated from the institute, becoming a certified specialist.

Valery Komissarov in his youth
In parallel with this, Komissarov decided to get another specialty and at the same time began to take advanced training courses for television and radio employees. Valera received a second profession and the right to proudly call himself a director.
Immediately after college, the young man went to work at a steel mill in Lyublino, but his dreams of television haunted him. In his youth, he wanted to try himself as a journalist, actor and had his own ideas for new programs and talk shows. He managed to begin to implement them.
TV presenter career
The television biography of Valery Komissarov began with the administrator of the youth editorial office of Central Television. In this post at the State Television and Radio of the Soviet Union, Valery Yakovlevich was able to prove himself as an intelligent and intelligent employee, so he was promoted very quickly.
Quite soon, Valery Komissarov was offered to work first as a special correspondent for the then popular program “Vzglyad”. In 1992, he became secretary of the Komsomol editorial organization, demonstrating his excellent organizational skills and responsibility in his work.
Therefore, since 1993, his name began to appear in the credits of many programs. Each such program was devoted to those topics and problems that worried all people. The television programs “Men’s and Women’s Stories” and “Channel of Illusions” very quickly became the favorite programs of television viewers, and their host was known and loved by the whole country.
But nevertheless, the television program “My Family” became the peak of popularity and fame in the biography of Valery Komissarov. She first appeared on television screens in 1996. The advice of the presenter of this program, Valery Komissarov, his biography, whose family is always of interest to the audience, attracted a large number of people to the screens.
The most interesting topics for all people were discussed in the studio: situations at work, issues of raising children, behavior in love and other equally pressing problems. This television project was popular not only in our country, but also abroad. But unexpectedly, in 2003, this program was closed.
But Valery Komissarov also participated in other television programs. Many viewers remember him in such projects as “Hey!”, “The Ideal Man” and “Maryina Roshcha”. Together with the famous actor and presenter Dmitry Nagiyev, he worked in the show “Windows”.
Personal life
Komissarov had two marriages in his personal life. The first chosen one gave her husband a daughter, Valery Komissarov. Some time later, this marriage broke up. The producer met his second wife on the set of “My Family” - the girl worked as part of the film crew, after marriage she took her husband’s surname, becoming Alla Komissarova.
Feelings flared up at first sight, and already in 2001 the couple had twins. The girl was named Maria, the boy was named Valery, in honor of his father.
There is also information on the Internet that later Valery Komissarov had two more children - daughters Alexandra and Elizaveta.
As part of his “duty”, Valery Yakovlevich started a page on Instagram, where he publishes various pictures and photos, and also communicates with subscribers. To this day, he remains a recognizable and shocking character who, without mincing words, expresses his own thoughts regarding a particular situation. Tall and stately (height 198 cm, weight 90 kg), with the appearance of a psychologist, at all times he aroused the trust of viewers, which he continues to do now, telling reporters about his condition, career and life outside the cameras.
Career and politics
Valery began his path to fame as an administrator of the youth editorial office of the Central Television and Radio Broadcasting Company. In this post, he showed himself to be an intelligent employee and soon received a promotion, taking the place of special correspondent for the then popular TV show “Vzglyad”.
Here Komissarov worked for 3 years, until 1992. It is noteworthy that even then, Valery’s organizational skills and responsible attitude to work allowed him to take the place of secretary of the Komsomol editorial organization, which was considered honorable.
Since 1999, Valery Yakovlevich has also been known as a serious politician. Then the man ran for the State Duma as a deputy from United Russia. Until 2011, he was engaged in public activities, worked on the commission for the development of radio and television broadcasting, and even co-authored amendments to the law on the media, and in 2011 he resigned as a deputy.
Education and career
Almost nothing is known about the presenter’s childhood. In 1987, he received a diploma from the Faculty of Technology of the Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys. Later he received a second education as a director. The young man completed courses conducted at the Institute for Advanced Training of Radio and Television Workers. After graduation, Valery went to work at the Lublin Foundry and Mechanical Plant.
In 1988, Komissarov received the position of administrator of the Youth Edition of the Central Television and Radio of the USSR. Soon he was appointed Komsomol secretary of this organization. From 1989 to 1992, the program “Vzglyad” was published under the authorship of Valery. He was not only its founder, but also a special correspondent. The man is also involved in the “Press Club” project and other programs of the Author’s Television “New Studio”. For three years he was a correspondent, but at the same time he developed his ideas. One of Komissarov’s first programs was “Visiting a Fairy Tale.”
In 1993, Valery developed the Channel of Illusions program and became its host. In 1995, the Moscow TV channel began broadcasting a daily five-minute program “Men's and Women's Stories.” A little later, a similar project called “Club of Frank Men” was released.
Since July 25, 1996, Komissarov managed to win the recognition of thousands of viewers thanks to his new show. The program “My Family” was broadcast weekly on the ORTV channel, and later the rights to show it were bought by RTR-1. The project with a simple concept was a stunning success among television viewers. Over the course of several years, a variety of families visited Valery’s studio. They all shared their stories, discussed problems and looked for ways to solve them. There were periodic conflicts and even fights in the studio. But they were stopped in time.
Valery has always maintained that in his programs he does not teach people about life, does not give them a universal formula for family happiness. He understood that there are no ideal relationships, sometimes you can yell at each other, but this should not become the norm. The presenter paid special attention to the upbringing of children and said that they should not cause suffering. He dreamed of an atmosphere in the country in which women would feel comfortable giving birth.
From June 1998 to 1999, the program “Maryina Roshcha” was broadcast, the authorship also belonged to Komissarov. The following year, the show “Hey!” appeared on the screens. Here the presenter also showed himself excellently. In 2003, the scandalous project “Windows” was launched with Dmitry Nagiyev, which enjoyed unconditional success among viewers.
That same year, the director decided to release the longest reality show in the world. Then “Home” appeared on the screens. But it was not particularly popular with the public, unlike the sequel “Dom-2”. The new project focused exclusively on scandals and interpersonal relationships, and it is still being produced. In some interviews, Komissarov completely disavows this program, since it is regularly criticized by viewers.
TV show
Since 1993, the name of Valery Komissarov has appeared in the credits of the programs “Channel of Illusions”, “Men’s and Women’s Stories” and other projects. Each of these shows instantly became popular, attracting thousands of viewers to their screens. The reason for such popular love is simple: each program examined issues and problems that were relevant to people.
The apotheosis of this genre was “My Family,” which launched on television in 1996. The stories of workers and housewives, told in the studio of the program to sympathizer Valery Komissarov, riveted viewers to the screens.
The situations were understandable to ordinary people, which made the show even more interesting. Of course, the highlight of the program was the “Mask of Revelation” section. Valery Komissarov in the program “Secret for a Million”
The next programs in which Valery’s name appeared in the credits were “The Ideal Man”, “Maryina Roshcha”, “To Your Health!” In addition, Komissarov worked on the creation of the cult show “Windows,” which was hosted by Dmitry Nagiyev. It was completely staged; it took the audience several years to understand it. Non-professional actors were selected to participate in the project; he looked for “heroes” in shops, parks and on city streets. They became workers, housewives, sellers and other representatives of simple professions who dreamed of getting on television.
In parallel with his work on TV, Valery Yakovlevich also tried his hand as a director. In 1997, he made a film called “Ship of Doubles.” The events of this comedy detective story unfold on board a ship on which the filming of a TV show of star doubles takes place.
In 2011, another bright show appeared, the idea of which belonged to Komissarov. We are talking about the “Moms in Law” program. The essence of the project is simple: future mothers-in-law come up with funny and difficult tasks for the girls who will be their daughters-in-law. The latter will have to prove to the mothers of their beloved that they are worthy to take a place in the lives of their beloved sons.
In 2020, Valery Yakovlevich appeared on the Russia-1 channel as the host of the “Our Man” program. In the spring of 2019, he became a guest of the program “The Fate of a Man” with Boris Korchevnikov, and in the summer he visited Lera Kudryavtseva’s studio “Secret for a Million”, where he revealed the deepest secrets of the stars - where he found Olga Buzova, how much he paid Nikolai Baskov and why he didn’t congratulate Ksenia Sobchak with the second wedding.
Biography of Valery Komissarov
Valery Komissarov began his path to fame as an administrator of the youth editorial office of the Central Television of the State Television and Radio of the Soviet Union. In this position, Valery showed himself to be an intelligent employee and soon received a promotion, taking the place of special correspondent for the then popular TV show “Vzglyad”.

Each of these shows instantly became popular, attracting thousands and thousands of viewers to the screens. The reason for this popular love is simple: each program examined issues and problems that were relevant to all people without exception.
The apotheosis of this genre was the program “My Family,” which started on television in 1996. The stories of ordinary workers and housewives, told in the studio of the program to the sympathetic presenter Valery Komissarov, riveted a huge number of viewers to the screens.
All situations were understandable to ordinary people, which made the show even more interesting. And of course, the highlight of the program was the “Mask of Revelation” section. The person hiding behind the mask usually told the most poignant and heartbreaking story in the hope of advice and help from Valery Komissarov and the audience.
Family problems, difficult situations at work, issues of raising children and, of course, questions about love - all this was discussed and examined literally under a magnifying glass in the studio of Komissarov’s program. Valery's popularity at that time was very impressive, and the project repeatedly became the leader in views in Russian-speaking countries. Unfortunately, the program closed in 2003.
The next programs in which Valery Komissarov’s name appeared in the credits were “The Ideal Man”, “Maryina Roshcha”, “To Your Health!” In addition, Komissarov worked on the creation of the cult show “Windows,” which was hosted by Dmitry Nagiyev.
In parallel with his work on television, Valery Komissarov also tried his hand as a director. In 1997, he made a film called “Ship of Doubles.” The events of this comedy detective story unfold on board a ship on which the filming of a TV show of star doubles takes place.
The peace is disturbed by the corpse of a girl who looks like Margaret Thatcher in a pod. Now the star doubles have no time for filming: a brutal killer is hiding among them. And the task of the captain (played by Vladimir Zhirinovsky) is to find the murderer. The film also stars Emmanuil Vitorgan, Stanislav Sadalsky, Leonid Bronevoy.
Another striking project, to the creation of which Valery Komissarov had a hand in, was “Dom-2”. More precisely, it all started with a short project called “Home”. The program was hosted by Nikolai Baskov, Svetlana Khorkina, as well as Dmitry Nagiyev, who had the honor of hosting the final episode. Several married couples who had already found love were building their dream home and fighting for the right to get the keys to it.
After the first season of “House,” the editorial team came up with the idea to modify the project. So, in 2004, viewers first saw the show, which was destined to become the longest project in the history of reality programs. The first hosts of “House-2” were Ksenia Sobchak and Ksenia Borodina, and among the first “household members” were Olga Buzova and Alena Vodonaeva, Stepan Menshchikov and Olga “Solntse”, Roman Tretyakov and May Abrikosov.
Many of the participants eventually became TV stars, and some even found soul mates on the project. Initially, it was assumed that one pair of lovers would win the project, but as the action progressed, plans changed, and the show has been leading all possible TV ratings for decades.
In 2011, another bright show appeared, the idea of which belonged to Valery Komissarov. We are talking about the “Moms in Law” program. The essence of the project is simple: future mothers-in-law come up with funny and difficult tasks for the girls who will be their daughters-in-law. "House 2"
Married couples who had already found love built their dream home and fought for the right to get the keys to it.

Many of the participants eventually became TV stars, and some even found soul mates on the project. Initially, it was assumed that one pair of lovers would win, but plans changed as the action progressed.
For the first couple of years, everything went according to plan; Komissarov combined work on the project with life in the USA, where he tried to promote another Russian-language show. The reality show was financed by TNT, and therefore the rights to the format and name belonged to the channel; on paper, Valery was listed only as a producer. But in 2014, rumors spread that Komissarov was going to sell the territory where the filming took place, secretly from his other colleagues.

When this became known, the channel’s management decided to play it safe and, without telling Komissarov, who was living in America at that time, began building a new filming site. Former executive producer of “House-2” Alexander Mikhailovsky said that Valery himself was to blame for this: in addition to fraud with the sale of the site, the man was also accused of excessive greed.
Allegedly, Valery Yakovlevich did not consider it necessary to invest money in equipping the film set with modern equipment. The apogee of his actions was the refusal of the newly arriving “household members” to participate in the project due to the low level of comfort that was offered to them.
According to Mikhailovsky, many of the beds in the participants’ bedrooms were broken, bed linen was not updated, and due to the lack of cutlery, the children even had to eat with their hands. The commissioners call all these accusations lies, saying that he allocated funds for all household items.
2014 became a fateful year for Komissarov. Returning to Russia and arriving at the Dom-2 site, the man discovered that it had been moved to another place. According to the producer, he was not warned about this in advance. And when he learned about the plans of the TNT management, Valery Yakovlevich was informed that his services were no longer needed. He told Ksenia Sobchak about this on the air of her YouTube program “Caution, Sobchak!” in March 2020.

Singer ValeriaValeria with dad
Alla Yuryevna Perfilova (real name of Valeria) was born on April 17 (Aries) 1968 in the small town of Atkarsk, Saratov region. Her musical future was practically predetermined at birth, since her parents were both involved in music.
Valeria's father, Yuri Ivanovich Perfilov (1945 - 2009), worked as the director of a music school and received the title of Honored Cultural Worker.
Valeria's mother, Galina Nikolaevna Perfilova (1938), worked with her husband at the same school as a teacher, and also received the title of Honored Cultural Worker.
Despite the fact that as a child she dreamed of becoming a ballerina, Valeria received a musical education, first graduating from music school in her hometown, and then at the age of 17 moving to Moscow and enrolling in a pop vocal class at the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music (popularly known as "Gnesinka")
On the way to success
Valeria began her star journey in 1992, when she won two competitions for young performers at once - “Morning Star” and “Bratislava Lyre” and became a laureate of the festival in Jurmala.
While still at the academy, Valeria met Alexander Shulgin, who, as a producer, was looking for a talented singer for his project. Shulgin was very ambitious, and planned to record an album in English in the hope of promoting the singer in the foreign market. Thus, in 1992, the album “The Taiga Symphony” was born, although it never became popular.
On New Year's Eve 1995, Valeria releases a single called “My Moscow.” And in 1995, her album “Anna” was released, which became very successful, and tracks from the album have been spinning in the top playlists of Russian radio stations for a long time.
Next comes the albums “Family. Part 1" (1997), "The Best" (1999), singles "Metelitsa", "Riga-Moscow", "First Internet Album" (2000) and "Eyes the Color of the Sky" (2001).
Leaving the stage
The year 2002 brought a lot of troubles to the singer in Valeria’s life. She had disagreements with her husband and producer Alexander Shulgin, and the contract had to be terminated by court decision.
The singer announced her retirement from show business and left for her hometown of Atkarsk, where she lived in her parents’ apartment...
Return
Valeria's return to the stage took place after signing a contract with a new producer, who became Joseph Prigozhin. And already on June 5, 2003, Valeria performed at the MUZ-TV 2003 award ceremony at the Olympic Stadium.
In the same year, Valeria’s new album “Country of Love” was released, which broke sales records.
Music awards do not ignore the singer. In 2004, she became a laureate of the prestigious Muz-TV and MTV Russia Music Awards, as well as four Golden Grammar awards.
Valeria in Forbes
The singer’s popularity is growing every day, and she is already called one of the best Russian pop singers, and her reluctance to sing along to a soundtrack, something that most pop singers in Russia suffer from, only fuels her success.
At the same time, Valeria takes 9th place in the Forbes magazine ranking among the most successful figures in sports, literature, music and cinema in Russia.
In 2006, Valeria tries herself as a writer and writes the book “And life, and tears, and love” - her own autobiography. The book appealed to a wide range of readers and sold 200,000 copies.

Foreign career
At the end of 2007, Valeria announced the end of her touring performances in Russia and her focus on the foreign market.
Who, as soon as he steps on stage, is greeted by the audience with thunderous laughter, without having time to say a word? Why, so awkward in appearance, does he sparkle with charm and warmth? What do women who literally go crazy about him find in him?
Hint: he is called the “black and white Carlson” because most often he goes on stage in a white shirt, wide black pants and funny shoes with curved toes. Alexander Morozov, one of the most memorable participants in the popular “Curves Mirror”, is an extraordinary talented comedian – that’s all about him.
- Full name/patronymic/surname – Alexander Alekseevich Morozov;
- Place and date of birth –
Kuibyshev (now Samara), USSR; born July 16, 1973; - Height and weight – 165 cm, about 72 kg;
- Occupation: comedian, theater and film actor, TV show host;
- Own projects - the show “Star Refrigerator”, the program “Fifty Shades of Funny” (together with Daria Rudneva and Oksana Nevezhina);
- Parents - Morozov Alexey Alekseevich and Lyudmila Konstantinovna;
- Marital status – currently not married, no children.
The artist said many times in an interview that he was constantly haunted by tragic moments when his life hung by a thread.
He drowned, almost died because of drugs, he was shot several times... And the very first moment from this sad series of events was his birth: he could simply not have been born! Sasha’s mother was serious about getting rid of the child, but the doctor’s assumption that the baby would be a girl prevented this. This is how it happened that in the Morozov family, in addition to the older brother Andrei, a younger brother appeared.
When Alexander Alekseevich’s parents are asked to describe him in one word as a child, they answer: “Mischievous!” When he was very young, he brought old women at his entrance to tears (in a good way) with jokes and mini-scenes.
Surely Sasha’s passion for performing was passed on from her mother: she sang in a folk choir and dreamed of going to Moscow and “shine” there. Actually, because of this, she didn’t really want a second child.
The future popular comedian, like all Soviet children, went to clubs and performed at amateur concerts. Everyone who saw his numbers was sure that his career as a comedian was guaranteed. However, Sasha did not study well, got straight A's, the family's income was modest (if not poor), and he entered a technical school to become a welder. Surprisingly, Alexander graduated from technical school with honors!
He didn’t have time to really work in his profession, suddenly an insight came - what am I doing, why do I need this, I’m talented, I need to become an artist! In one program, Morozov said that it was as if something switched in his head one rainy evening, when he was working part-time - digging a trench. Alexander entered the Institute of Arts and Culture of the city of Samara, just when he turned 18 years old.
To Moscow, to Moscow!
While still a student at the Samara Institute, Morozov and his classmates began to conquer their hometown. The performances of their group “Comics” went with a bang, and the young people decided: it was time to go to the capital. We ate somehow (there was always not enough money), rented a one-room apartment for four, and Sasha slept... in the bathroom, there was no room in the room for a fourth person.
The photo shows Alexander Morozov in his youth.
Three of the four friends went back to Samara - they were tired of poverty. Morozov was lucky; he was hired as a clown at Teresa Durova’s theater. The salaries of artists back then were so ridiculous that Alexander kept thinking: maybe, well, the stage, and back to Samara, I have a welding diploma, I’ll find a job.
Chuck Norris, who sponsored the “Stars of the 21st Century” competition in 1998, did not even suspect that the decision to hold it in Moscow saved Morozov’s fate - Sasha received the prize for the best humorist there.
At the suggestion of the master of Russian humor, Alexander went to the next competition, and again won - the “Cup of Humor”, then there was the main prize at the International Competition of Variety Artists named after Raikin.
They worked together in a duet, called it “Smekhachi”. Yan Mayorovich perceived Morozov's departure to Petrosyan as a betrayal; they did not communicate for a long time. Morozov made no attempts to make peace, but came to Arlazorov’s funeral and cried bitterly at the coffin... As he said in the program “The Fate of a Man,” Arlazorov, with his difficult character, “taught us not to be afraid of anything in life.”
Morozov accepted the offer from Petrosyan to perform at the Crooked Mirror concerts with joy: he considered the Petrosyan Show the “tower” of success on stage.
Viewers re-watch humoresques with his participation in order to laugh from the heart - just take “Cinderella”, where he plays the main character!
Alexander's career as an artist of the humorous genre took off sharply. In parallel with The Crooked Mirror, he worked in theaters (Shalom, Moscow Modern Theater), and starred in films with Anna Surikova. Flowers, gifts, female attention - but who would know how hard it was sometimes in his soul...
Valery Komissarov now
Despite his advanced age, Valery is still bursting with new ideas that, in his opinion, will attract viewers. Having owned the site where Dom-2 had previously been filmed, the producer decided to act. Komissarov began filming the new show “Battle of Thrones,” which has been released on the Megogo video service since the beginning of 2020.
The creator of the project this time did something like “House-2”, but for the new reality he built a fortress where he housed 24 participants. They imagine that they are in the Middle Ages, divided into ministers, jesters, kings and subordinates and change roles every week. The goal is to overthrow a rival from the throne, because once a month the king and queen receive a million rubles.

Valery Komissarov, Instasamka and Nastasya Samburskaya
Without television rotation, the producer allowed himself much more than if the project had been aired on some channel. For example, there is no censorship. He also made the choice of presenters non-random. Actress Nastasya Samburskaya is famous for her sharp tongue and toughness, as is blogger Daria Zoteeva, familiar to many from scandals, known under the pseudonym Instasamka, also with her audience on the Internet. Their colleague was Lyudmila Gurchenko, who appeared on the first broadcast in the form of a hologram. Komissarov decided to do this in order to further shock the audience and draw attention to the show.
From the first episodes of Battle of Thrones, it became clear that Komissarov would surprise viewers throughout the entire project. And already in March, on the air of the next episode, he publicly kicked Instasamka out of the show because she had said the day before in Nastya Ivleeva’s program that she was hosting a “crazy” program “for a reason,” meaning a good salary, and did not plan to stay there for a long time .
Valery Komissarov responded to attacks from neighbors over the construction of hostels for migrant workers
Valery Komissarov
Now the life of Valery Komissarov, the creator of the projects “Dom-2”, “My Family”, “Windows” is inextricably linked with the new reality show “Battle of Thrones”. In terms of scandalousness, it is already competing with previous programs - recently the producer kicked out the presenter, blogger Instasamka, for boorish behavior, and also published her porn video. And the other day I found myself in an ambiguous situation. Residents of the Ukhtomsky microdistrict, in the east of the capital, reported Komissarov to the police - they say that he is illegally cutting down the forest next to their houses and building hostels for migrant workers. They ask the authorities to hold the TV presenter accountable, stop the lawlessness and misuse of the territory and save the centuries-old trees. “StarHit” turned for comments to Komissarov, who was surprised by such statements from his neighbors, as well as to his representative.
“Valery Yakovlevich absolutely legally won the plots in question at an auction on the investment portal of the city of Moscow, like other people,” Komissarov’s assistant Vladislav Ivakin told StarHit. — All complaints are ordinary squabbles; there is always someone who is dissatisfied with the fact that the landfill in the neighborhood is being cleaned up. Its lands are not encumbered by any water protection or green zones, so we do not cut down anything, at most we remove garbage from the territory. For example, tons of concrete were removed from one of the properties.”
Valery Komissarov disgracedly expelled Instasamka from “Battle of Thrones” and deprived her of her fee
Komissarov has a large family and he intends to provide a decent life for each of its members
In addition, during such an auction, potential land owners must clearly indicate for what purpose they plan to use the territory. Any subsequent violation will result in loss of lease. Everything is documented and publicly available on the website of the Moscow Property Department. “The terms of the contract being concluded are very strict,” continues Komissarov’s representative. “We need to build a house in a year, install communications and deliver it.” If you do not finish on time, you are given another six months, and if the outcome is unfavorable, the site is confiscated. Naturally, no hostels can be built there. Valery Yakovlevich invests in ordinary residential buildings - for his relatives. He has a large family, a long-lived mother, six children - he would like to leave each of them their own corner in the future. For example, in a one-story building built on Third International Street, 4, there is a kitchen, a dining room, a gym and four rooms. A hostel in this zone simply cannot be put into operation.”
The Commissioners have resolved all the problems with the local residents - the district police officer has already been provided with the necessary documents and an inspection has been carried out. He also plans to use his own funds to asphalt the road that leads to the property, build a children’s playground, carry out landscaping and plant trees on the site of former landfills.
