Ekaterina Strizhenova: I never drive my husband out of bed!

Nutrition secrets

During her life, the star tried so many diets that she doubted their effectiveness. None of them gave her the lasting desired result. Therefore, Ekaterina prefers a balanced diet, which she takes in small portions five times a day.

The presenter's diet is dominated by vegetables, proteins and foods high in fiber. The last evening meal consists only of kefir or an apple. And on Mondays there is a fasting day on juices. Flour and sweets are prohibited in Strizhenova’s diet. As a result of such nutrition, at the age of 50 she maintains a figure that young beauties can envy.

Charming Ekaterina Strizhenova: easy ease

Popular actress and TV presenter Katya Strizhenova always looked elegant with a touch of ease. Despite the fact that she is already officially a grandmother and has a grandson, her image does not at all fit with her status as a grandmother.

Fans have long been following her dressing style and try to copy her image. Ekaterina always looks sincere in her emotions and very cheerful. Adds romanticism and lightness to clothes that are quite bright, but at the same time monochromatic.

Skin care

Your daily skin care routine begins with applying under-eye patches and a sheet mask. And in the evening, Ekaterina cleanses her face of cosmetics and uses a moisturizer.

Periodically, the presenter visits a massage therapist, cosmetologist, and uses injection methods of rejuvenation. At 50 years old, Strizhenova does not have facial wrinkles; most likely, she uses beauty injections with Botox or hyaluronic acid. But the details of skin correction methods are kept secret.

What does Apple choose?

Judging by the pictures, Epple often chooses oversized items. However, fitted dresses and cardigans suit her equally. The actress often posts photos on Instagram, so it’s worth learning from her femininity and her ability to look charming at such an elegant age.

On fragile Zhanna, bright, voluminous things look simply amazing. And the combination of a biker jacket with jeans or a feminine dress is simply aerobatics.

But mistakes also happen. So one day the actress came out in a tracksuit, over which she wore a voluminous down jacket. But perhaps she was just making a call.

Makeup

Ekaterina prefers to look natural and in everyday life uses a minimum of cosmetics: foundation, mascara and lip gloss.

Ekaterina Strizhenova is a gorgeous woman with the same volume. Svetlana Loboda also never tires of surprising the audience with bold images and ideal parameters. Singer Loboda also revealed all the secrets of her attractiveness.

Tips from Ekaterina Strizhenova

Of course, professional stylists are hired to create looks when filming television programs. For Katya, clothes with fairly bright prints are always selected, but the color should be monotonous. In this way, it is possible to harmoniously emphasize the presenter’s bright appearance and highlight all her advantages.

But in real life, Strizhenova also looks amazing. She often chooses a straight, classic cut in clothes and prefers loose models. At the same time, the image turns out to be elegant, bright, but quite modest. As befits a mother of a family, grandmother of grandchildren and beloved wife of a famous husband.

Adult daughter

Nastya met her future husband, Petr Grishchenko, who now works as a financier, when she was vacationing on the island of Tenerife with her sister and mother. The young people met at a disco, and romantic feelings immediately flared up between them. They started dating.

The parents were wary of their daughter's chosen one. Most of the negativity came from Father Alexander. It was difficult for him to come to terms with the fact that Nastya had grown up and was ready to start her own family.

Nastya herself recalls that she was very worried that her father would not approve of her choice, because her parents’ opinion was very significant for her.

Fortunately, time has put everything in its place. Taking a closer look, Alexander realized that Petr Grishchenko was a worthy match for his daughter. The lovers dated for five years before officially legitimizing their relationship.
