Childhood

The future artist, called “the voice of the country” at the age of 11, was born on June 22, 2003 in the village of Uspenka, located next to Kurchatov. Her father, Alexey Vasilyevich, worked as a nuclear engineer, and her mother, Anna Viktorovna, was a housewife. The girl has a younger sister, Ariadne.

Alisa Kozhikina in childhood

Alice often listened to music from an early age - her mother actively introduced her daughter to beauty by playing the piano.

The baby was very shy and unsociable. To help their daughter overcome her fear of making contacts with other children, from the age of three, her parents enrolled her in several sections and musical groups - gymnastics, dancing, vocals, drawing. Having demonstrated brilliant vocal abilities, a year later she was already seriously mastering the art of singing, won the “Princess of the Year” music competition in Kurchatov, then became a triumphant of the “Constellation of the Young” festival in Kursk.

In addition to general education, she also attended a music school. Teachers noted her perseverance and hard work - the student could spend hours happily mastering solfeggio and studying music theory, usually one of the least favorite subjects of other vocal students. The girl was very capable and mastered the curriculum of several classes at once in one year.

Alisa Kozhikina turned 15 in 2020

The result of her efforts were excellent grades in general education and music school, prizes at various shows, including the Grand Prix of the festival of musical and artistic creativity “Childhood Holiday”, held in the “cultural capital” of the Russian Federation.

Career development

In 2012, the young singer performed at the Baltic Constellation festival and at the Children's New Wave in Artek.
Her creative biography was also supplemented by her performance of the composition “Together” with Potap and Nastya, as well as a performance with the pop group “Silver”. In 2013, she “fell ill” with the idea of getting on the television project “The Voice. Children". At first my parents were against it. But on her birthday, she managed to convince them, and they sent an application for her participation in this popular talent show.

Alisa Kozhikina in the show “The Voice. Children” The young talent successfully passed the casting and qualifying round, joining the team of composer and producer Maxim Fadeev. A positive attitude and the efforts of an experienced mentor helped her overcome her shyness in front of the public, gain self-confidence and fully demonstrate her talent. In the final of the competition, she brilliantly sang Tina Turner’s hit “Simply The Best” and won, receiving the support of 58 percent of the audience, half a million rubles in prize money and the main reward - a recording contract with the influential label Universal Music. In addition, she signed the ten-year cooperation agreement proposed by Fadeev.

Alisa Kozhikina and Maxim Fadeev

In 2014, the talented girl went to Junior Eurovision in Malta, where she took 5th place among the song contest participants from 16 countries. From the first days of her stay there, she found herself in the epicenter of seething serious passions, but she was able to pull herself together and perfectly perform the surprisingly strong competition song Dreamer (“White Angels”), the music for which was written by Fadeev, and the words were written by her together with Olga Seryabkina from the group Serebro (by competition conditions when creating a song must ensure maximum participation of the child performer). Alisa Kozhikina at Eurovision During the same period, she was entrusted with dubbing the vocal part of an orphan girl, the key character of the American musical “Annie,” in the domestic version. She also performed the composition “Black Rider” (solo) and “Freedom” (together with the talented actor and one of the authors of this song Semyon Treskunov) for the film “Fortress. Shield and sword."

Alisa Kozhikina's height at 15 years old was about 150 cm

A year later, the contract with Fadeev was terminated. The creator of her first singles - “Cap”, “White Snowflakes”, “Fallen”, etc., included in the disc “I am not a toy” released in 2016, was St. Petersburg musician Mikhail Viktorovich Chertishchev. Alisa Kozhikina - I am not a toy In the same year, together with the leading French family channel Gulli Girl, she recorded the soundtrack for the domestic version of the French-Canadian animated series “Princess Sissi”, about the life of the Austro-Hungarian Empress Elizabeth of Bavaria, who had such a nickname in childhood, and for the musical Italian animated series “Royal Academy”.

Among the creative achievements of that period of the young star was a central role in the Safronov brothers’ performance “Alice in Wonderland”, a performance in the Northern capital.

Believe in miracles." Its premiere took place in the concert hall of Northern Palmyra “Colosseum Arena”.

Cooperation

After “Voice. Children” signed a 10-year cooperation agreement with her mentor on the show Maxim Fadeev[15], but by the end of the next spring, 2020, it became known that she had already left him. According to Fadeev, temporarily suspending her pop career was the decision of Alisa’s parents, who felt that it was more important for their daughter to focus on her studies[69].

Later she began to collaborate with the St. Petersburg composer Mikhail Chertishchev[70]. He wrote such songs for her repertoire as “Cap”, “I’m lying on the beach”, “Fallen”, “Became stronger”, “White snowflakes” and others[70]. These songs made up Alice's debut album, I'm Not a Toy, released on November 1, 2020.[71]

Since the beginning of 2020, Alisa Kozhikina began collaborating with Kazan composer Kirill Ukhanov. At a solo concert in Kursk on April 8, 2020, a new program “Refresh Page” was presented - 9 new songs, mainly in the pop-rock style.
