Lydia Arefieva was born in the Ukrainian city of Kharkov on August 13, 1979 into an intelligent family. Her father is a doctor of the highest category, and her mother is an engineer and writer. Until now, the actress has a warm attitude towards her homeland, but prefers to work in Russia.

Lydia Olegovna Arefieva was born on August 13, 1983 in Kharkov. In 1996, she graduated from the ballet and choreographic school there, then took courses at a modeling school[1].
