Kirill Pirogov is a Russian actor and composer, Honored Artist of the Russian Federation. Known for the films “Brother 2”, “Fan”, “Diary of a Killer”. He is also one of the leading artists of the Pyotr Fomenko Workshop theater.
Kirill was born in the capital of Iran - Tehran, where at that time his father worked, who served in the field of foreign trade and was engaged in the import of heavy road and construction equipment. His father and mother persuaded the young man to go to MGIMO or Moscow State University after graduating from school , but Kirill had other plans for this. The young man successfully passed the exams at the Shchukin Theater School.
At a creative university, Kirill studied acting for five years in the workshop of professor and Honored Artist Vladimir Vladimirovich Ivanov (born in 1947).
In his third year, the young actor played the role of Quentin in the production of “The Sound and the Fury” at the Fomenko Workshop Theater, directed by S. Zhenovach. At the age of twenty, the young actor successfully graduated from VTU Shchukin.
