early years
Natalya was born on September 5, 1982 in Crimea. As a child, the future actress was fond of sports and dancing, sang in the choir and dreamed of a ballet school in her native Simferopol. The girl got into the Theater on Moskolets studio by accident - she did not pass the selection for the ballet school because she was already too old, and the theater studio recruited teenagers.
Natalya Romanycheva was born in Crimea
Playing on stage completely captivated Natalya; it was as if a new wonderful world of dreams and fantasies had opened up before her, and she decided to become an actress.
After school, Romanycheva entered the acting school-studio at the Crimean State Russian Theater and graduated in 2004.
Sad ending
After Maria's death, his grandparents took up raising the boy - Andrei Kambolov was not at all interested in the fate of his son. Of course, the death of her daughter was a heavy blow for Natalya Rychagova and Alexei Inzhevatov. The man fell ill due to his experiences and was bedridden for the last years of his life. His wife, Natalya Rychagova, also could not boast of excellent health, however, the woman did her best to care for her loved one. In September 2010, the man passed away.
After the death of her husband, Natalya Sergeevna Rychagova completely lost interest in life. She did not act in films at all - her last role was played in 1993 in the film “Breakfast with a View of Elbrus.” The woman was often sick, but did not like to go to doctors. The only joy in the actress’s life was her grandson, Sergei. In May 2011, having outlived her husband by only eight months, Natalya Rychagova passed away. The cause of the actress’s death was the pain and loss of loved ones she experienced.
It must be said that the last years of the life of such a talented and beautiful woman were spent in poverty and oblivion. But Natalya Sergeevna never complained about fate and never asked anyone for help. She always repeated: “The most important thing for me is that my family life has worked out...”.
Natalya Rychagova was buried in Moscow, at the Kuzminskoye cemetery, next to her family.

Natalya began appearing on television in the early 2000s. Among Romanycheva’s first works were participation in episodes of the Russian and Ukrainian TV series “Two Comrades”, “Dance on the Edge of the Abyss”, “When You’re Not Expecting Her at All”, “Good Guys” and others.
The turning point in the actress’s career was the offer to participate in Konstantin Ernst’s project called “Alien”. The director of the film was Anton Bormatov, who approved the Crimean actress for the role of Angela.
The film “Alien” became a turning point in Romanycheva’s career
The action of the film, based on the book by Vladimir Nesterenko, takes the viewer to Kyiv during the “dashing 90s”, where the events began in which Romanycheva’s heroine begins the path to success. It was no coincidence that the very young girl received her nickname - this is a direct reference to the character of Ridley Scott’s blockbuster, giving a comprehensive description of Angela, who became a stranger in a society of worship of material values and quickly adapted in circumstances in which a more gentle person simply could not survive. “Alien” - trailer Filmed in a frighteningly realistic manner, the film caused a resonance in society and received ambiguous and sharply polar assessments from film critics, some of whom admired the plot, while others urged not to look for meaning where there is none at all. However, both recognized the brilliant performance of Romanycheva, who managed to embody the image of a woman who “teared out” her heart in order to survive. Evgeny Tkachuk appeared in the role of the bandit Shustroy, Alien's lover, and the role of Snot was played by Alexander Golubkov, other bandits were played by Evgeny Mundum, Sergey Siplivy and Kirill Polukhin. There were no positive characters in the film.
Filmography
In her second year at VGIK, Natalya began to take her timid steps in cinema. The first film in her creative career was “No Unknown Soldiers.” After completing her studies, the actress starred in Mark Osepyan’s film “Three Days of Viktor Chernyshev.”
The end of the sixties of the last century was marked for the actress with high activity in her work - Natalya Rychagova began acting in films one after another. Either she played a young teacher in the film “Coach” by Annensky, or the machine gunner Nina Onilova in the film “The Sea on Fire.” Rychagova did an excellent job with the role of Zoya in the detective film “The Return of St. Luke”, Nadya Voevodina in the film “Cross the Threshold”. However, the iconic role in the actress’s biography was the image of Masha Belkina in the permanent film “Officers” by Vladimir Rogovoy, which was released on the country’s television screens in 1971.

By the way, the film was awarded at the Panama Film Festival.

Different roles
Natalya Rychagova continued acting after graduating from VGIK. Soon after receiving her diploma, she played a small role in the film “Three Days of Viktor Chernyshev.” Interestingly, while working on this film, the actress was already pregnant. Daughter Maria was born just before the release of the film; this happened in March 1968.
Soon after the birth of her daughter, Rychagova returned to filming. Natalya did not risk refusing the offers that constantly came from directors, since she understood that otherwise she would face oblivion. She was literally torn between family and work; she had no free time at all. Films with the actress’s participation were released one after another: “Coach”, “The Return of St. Luke”, “Cross the Threshold”, “About Klava Ivanova”.
Personal life of Natalia Romanycheva
The beautiful Crimean woman is married to actor Ilya Spinov, whom she met at the beginning of her career. Ilya, like Natalya, is an actor at the Simferopol Theater; together they starred in “Maiden Hunt” and often participate in productions of their native theater. So, in the production of “All in the Garden” based on the play by Edward Albee, Natalya and Ilya play spouses whose lives are not going well and they constantly quarrel, sometimes even leading to fights.

The actress does not want to dedicate viewers to the details of her personal life. She does not maintain accounts on Instagram, Twitter or other communication platforms. Natalya Rychagova and Alexey Inzhevatov: together until the very end
Future famous actors Ekaterina Vasilyeva and Valery Ryzhakov became Natalya’s classmates. They recalled that Rychagova was a short but very impressive girl. At the same time, romantic, like Natasha Rostova, and purposeful, like a true Komsomol member.
It is not surprising that in her first year another student, Alexey Inzhevatov, noticed her. Their romance arose quickly, but rather banally - on potatoes, like many other young people of those years. Now, years later, it seems so touching and nostalgic.
Natalya and Alexey got married already in their second year, becoming the envy of other guys as the first married couple on the stream. In fact, everyone was sincerely happy for them and considered them an ideal couple. And so it happened - Rychagova and Inzhevatov lived in perfect harmony until the very end.

The family did not need anything in those years. True, the couple had a lot of work. Natalya often disappeared on the set, and Alexey, on top of everything else, also played in the theater.

Natalia, tell us about your innovation.
The prehistory of these trainings goes back to the times of the pharaohs, and it was described many times in ancient tomes and manuscripts, so it cannot be said that this is an innovation. The principle itself is of considerable age, like the Sphinx. The actual innovation lies in the convenience, multiple levels of training and feedback - the whole process is similar to a video game: you tense and relax your pelvic floor muscles and see the result on the screen: what works well and what needs to be tightened.
How do you train your pelvic floor muscles?
Highly sensitive sensors (non-invasive, touch) display the results of the work of the pelvic floor muscles on the screen of the device. The lesson takes place in a similar way at the ballet barre and mirror. The ballerina takes steps and sees her reflection, which allows her to make adjustments. Sessions last 45–50 minutes, there are programs for men and women. This is an ordinary sport, but don’t worry, you won’t get sore. Until recently, only members of my closed club NR could get into training, but now we have expanded the geography - the technique is also presented in Beauty Spa by World Class.
Is pelvic floor muscle tone necessary for a quality sex life?
The pelvic floor muscles are not just for sex, as many people are used to thinking. Although this is certainly an important point - training makes a person a skilled, skilled sexual partner and allows him to experience the strongest sensations. Strong pelvic floor muscles also allow you to “make friends” between both hemispheres of the brain, reduce the level of stress to zero and allow you to achieve hormonal balance. The power of hormones is beyond debate: they influence the length and quality of life, stable weight and our emotions - and emotions, in turn, are involved in decision-making and interaction with people around us. In addition, during the training process there is a powerful production of dopamine, you get the feeling that you can move mountains or have already done so. Such energy is simply necessary in business - for a leader who “charges” his team and sets the vector of movement.
What else helps you get the right energy?
Reading, moderate sports, massages, travel. Several times a year we organize retreats with members of the NR club and visit unique places - Madagascar, the Philippines, Bhutan. Don’t think that these are very ascetic tours: throughout the entire retreat, conditions of at least five stars are offered. In November we are expecting an unusual trip - we are going to India, along a route that is completely connected with the most legendary book - the Kama Sutra.

One tragedy after another
The streak of failures that began with Maria's marriage continued after her divorce. The daughter of Rychagova and Inzhevatov was diagnosed with pancreatic necrosis. Doctors managed to save the girl, but their intervention gave her only a few years of life. Maria was only 38 when she died; the cause of death was a stroke.
As soon as Natalya recovered from the death of her beloved daughter, a new misfortune came knocking on her house. A serious illness was discovered in her husband Alexei, Rychagova was forced to be torn between caring for her husband and grandson. Inzhevatov could no longer work, so the family faced serious financial problems. The famous actress became a widow in 2010.
Cause of death of Natalia Rychagova
This actress gained universal fame and the love of the whole country thanks to the essentially small role of Masha Belkina in the most popular drama by Vladimir Rogovoy “Officers”. Although she has about 30 different film roles, everyone remembers her as a fragile, big-eyed girl with a long braid, who died in the war, following her beloved Yegor, and left her little son to his grandmother. The life of the actress herself did not spoil her and she died in poverty and loneliness. The specific cause of death of Natalya Rychagova has not been officially indicated.
She was born in 1945 in Moscow, in the family of a famous landscape artist. At the age of 10, she received an offer to star in Ilya Frez’s film “Vasyok Trubachev and His Comrades” and did an excellent job in the role of Nyura Sinitsyna. Even after the success of the second film about a detachment of young anti-fascists, the girl did not think about becoming an actress, but her mother tried to entice Natasha into cinema. After graduating from school, she entered VGIK.
Rychagova began acting in her second year and attracted directors with her special, spiritually touching character. At the very end of her studies, she became the wife of classmate Alexei Inzhevatov, and their love, which lasted for many years, was one of the brightest sides of the actress’s life. In 1968, the young couple had a daughter, Masha. This period of Natalia Rychagova’s work was the most active and joyful for her. Until the 80s, she had many interesting roles, including several major ones.
Rychagova and her husband loved their daughter very much and tried to give her the most complete education possible: all the conditions for good studies, music lessons and much more. But Masha was diagnosed with a disease that hindered her career as a pianist, and then others. She thoughtlessly married a man who was narrow-minded and alien to the spirit of the family - the rogue and parasite Andrei Kambolov. Fearing leaving their only daughter at the mercy of this man, the parents insisted on the young couple living in their apartment.
The scandals and fights that the son-in-law started had a bad effect on the condition of the whole family. Fearing for her grandson Seryozha, the actress began to act less. Then the daughter died, after divorcing her husband, at the age of 38, and the grandson was left in the care of his grandparents. Already middle-aged and not very healthy, Rychagova was torn between her husband, who was sick with grief, and her growing child. Inzhevatov died in 2010. The need for his family was felt even more acutely than when he had to stop making money dubbing foreign films.
It is not difficult to understand why Natalya Rychagova died: she lost almost everything that was dear to her: her beloved job, her daughter and husband, her youth and health. There were rumors that she showed a weakness for alcoholic beverages, which appeared during the life of Masha and her husband, who were drinking. She only had Seryozha left, who needed to be brought into the public eye, but she had almost no strength left. In May 2011, her 15-year-old grandson returned home and found her dead. Close friends and neighbors who buried the actress for a long time protected Sergei from his father, who set his sights on the Inzhevatovs’ inheritance.
She is buried at the Kuzminskoye cemetery in Moscow.
