"The circus is closed." Love and divorce of Katya Semenova with her comedian husband

Catherine's childhood

Katya's father held the position of engineer and often went on business trips abroad. He died on his daughter’s birthday after drinking a toxic substance instead of alcohol. Katya is five years old. During her father’s life, the girl’s mother did not work anywhere. After his death, she got a job as a caretaker in a kindergarten, worked in the housing office, and as the director of a house club.

The music teacher of a neighbor boy noticed that eight-year-old Katya had perfect pitch and told her mother that the girl should definitely study at a music school. Katya went to school. The family bought a piano. Six years after the death of his father, his mother also passed away, dying of cancer.

Early years, childhood and family of actress Ekaterina Semenova

Ekaterina Semenova was born on April 18, 1971 in the small town of Monino near Moscow.
Her family was closely connected with art. His father, Tengiz Aleksandrovich, was a famous director, and his mother, Natalya Orlova, worked as an animator. As noted in some sources, the talented woman drew her heroine Alisa Selezneva, known from the cartoon “The Secret of the Third Planet,” using the image of her daughter as a prototype.

Future actress Ekaterina Semenova was born into a creative family

As for Katya herself, she began to dream of becoming an actress quite early. And how could it be otherwise with such and such parents! Already at the age of eleven, the girl began studying in a theater studio, and at the age of fifteen she attempted to enter the Moscow Art Theater School. At the exams, the girl passed all the specialized tests with “excellent” marks, but the obstacle to entering a university was her school certificate with a D in algebra.

Katya was not allowed to retake her school exam paper on a boring subject. However, at this moment Semenova’s parents intervened in the matter. The father and mother reached the head of the city administration and only there they managed to obtain the right to retake the test for their daughter. As a result, Ekaterina received a three in algebra. And this very single point was finally enough for admission to a theater university.

Life in the sister's family

After her mother's death, Katya was raised by her older sister Lyudmila. Despite the difficult financial situation, having two children and a husband who drinks alcohol, Lyudmila did not send her little sister to an orphanage. Katya had to earn money herself. From the age of eleven, the girl worked as a technician, cleaning entrances. Along with her studies at a comprehensive school, she continued to study piano.

Ekaterina Semenova is a singer whose biography could have been completely different. She wanted to work at BAM after receiving her certificate. But she had to abandon this idea due to poor eyesight.

Katya got a job as a stamp merchant (counting receipts) in a cafe. Three months later, she worked as a nurse at the SES, where she washed dishes from tests. One day, a stream of water from a Petri dish fell into her mouth. She contracted tuberculosis. I received treatment for a long time and quit my job. With such a diagnosis, she was not taken anywhere. The attending physician helped Katya get a job as a clerk in a veterinary clinic. Katerina began to dream of becoming a veterinarian.

Beginning of a musical career

While working in a veterinary clinic, in 1980, Katerina read an announcement about a song competition for young performers and decided to take part in it.

Ekaterina recorded several songs, sent them to the competition and received the main prize. Despite the success, the girl had to return to work at the veterinary hospital. Every day after work she went to, hoping that she would be invited to sing along. And one day Katya was invited to record backing vocals.

Literature

Difficult studies at a technical university did not make her forget about her old hobbies: Maria continued to study books on history and write stories “for the table,” but one day she decided and took the story “The Lame Blacksmith” to the publishing house. There they approved it and promised: “We will make a book,” but in the end the debut work did not see the light of day soon.

Writer Maria Semenova

In 1985, Maria Semenova prepared the story “What is Victory” for the anthology “Friendship”. That year, the USSR celebrated the 40th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War, and Soviet censors ordered the work with the “blasphemous” title to be thrown out of the magazine.

Apart from the title, nothing else in it could be alarming - it was a short story about two kings who argue about which of them defeated whom, but when the publishing house tried to stand up for Maria, an order was received to exclude her from the authorship. So the young writer had to “go into the shadows”, and the publication of her debut book was postponed indefinitely. Semenova got a job at a research institute as an engineer, but continued to write for herself.

A year later, Maria met two fellow writers - Radiy Petrovich Pogodin and Valery Mikhailovich Voskoboynikov, who encouraged her and persuaded her to continue trying to get published. The writer took the manuscripts to children's magazines and received the consent of the publishers, and a year later her first full-length book, “Swans Fly Away,” was published.

In 1992, the writer decided to seriously pursue a literary career. She quits the research institute, joins the Union of Young Writers and offers the publishing house previously written novels (in an interview she called them “20 years of work, measured in kilograms”). They were not successful with the public, and Maria had to switch to translations from English.

Books by Maria Semenova

She worked under the pseudonym Gali Trubitsyna and translated mainly fantasy stories about dragons, goblins and elves. Over time, the writer decides to create something similar, but in the Russian style and based on “native” material, using her ethnographic work.

This is how the famous “Wolfhound” appeared, which in 1996 was awarded the Belyaev Prize. Initially it was conceived as a trilogy, but in the end a series of six books was published (“Wolfhound”, “The Right to Duel”, “The Istor-Stone”, “Sign of the Way”, “Gem Mountains”, “The World Along the Road”)).

After him, Semenova offered readers old works that had previously been rejected by publishers, but with the success of the first book received a new chance at life: “Valkyrie”, “Swan Road”, “Two Kings” and others. Today, Semenova’s bibliography includes dozens of her own books and 13 translations, but contrary to stereotypes, there are relatively few works in the Slavic fantasy genre among them.

“Journalists firmly labeled me as a tabloid writer,” Maria Vasilievna complained in an interview. “These figures from the television camera and the pen began their acquaintance with me with the words “I haven’t read your book...”.”

Semyonova's closest genre is the historical novel. She also turned to detectives (“Order”, “The Same and the Skunk”, “Year of the Cannibal”), explaining this with a desire to “misbehave.” The hero of the “Skunk” series is a modern folk avenger, following in the footsteps of the elusive Ogre. She also has a popular science historical encyclopedia “We are Slavs!”, as well as an artistic retelling of pagan myths “The Duel with the Serpent.”

Maria Semenova and Ekaterina Murashova

In 2005, Semenova received the Aelita Prize, in 2007, the World of Fantasy Prize, and a year later, the Roskon Prize. Songs have been written based on her books (for example, “Wolfhound” by the group “Melnitsa”). In “A Crime Without a Statute of Limitations” by F. Razumovsky and “The Taste of Blood” by E. Milkova, the writer’s name is also on the cover, but she did not take part in writing the text, but only in developing the original idea.

In collaboration with Ekaterina Murashova, Maria Vasilievna wrote the novel “Gone with the Wind” (however, fans note that traces of Semenova’s pen are almost invisible in the book), and with Ekaterina Gurova - the “Aratta” cycle.

Alexander Bukharov as Wolfhound

In 2006, the action movie “Wolfhound of the Gray Dogs” was released, based on Semenova’s series. A year later, the film entered the list of the highest-grossing films at the Russian box office, collecting $17.1 million. Later, the writer’s filmography was supplemented by the series “Young Wolfhound.”

Despite the enthusiasm of the public, Semenova herself did not like any of the film adaptations: according to her, they erased the protest against ignorance of one’s roots, ethnic and cognitive impersonality that she put into the basis of the books, and the result was “an average incubator fairy-tale action film.” . The only thing Semyonova approved was the choice of the performer for the role of Wolfhound (Alexander Bukharov).

Movie

Ekaterina Semenova is an actress. Her biography (the singer played for the first time in the movie “Predators” in 1991) is not very rich in roles, but they turned out to be bright and memorable. In 1992, the girl received the main role in the film “Paid in Advance.” Here she meets actor Mikhail Tserishenko.

In the 2000s, she continued to star in the films “The Point” and “Women in a Game Without Rules.” She not only plays her roles amazingly, but also performs her songs in films, records them for performances, and writes music.

Singer Ekaterina Semenova. Biography: personal life

Catherine got married for the first time when she was 23 years old. She gave birth to a son, Vanya. Katya was married to her first husband for eight years, being with her all day long - at work and at home.

One day she learned that Andrei had another woman. Katya left her husband to think about how to live next. The mother-in-law was categorically against their further life together. Semenova found herself depressed, could not stay in her apartment and moved in with a friend.

She left her son with her grandmother, since she was always on tour. At first, her mother-in-law did not even allow her to meet her child. Then relations improved somewhat. The ex-husband started a new family and had a daughter.

After the divorce, Ekaterina Semenova moved away from the music world. The singer, whose biography is given in this article, stopped acting in television shows. I began to compose and sing my own songs. She continued to work in cinema, recording music and songs for films.

Personal life of Ekaterina Semenova

Ekaterina Semenova was married to her first husband for nine years. In 1985, the lovers had a child - a son, whom they named Ivan. After some time, Catherine realized that she and her husband were completely unsuitable for each other. The separation happened on the initiative of the performer.

In 1992, Semenova was invited to one of the main roles in her film “Paid in Advance.” During the filming process, which took place in Kyiv, the woman met actor Mikhail Tserishenko.

“We talked a lot and played backgammon. We didn't even kiss. Only later did I realize that I absolutely couldn’t live without this person. I liked him so much, I can’t even put it into words,” Semenova said.

Returning home from filming, the artist told her husband that she had fallen in love with another man. As it turned out, Andrei Baturin was also not without sin. Soon the chosen ones filed for an official divorce.

Ekaterina Semenova with her son Ivan

“I left my husband for certain reasons. This does not apply to the fact that I fell in love with another man,” admits Semenova.

Due to the fact that the artist had a very busy work schedule, she decided to leave the child to live with his own father, or rather with his mother and grandmother. However, the most unpleasant thing in this story was that Vanya was presented with the image of her mother as a woman of easy behavior. Ekaterina Semenova had no time to worry about this: her sister Lyudmila became seriously ill. Katya rushed between medical institutions, tours and factories producing medicines. The celebrity lost a lot of weight - she weighed 45 kg.

Ekaterina Semenova and Mikhail Tserishenko

By this time, Mikhail, who starred with Ekaterina in the same project, had already moved to the capital of Russia and settled in his beloved’s apartment, trying to settle down in the capital. In the personal life of Ekaterina Semenova, it was during that period that changes occurred - Katya and Mikhail got married, and for 25 years the couple lived completely happily. In 2017, the artist found out that her husband had cheated on her. The mistress herself called the performer and told about the connection with Mikhail. After which the artist kicked her lover out of her apartment. However, later she allowed her to return to her husband, and for another year the couple tried to improve their relationship, but Katya herself could not forgive the betrayal and on January 9, 2018, the couple filed an official divorce.

Second marriage

The breakup with her first husband helped M. Tserishenko survive. They met when Katya was in her first marriage. This happened in Kyiv on the set of a film, where she played the main role - a psychiatrist, and the Ukrainian actor M. Tserishenko - her patient.

The filming was long, so the actress’s mother-in-law and son were also in Kyiv. Mikhail often invited them for walks around his hometown and quickly became friends with the child. After finishing work on the painting, Semenova returned to Moscow.

Mikhail began to often come to see Catherine, who was living with a friend at that time. He was caring, attentive, and Katya fell in love again. When they decided to get married, many tried to dissuade her from doing this, but Katya did not listen to anyone. The new husband was just getting used to Moscow. The first two years were very difficult for them; she even sold her jewelry to a pawnshop.

Katya likes to be at home, write music, pick up her husband from work, and wait for her son to visit on weekends. The singer's family loves to host friends.

Ekaterina Semenova, children

The children of Ekaterina Semenova - son Nikita and daughter Maria - are related only by their mother - the actress gave birth to them from different men. The actress gave birth to Nikita, who will turn twenty-five this year, while she was living in a civil marriage with Anton Tabakov. Catherine lived with him for five years, but since neither of them attached much importance to the stamp in their passport, they never had time to register their relationship. Their family life was accompanied by loud quarrels - neither Katya nor Anton wanted to give in to each other, but they separated quite peacefully, and were even able to remain friends.

In the photo - Katya with her son Nikita and his father

Then she met businessman Kirill Seagal, who beautifully and persistently courted the actress. He gave Katya armfuls of flowers and surrounded her with attention and love. In this marriage, the number of children of Ekaterina Semenova increased - she gave birth to a daughter, Masha. But she was also unlucky with her second marriage. The husband, who was far from show business, insisted that his wife quit her job and devote herself entirely to caring for the house and children. In addition, he was very jealous and often made loud scandals about this.

In the photo - the actress with her daughter

Catherine endured all this for four years, and then filed for divorce. Later, when they no longer lived together, a most unpleasant thing happened to Ekaterina Semenova’s ex-husband. Seagal turned out to be a very enterprising man and could not help but take advantage of his wife’s extensive connections for his own unscrupulous purposes. Promising people cars, apartments, jewelry for small sums, he took money from them, and that was the end of it. In the end, Kirill was detained and sentenced to four years. Semenova says that before some of his actions seemed strange to her, so she believes that Kirill himself is to blame for everything that happened to him. The only thing that worried her when this unpleasant story happened was that her daughter Masha was worried a lot because of it.

Ekaterina Semenova’s children are thinking about choosing a future profession, and her eldest son Nikita is already receiving education in the USA and working in the company of her good friend. And my daughter, who is graduating from high school this year, dreams of enrolling in the directing department at VGIK, but Ekaterina feels that Masha really wants to become an actress. Despite the fact that Katya is divorced from the fathers of her children, they have always taken an active part in their upbringing. Together with Anton Tabakov, she flies to see her son in America, and Masha, although she knows that her father is in prison, continues to love him. And he, too, although he turned out to be a fraud, was always an excellent father. Maybe,

Semenova Ekaterina, singer. Biography: children

Son Ivan from his marriage to Baturin A. was born in 1985. Due to the fact that Katya was often on tour for a long time, her grandmother, Andrei’s mother, was raising the child.

After school, Vanya studied at the university at the Faculty of Philosophy, and a year later he dropped out. The mother gave her son complete freedom in choosing a profession. Ivan enters and graduates from the Academy of Theater Arts. Successfully works in cinema as a sound engineer.

In 2009, Ivan had a son, Matvey. The younger Baturin’s family lives in the apartment of Katerina’s former mother-in-law.

The singer considers herself a modern grandmother. He communicates easily with Matvey, who goes to school. On weekends, the son's family comes to visit his mother.

The son of actress Ardova, 13-year-old Ivan, also does not lag behind his 18-year-old sister. He starred in the series “Univer”, the show “Women’s League” and “One for All”, as well as in Pavel Lungin’s film “The Case of Dead Souls”. Creative plans: Lisa is seriously involved in music. Moreover, Lisa decided to take up playing the guitar on her own, without the help of her parents, because she spends most of her time in Miami with her grandmother. Lisa is fond of hard rock, writes music and poetry in English and does not listen to her parents' instructions. Although from time to time Leonid Agutin tries to introduce his favorite Latin American rhythms into her work. But her mother, Angelica Varum, gives her daughter complete freedom creatively. Last year, Elizaveta already performed at her parents’ concert with her group. And although mom and dad were very worried about their daughter, her debut on the big stage was very successful.

Neva Portman Mom: Natalia Vodianova

Creative plans: The eight-year-old daughter of the famous model has already appeared on the catwalk and also starred in an advertisement for a fashion brand that produces children's clothing. The main male role - a fifteen-year-old teenager - was played by Pavel Tabakov. He got into the film after going through a lot of auditions, which were organized among theater students.

Galina Yudashkina Dad: Valentin Yudashkin

Creative plans: Heir to the Yudashkina Fashion House, 23-year-old Galina has already shown her talent as a designer. Some time ago, together with a friend, they presented a collection of clothes, offering the public small shorts, T-shirts with bold cuts, denim jackets and other items of youth wardrobe. The collection was a success, and orders poured in for the girls. At one time, Galina completed an internship at the famous New York Parsons School of Design. As the young designer admits, she sees the quality of the material from afar, and also understands perfectly how this or that fabric will fit on different figures. Valentin Yudashkin himself is certainly proud of his daughter, but tries not to influence her choice of profession. In addition to designing clothes, the girl also takes photographs. She has already had two photo exhibitions, one of which was dedicated to the 25th anniversary of her father’s creative activity.

Maria Segal Mom: Ekaterina Semenova

Creative plans: At the age of five, Masha starred in the famous TV series “Two Fates”. And then, when she turned 16, she played in the film “Six Hundred Happiness.” Ekaterina also participated in both projects, but when she was offered to try her daughter in the film “Six Hundred Happiness,” the actress was confused: “I said that I’m not sure if she can handle it: I’m warning you not to kill me later. They said they wouldn't kill. In the end, she tried out and, in my opinion, did a decent job.” Now 17-year-old Maria is preparing to study at VGIK in the department of multimedia director. At the same time, Masha is thinking about an acting career. In addition, she sings and draws well. And recently she took part in the creation of a documentary film about the English photographer-artist Alexander James. Daria Avratinskaya Parents: Valery Nikolaev and Irina Apeksimova

Creative plans: Daria graduated from the Academy of Choreography, and everything indicated that she would shine on the dance stage. However, at the age of 18, the girl changed her last name and entered the Moscow Art Theater School. She explained the reason for this action by saying that she did not want to climb the career ladder with the help of a famous surname. Therefore, on posters she now asks to be indicated as Daria Avratinskaya: “This is the surname of my mother’s grandmother,” explained the young actress. Appreciating their daughter’s efforts, Irina and Valery decided to give the girl a gift: they gave her a certificate for summer training at the prestigious American drama school Juliard School. By the way, Irina herself once studied at this school. Dasha successfully completed her training and even showed herself on the stage of the Tabakov Theater Studio. She first played there in Konstantin Bogomolov’s production of “The Year When I Was Not Born” (based on Rozov’s play “The Wood Grouse’s Nest”). She also starred in the film “Outdoor”.

Sister's illness

One day, when Katya was on tour, her sister’s husband called her and told her that Lyudmila had stage four cancer. Katerina urgently flew to Moscow. With the help of friends, I found a professor in the oncology center in Kashirka who performed surgery on my sister. To treat Lyuda, medicine was in short supply. Katya gave concerts at pharmaceutical factories, and received her fees in medicines. After 4 years of treatment, Lyudmila began to recover. But the previously acquired infection unexpectedly developed, and the sister died.

Ekaterina Semenova is a singer whose biography changed dramatically after the death of her sister. She was very worried about the loss, and Graves' disease manifested itself due to nervousness. Fearing damage to her vocal cords, Catherine refused the operation. Semenova was saved by a friend who was a homeopath. Ekaterina recovered, but during the treatment she gained a lot of weight. She didn’t want to lose weight or get a facelift. She was invited to performances less often, although her voice was as good as before. Katya had changed, and the old repertoire did not suit her. She disbanded her team and did not perform anywhere.
