After examination and tomography of Alexey Samsonov’s nose, it turned out that as a result of numerous fractures, the nasal septum was strongly curved and stood almost perpendicular. As a result, Alexei practically could not breathe. The shape of the nose also noticeably changed as a result of injuries (Alexey Samsonov claimed that his long-suffering nose survived six fractures!). So, the plastic surgeon of the DoctorPlastic clinic, Igor Anatolyevich Bely, had a difficult task. Alexey did not need ordinary plastic surgery to correct the appearance of his nose; it was necessary to literally recreate Samson’s nose “from the ruins.”

In the process of discussing the problem, it was decided, in addition to restoring nasal breathing, to slightly adjust the shape of the nose, to make it more symmetrical and less “aggressive” in appearance. For these purposes, Dr. Bely recommended that Alexey remove the hump and raise his nose a little.

Operation was successfully completed. Professor Bely, who performed rhinoplasty (nose job) on Alexey, promised that in 2 weeks the main swelling and bruises will go away and it will be possible to see the newly restored nose of the hero of House-2. Dr. Bely fulfilled this promise in full.

Most of all, Alexei was afraid that his nose would lose its masculine brutality and become too small and graceful. At his request, the doctor only slightly straightened the hump and shortened the tip. The photo taken just 9 days after the operation shows that the nose has changed shape, but at the same time remained (as the patient wanted) quite masculine and brutal. Of course, the final result cannot yet be seen in this photograph, but it has already become obvious that the main goal of the operation has been achieved - now Alexey Samsonov can finally breathe through his nose!

Experts usually evaluate the final result of the operation after 4-6 months, when the bones have completely fused and the swelling has completely subsided.

The main parting word to Alexey Samsonov from his plastic surgeon Igor Anatolyevich Bely was to refrain from injuries and fist fights for at least 12 months. In a year, the risk of fractures will be the same as that of a completely healthy nose, which, of course, is unlikely to prevent Alexei Samsonov from breaking it for the seventh time.
